This place is the worst!!! They cut part of my toe and told me it was red nail polish!!!! My toes were painted peach And the blood was literally dripping from my toe...Not to mention that they are open 24 seven ....‍ read more

Arrived at the salon at about 6:00 pm on a Tuesday. There were two other people other than myself. We all were there for pedicures. I went straight back and I was seated in the pedicure chair. The water was nice and hot. I got a french tip and it was done very tastefully. The staff was very nice. It is five dollars extra for callus removal. Overall I enjoyed my visit. Will be returning. read more

Linda and her staff are all friendly and welcoming. They make everyone feel comfortable as soon as they walk in and always do a great job on my nails. The salon is always clean and they are always up to the challenge of any designs you can find. If you're in the area definitely go and get your nails done here and if you're not it is worth the drive! read more

My pedicure was everything I expected. I would have liked a slightly longer massage, but the hot stone rub was good. The nerve damage in my feet wasn't exacerbated, which was great. The chair had leg supports for the loofah part, so I didn't have to raise my legs, either & hold them up. She cut my toenails nice & short, too, & carefully cleaned off all extra polish. I was disappointed with the manicure, though. It would be nice to find a place that doesn't cut cuticles, but at least the guy doing my nails was careful. It was an average job & my nails came out looking nice. I may go back & try some of the more expensive pedicure selections some time. read more

I've been to Nails Image once before and appreciated the service I've received. This second time around definitely made me realize how much of a hidden gem this place is. Linda is my holy grail for almond/stiletto shaped nails. She is quick but not rushed, efficient but not careless, and best of all-- a perfectionist with her clients. I had a 6pm appointment and it was like every customer in the shop wanted their nails touched by her. My appointment was delayed partially because I requested a pedicure last minute (eh, which was basic but didn't disappoint) but as I was ready for my full set, another customer came in and went to her chair. Another nail tech applied my tips while Linda began the other customer's nails... I wasn't bothered too much by that... After my tips were applied, I moved to Linda's chair where the magic happened. She shaped my nails perfectly and didn't miss a beat with the gel polish. My nails are stunning and I can't imagine going anywhere else now. If Linda ever left, I'd follow her to the edge of the earth for another manicure. read more

Linda and Nina were great. Perfectionists, quick, helpful, funny - I love this place!!

I loved this place . Everyone is friendly and they gave quality service. I've been looking for someone to do my eyebrows and I finally found someone that does them perfectly! read more

I received a refill and a pedicure. The customer service was amazing, they were very friendly. I brought my toddler daughter along and they were very patient with me when I had to tend to her. I think I had the boss do my nails, and she moved so fast and did a great job with the nail shape. The results were amazing! read more

One star is one too many for the experience that I just had at Nails Images. I've never written a Yelp review before, as I am a very laid back and easy going person when it comes to customer service, but after the service I just received I feel as though others should have fair warning before spending their time and money here. This was my first time at Nails Image and I chose it because of the excellent reviews others have given on Yelp. I went in for a mani/pedi but my manicurist (middle aged woman, short hair) was extremely rude the entire time, as if I had personally offended her by coming in. The water in the pedicure tub had not been changed out, she refused to change any of the wet, previously used towels, and any question I asked was met with contempt and a grunt. Not only was the customer service terrible and extremely uncomfortable throughout both my pedicure and manicure, but the quality was equally as disappointing. ESPECIALLY for the outrageous price I was charged after all of this. Given the rave reviews given about other specific employees of Nails Image, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that this may have just been a bad night for a sub-par employee, but I will not be going back to find out. read more

First time here and I loved it. Linda went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and happy. My nails were previously done at another shop, and Linda worked extra hard to match the pink acrylic that I already had. read more

Linda was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job on my dip manicure and acrylic tips. It was by far the best dip manicure I've had in a long time and I will only go back here for it. I also requested the 1$/min massage and it was TOTALLY worth it-they even threw in an extra five minutes of a facial massage that was heavenly. Wonderful service, excellent quality, and a relaxing atmosphere with reasonable prices! read more

Despite the fact that the actual service was okay (it felt rushed), I will not be coming back. I waited over 30 minutes for a pedicure on a Wednesday afternoon (1pm). When I walked in, I asked how long it would take before I am seen and was told a few minutes. read more

Excellent! Went in as a walk in. Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in. Very accommodating to what I wanted. Received an excellent pedicure by Tracey. Will be returning!!!!! read more

Loved this place. First visit was yesterday and got a gel manicure with speedy wonderful service. The owner took the time to welcome me and ask if it was my first visit and even learned my name. It was a very homey nail salon and most of the customers who came in knew eachother and were very close with the staff. My gel manicure was very carefully done by the owners young but talented daughter. And bonus - $27 for the gel manicure which was cheaper than many I have seen and they also do not charge to remove old gel before your manicure. Great place! read more

I stopped in and the service was amazing. Linda fixed my acrylics that were broken or had come off (they were done at a different salon) and I was out in less than an hour. I will be going back and recommending to my friends! read more

Excellent pedicure. Vivian really took her time and was so much more thorough than in other places. Definitely recommend

Great place! Stopped in on a whim, opened early. No wait. Super clean and friendly. The guy who did my pedicure was amazing. Didn't talk a lot (which I hate when I'm trying to relax lol), did a wonderful job and was probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had! This is definitely my new spot! read more

The best pink/ white gel nails in the Wilmington area! Love this place!

