I love this spa so much! I've been going for years until I moved to San Francisco. My, does my nails. She has done Gelx, Dip, and more for me and always goes above and beyond. Anytime I visit now she does my nails for me, and here is my birthday set! She absolutely kills it every-time and it's so reasonably price. 10/10 request My She is the best! And this place overall is just the best. The sweetest staff. Love yall read more

Called in the morning for a bio gel appointment and a previous bio gel removal. When getting gel removed the man didn't ask me any questions about length or style or kind of pedicure. We started removing the set and I said leave the natural nail long so we can do another set. He then cut my nails to the pink, blamed me for a lack of communication and said he thought we were doing tips? He was nice about it and did apologize but the customer service was not there. Cancelled the set and he kept trying to sell me tips and an acrylic set. They still made me pay for the removal and even though he did not remove all the gel. There is still blue gel from my last set and a visible layer of clear gel. read more

Elite Nails And Spa - Pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Simi Valley, California

I was hesitant to post. The people were nice but I wouldn't return. they charged me $150 plus tip for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for the callus removal and it was very minimal. My heels were still rough afterwards and the massage was painful and only on my calves. when I asked about bio gel fill with gel polish I was told it would cost $50 but I ended up paying $70. I asked for a cute Halloween design and requested someone good at designs. I really tried to like them but the designs were just not good. They looked like blobs. just very messy and I left disappointed. I wish places were more honest about capabilities if they are going to charge. I ending up removing them that and just painting them myself because I just didn't like them. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest. read more

I've been slowly trying new nail salons around simi to see which will be my go-to. My BFF was in town visiting and we had limited time but really wanted our nails done. We called Elite on a Saturday around 4pm, and asked if they had availability for two walk ins. To our surprise they did! I loved how efficient the techs were with my nails. I had Teresa for my mani and Laura for my pedi. Because we had limited time we could only do the regular nail polish mani and pedi. Thankfully they had techs available to do both at the same time. We felt they did such a great job. Teresa was very throughout and suggested I pay in advance before she finished painting my nails so they wouldn't get ruined pulling my credit card out of my wallet. I also appreciated that they didn't try to harass me to get gel polish done. One thing I didn't like was there was no option to tip with my credit card. I'll likely be back though! read more

Definitely have lost all credibility as a nail salon and went down hill very fast. I sent my wife for her birthday mani pedi and she sat there for a hour. The nail tech left her nails so bad that there was still old paint and said she didn't have time to do the elite package like what was scheduled and said that the other guy would do it and then sat a box infront of my wife and she sat for 20 more minutes waiting for the guy and then finally just got up cleaned her feet and left. As she is leaving the lady runs out saying no he's coming and at that point it didn't matter. We've been going there for years now and the service, the quality, and most importantly the people have dropped so much. After years of going we won't be back and I no longer recommend this place to anyone. read more

I came to this nail salon for a while because the work itself was good, and even though they were often busy and sometimes rushed, I understood that and didn't mind. At first, I felt comfortable coming here. During one visit, over than a year ago, I made a personal decision not to add nail color. I politely said "no, thank you" more than once. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked. By the fourth time, the nail technician began laughing and repeating my decision out loud to other technicians in a mocking way. I really wanted to believe the laughter wasn't directed at me, but it became clear it was about my choice. It made me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and embarrassed. A client's personal decision especially when it is clearly and respectfully communicated should never be laughed at or turned into a joke. After I addressed the nail technician directly and calmly pointed out that her behavior was inappropriate, her mood immediately shifted to being upset. This was difficult to witness, especially considering that I was the one being disrespected as a client. I do know her name, but I am choosing not to share it, because this is not about one individual it is about work ethics, professionalism, and respect toward customers. I also informed the receptionist at the front desk so management would be aware. My intention was not to create conflict, but to speak up for respectful communication and better standards of customer care. I recognize that the staff works hard. However, professionalism, ethical behavior, and respect should never be compromised, regardless of how busy a salon may be. Because of this experience, I chose not to return. I'm sharing this in hopes that it encourages awareness and more respectful treatment of future clients. read more

So 7 day update and sadly the gel polish is peeling off which was a waste of 70 dollars plus tip , I will definitely not return .Not sure if other had the same experience but im definitely for future just staying at my original spot passion nails . I only went to elite last min and they took me I in ,was better off not even getting my toes done if this would happen maybe it was how she didn't file correctly as she only clean and cut once not like my regular lady at passion nails she double checks or the polish used but such a disappointment and waste of money . read more

Elite nails and Spa has been my go-to for quite some time now. Their prices are very reasonable, and they also offer a 5% cash discount. Rose, Teresa and Susan are all amazing women and they take pride/craft in their work. Elite has a great selection of colors - both regular and gel (my preferred). My nails (dip, gel, or acrylic) have always lasted a very long time when I come to Elite. Additionally, they offer waxing at a very good price. I have been coming to Elite for several years now, and have never left disappointed. They have an online booking system which is quick and convenient. They take pride in their work and in their salon, and it is always very clean. read more

Elite Nails And Spa - Cute selection - Nail Salons Near Me - Simi Valley, California

