The under eye pad scratched my eye! Painful! Also Chelsey reached out and was very apologetic and sweet, so that's nice she cares enough to reach out and apologize! I will say, the lashes look phenomenal so, it just sucks this happened! ALWAYS speak up if the pad feels uncomfortable! ----- All the ladies are very nice and I had good experiences up until I sat thru the appointment with the owner Chelsey. I understand accidents happen, but at the end of the appointment I opened my eyes and they were burning especially my right eye. I left the appointment feeling like there was something legitimate in my eye. I checked over and over and made sure it wasn't a lash touching my eye when I blinked. Finally was brought to tears as my eye was quite red and just, messing with eyes and not knowing if it's injured is scary. After I cried, miraculously the item got dislodged and finally felt better. I woke the next day to a VERY red and sore eye in the same spot, not a physically inflamed eye area though. I don't know what got in my eye/scratched it but at the end with the lash bonding agent, possibly the under eye pad scratching my eye during the appointment...I just don't know what happened. She seemed to work fast which I don't see as a bad thing, but if it made this happen then maybe go slower? I just want my story to be a cautionary tale. Know the risks getting false lashes. Not worth the risk imo