I have been a client for many many years. This is the best place I have ever cone to. The services are all wonderful and done by a very professional and friendly staff. The salon is very clean. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful my nails look. Thank you Linda for always doing an outstanding job . You rock. read more

This is easily the best nail salon in Delaware, I have been faithfully coming here for years now and wouldn't think of going any where else . The service is amazing and you are always met with a smile. It only gets better when you see the quality of work these ladies put in!!! Linda tge owner is amazing!! **all the employees are great in general ** if you are looking for a new salon pit this at the top of your list asap! read more

If I could give zero stars.... my usual place was busy and based off reviews I gave this place a shot and I am so upset I did. My pedicure took sooooo long over an hour and not in a good an relaxing way. My gel manicure don't even get me started... AWFUL it's been 3 days and already chipped. The woman who did it rushed the entire time and was so sloppy and rough..my nails looked horrible. Lesson learned never going back again. Save yourself, save your money. read more

I love Tim and Linda, they treat you like family as soon as you walk in the door. The service is great and you walk out feeling beautiful because they take there time but are quick with the service. I have not gone to another salon since I started going in dec 2013. read more

Had my first visit to this amazing salon yesterday. I use a wheelchair and the staff could not have been more helpful and understanding. Plus I had a great pedicure. The shop is immaculate, the staff knowledgeable. I'd recommend this salon to anyone looking for a salon and an excellent experience. read more

Amazing! Talented, clean, friendly, & stress free. I just moved here and tried other salons in the area prior and now this is definitely my go-to. When I was there several other people came in and were greeted by first name basis/they were clearly regulars which is always a good sign! I don't get my nails done that often but when I do treat myself I'm extra picky so I can't wait to go back. Great prices and selection ! read more

This was my first visit. Small, nothing fancy, but clean, friendly enough and a wide variety of gel colors. Surprisingly busy at 11:30 on a Thursday morning. Tracy did a lovely job. I'll definitely go back. read more

Atmosphere: walked in at 6:30 to the strong smell of Chinese food. Confusing whether this was a nail salon or a restaurant. Fox News was blaring on the TV. Garish wall color, not at all relaxing. The front door stayed wide open even though it was chilly and rainy outside Nail colors: OPI in the front, Essie hidden around the back. Very dated color selection compared to other salons. Cleanliness: couldn't discern how clean the tools were, but didn't see a machine for sanitizing anywhere in sight. Overall, would not go back here again. Their prices were reasonable ($12 Mani) but for some reason their gels rack up to be $40/50. That's outrageous! They must not want you to get them. The Mani looked OK, could have used a third coat and the top coat wasn't that shiny. This place had a steady stream of both young and more mature clientele on a weeknight, so must be popular locally. However, this commuter will be looking elsewhere. read more

Decided last minute to splurge and get a pedicure today. Since I was in that area, did a quick search on my phone and this was listed. After seeing the good reviews on yelp and google, came here, which I'm so glad I did! This has to be the best pedicure I've ever had!! I'm usually nervous with people doing anything with my feet due to arthritis, but the employee who did the pedicure was perfect - gentle enough while having a good firm handling of doing the job - even without me having to say anything about the arthritis. The amount of time and work put into the pedicure was awesome for the price ($25). Would definitely go back again! read more

These ladies were awesome! I went in for a french manicure mani/pedi. I had the manicure done with gels. The lady working on my manicure was a perfectionist and would immediately start over if the tips didn't come out to her standards. It only took a few tries till she was satisfied and in the end, I was completely satisfied. The pedicure involved a hot stone and sugar scrub on my calves, super relaxing and my skin was so soft afterwards. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back once I'm ready for my next mani/pedi. The owner of the salon is very sweet and friendly. read more

I only came here because I was desperate and no one else was open on a Sunday. If it wasn't for Linda being so nice and welcoming, I would've gave this place one star - but because of her they get a 2. I got my eyebrows done (ehh), a polish change on my toes with a gel refill. The girl that polished my toes must've took 45 minutes just to polish. Not a full pedicure, just a polish, she was extremely slow. Another girl started my nails but then Linda had to come over and finish because the girl obviously didnt know what she was doing. Two of my nails chipped within 3 days and I had to file them down so they wouldn't snag on everything I came into contact with. Then my gel polish started to peel and I have never in all my years of getting my nails done experienced gel polish peeling!!! This place is super expensive, small, cold (no heat) and so not worth the money. I will not be visiting again. read more