My first time at this salon and I won't be going back. Susan was very nice but did a terrible job on my nails. I came in for a basic mani/pedi. She seemed upset that it wasn't just a pedi appt. She was very rushed and finished both in about 45 min. No attention to cleaning up my cuticles other than a quick trim with the clippers. Because of that the polish looks unprofessional. I could have done better myself. read more

2 years at this salon not once ever complained or anything even when I get cut I say it's okay it's okay because I'm not a person to throw a fight as for a discount or anything. THIS IS FOR THE OWNER SINCE SHE WANTS TO REPLY NOW, I approved of yes pointy but never said I wanted it like that if you can not understand that me and others struggle trying to say something it's not because we're scared just because we are like that I went back to get them fixed and even that fix was disappointing I told the nail lady you know what I want it removed all the nails I was refused that clearly at that point I was already emotional because I hated them and for the person who did my nails it wasn't just the shape the way she painted the nails was bad and on top of that she cut me on my cuticles I stayed calm and everything . If you can not understand that I didn't say anything because it was kindness and it was me not knowing how to Speak up agian I've had other incidents here and have I ever complained NO! I'm not the type of person but the onetime i want to you guys don't do anything. I have a right to be mad especially how I felt because of you guys. My boyfriend called the store he paid it was my birthday gift and I wasn't aware he got mad and I apologize for that but the part that's wasn't needed was someone asking what salon I went to repeatedly over and over and they saying I needed to go back if I wanted a refund because you guys had to see my nails AGIAN!! Then lying and saying I complained two times that was absolutely false I had went in there once once never twice. read more

Today I went and got a bio gel manicure and a pedicure, I was pretty nervous to ask for the fun design I wanted because a lot of technicians will say they can copy the picture but it doesn't always turn out great, but I was SO SO happy with the results today! By chance I got Amy as my technician today and she nailed the design I showed her, she was also so helpful in helping me figure out the colors and even helping pick out the color for my MIL to get the butter nails that are trending on Tik Tok. I loved how up to date she was on all the trends and she was such a joy to talk to. I will definitely be going back just to get my nails done with Amy again read more

Always great visiting this salon! The pedicures are awesome and everyone is always nice!

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the recent transaction of $437.00 error made on my debit card on Monday 19, 2026. I had a appt on Monday for fill and was not expecting this nightmare. The past few days have been incredibly difficult. I have had to call my bank every morning at 7:00 AM before work to verify my funds and continuously monitor my account throughout the day for changes. Despite being a loyal customer for four years without any prior issues, the only response I have received is a brief apology from the owner and the front desk. I am disappointed that my loyalty was not met with any form of compensation for the significant stress and inconvenience this has caused. Due to this experience, I am sharing a review to inform others of this negligence. I hope someone takes the necessary steps to training your staff to handle such serious financial errors with greater professionalism in the future. Also I was charged a additional $45.00 for the service. I had to transfer money from different accounts to be able to pay my bills. This caused tremendous stress and extra work that I should not have to do! - In addition to Owner response, Mistakes can happen, and this may very well have been a one-off error. However THE LACK OF OWNERSHIP AND URGENCY from the salon when dealing with such a large overcharge was concerning. As a customer, I expected support and accountability-especially when an error of this magnitude occurs. I'm sharing this experience encourage other to carefully review the amount before signing or approving any transaction. I truly hope this issue is handled properly and that processes are put in place to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Disappointed, but hopeful this feedback leads to improvement. read more

I called the business to schedule and a live person answered, set the spot and confirmed it within minutes. I needed to reschedule, no problem. I wanted a classic, basic mani pedi. Kathy was my gal and she did a great job on both. No chit chat yet very personable which is fine with me, no upselling and just the right amount of massage time. I paid $42 cash and the young man from the reception desk gave me $2 back - a discount for paying cash. Nice touch I thought. This was my first visit. I'll be returning. read more

came here for a Gel Mani & Pedi. Lynne did my pedicure & Kenny did my manicure- they both did a nice job and were very friendly. The only thing I found funny was, she kept asking me if I was sure about the color I chose lol. She asked maybe 5-6 times if I really wanted just white. I kept reassuring her yes, but she almost was asking to get me to change my mind or color. I know solid white may seem basic or plane to a lot of people, but I'm a spiritual energy worker, the color is more about feeling than looks for me. I wouldn't have felt as judged if they only asked once or twice, but no biggie read more

I was a walk-in client and got a very snotty reception from the front desk. I chose the callous removal service as part of my pedicure. The person assigned to me cut the bottom of one of my toes with the grater they use after the chemical gel. AND she left the gel on too long and I got a chemical burn on both the cut and on the side of my foot where she over grated a callous. It was so painful, I limped out. It took two weeks before I could wear closed shoes. DO NOT GO HERE. Bad attitude. And questionable skills. read more

Such a great first time experience with Kenny and Michelle . All the staff are so kind and nice.

I had an organic pedicure and at first guy Peter seemed like he was going to do a great job but he had to take his appointment and left me with a girl that did a very average job on my feet. My French nail polish chipped the same day. I don't get a gel pedicure ever and it lasts me forever in other places. If I ever return I will ask for Peter by an appointment to give them another chance. The salon is super clean and pretty. Peter makes small talk and so friendly. I had a manicure by Michelle and she did a great job! I still tipped them both $10. It is the Christmas month and we need to be giving. read more
