I haven't been to a nail salon in 3-4 years so I was very nervous. She prepped my nails beautifully and kept confirming that I liked what she was doing. I am so impressed with these nails and this salon. I had a nice woman paint my toes and she did a great job as well, took extra care while prepping my feet and told me I could be ticklish and not to worry she would still take care of the job. She handed me the gel polish samples and told me to walk on in and have a seat in one of the chairs. The environment is pleasant. If you appreciate someone taking appointments and spending their time with you and not squeezing you in between other clients, this place is for you. I can't tell you how many other nail salons I have been to here in Simi where they make you wait even if you have an appointment or they say they have time right now, just to make you wait. Ken works on appointments and takes great care of his clients.
