BEWARE!!! My friend…read moreand I were looking for a mutually convenient location to catch up while having our nails done, prior to a teacher conference. My friend called and scheduled an a appointment for two pedicures and two full sets for 3:45 PM. She arrived first and myself second...and I even went to the bathroom. They started on me first at the pedicure station. My friend was assigned to the pedicure chair next to me where she was basically neglected during the first half of my pedicure. Finally, she was serviced when her water was cold and her nail tech kept stopping to do various things. While getting my pedicure, another tech was working on my full set. My friend was still waiting ...I asked if we'd be fine by 6 and she was very reassuring with her words. Long story short, our half ass pedicures took from 3:45 to about 5:40 due to all the stopping even though we had an apt and they didn't have time to do my friend's full set. And mine are horrible. She didn't clean and lay the powder probably so nails look like they have bleach spots. I asked her why it looked that way and she stated that once the top coat goes on, those spots will disappear....6 comes, we have to get to our conference and she basically says we have to pay full price and get it fixed but we didn't have the time ....she accused us of trying to rip her off and her staff and other customers were mocking us, laughing, and even trying to record us. I ended up calling my best friend to translate in Vietnamese over the phone and they were still unreasonable. She offered me a discount on my next visit because it would be fair to do a partial refund....what kind of remedy is that??? I would never ever return to this "nail shop" as they are liars, extremely unprofessional, and careless. So $90 in nails that took over 2hrs even though I had an apt and a set time frame which was discussed and I still have to go to another salon to get them fixed.

They were really kind and gave me a coupon after my first visit, although I gave it to a friend so that she could try them too. In my opinion the prices are really good for the quality of service, it's hard to find GOOD shellac pedicures under $90, and in my experience this place is probably the best value I've found in pearland. The location itself is nice, the inside feels clean and relaxing.

During the nail trimming, she cut too deep and pulled skin instead. My toes were nipped and bleeding, and I left with them feeling tender and sore. She had her own set of issues (that left her bloody) but not only did they cute but not shape my nails where they looked concave, but they didn't even cover my entire nail with the polish. I left filing them myself after and without any polish because it just was a terrible paint job. No problem, because I can paint them myself since I typically just love the pedicures because they make my feet soft, but no. Nene was doing my pedicure when she started polishing the application wasn't even on one toe. Kim who was not even servicing me came over and claimed it was skin from my cuticles not true And started talking loud and getting an attitude. I remained calm and said I just want my service done correctly. Upon leaving and still giving Nene a tip as a paid I was told by Kim that Nene no longer wanted to service me and basically they were never going to service me again. I would definitely like to speak with the manager regarding this as I pay different prices each time I go. The place comes off as racist and a lot of black women give their hard earn money to this business only to be treated like trash. I would also like to report this to the local news. I asked for coffin and she did some square and some round. Amy did not bother to fill in my nails on the sides or to fix up my shape. She was very rough with my nails to the point she cut my thumb twice. After being their from 2:30 to 7:00pm I was hoping to get something better than what I ended up with. I was charged $82 for an awful set that was not what I asked for. I ended up taking the nails off and going elsewhere I will not be coming back and I don't recommend this place at all.
