Called in the morning for a bio gel appointment and a previous bio gel removal. When getting gel removed the man didn't ask me any questions about length or style or kind of pedicure. We started removing the set and I said leave the natural nail long so we can do another set. He then cut my nails to the pink, blamed me for a lack of communication and said he thought we were doing tips? He was nice about it and did apologize but the customer service was not there. Cancelled the set and he kept trying to sell me tips and an acrylic set. They still made me pay for the removal and even though he did not remove all the gel. There is still blue gel from my last set and a visible layer of clear gel. read more

She was very rushed and finished both in about 45 min. No attention to cleaning up my cuticles other than a quick trim with the clippers. Because of that the polish looks unprofessional. I've been slowly trying new nail salons around simi to see which will be my go-to. My BFF was in town visiting and we had limited time but really wanted our nails done. We called Elite on a Saturday around 4pm, and asked if they had availability for two walk ins. To our surprise they did! I loved how efficient the techs were with my nails. I had Teresa for my mani and Laura for my pedi. Because we had limited time we could only do the regular nail polish mani and pedi. Thankfully they had techs available to do both at the same time. We felt they did such a great job. Teresa was very throughout and suggested I pay in advance before she finished painting my nails so they wouldn't get ruined pulling my credit card out of my wallet. I also appreciated that they didn't try to harass me to get gel polish done. One thing I didn't like was there was no option to tip with my credit card. I'll likely be back though! read more

I came to this nail salon for a while because the work itself was good, and even though they were often busy and sometimes rushed, I understood that and didn't mind. At first, I felt comfortable coming here. During one visit, over than a year ago, I made a personal decision not to add nail color. I politely said "no, thank you" more than once. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked. By the fourth time, the nail technician began laughing and repeating my decision out loud to other technicians in a mocking way. I really wanted to believe the laughter wasn't directed at me, but it became clear it was about my choice. It made me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and embarrassed. A client's personal decision especially when it is clearly and respectfully communicated should never be laughed at or turned into a joke. After I addressed the nail technician directly and calmly pointed out that her behavior was inappropriate, her mood immediately shifted to being upset. This was difficult to witness, especially considering that I was the one being disrespected as a client. I do know her name, but I am choosing not to share it, because this is not about one individual it is about work ethics, professionalism, and respect toward customers. I also informed the receptionist at the front desk so management would be aware. My intention was not to create conflict, but to speak up for respectful communication and better standards of customer care. I recognize that the staff works hard. However, professionalism, ethical behavior, and respect should never be compromised, regardless of how busy a salon may be. Because of this experience, I chose not to return. I'm sharing this in hopes that it encourages awareness and more respectful treatment of future clients. read more

I was hesitant to post. The people were nice but I wouldn't return. they charged me $150 plus tip for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for the callus removal and it was very minimal. My heels were still rough afterwards and the massage was painful and only on my calves. when I asked about bio gel fill with gel polish I was told it would cost $50 but I ended up paying $70. I asked for a cute Halloween design and requested someone good at designs. I really tried to like them but the designs were just not good. They looked like blobs. just very messy and I left disappointed. I wish places were more honest about capabilities if they are going to charge. Definitely have lost all credibility as a nail salon and went down hill very fast. I sent my wife for her birthday mani pedi and she sat there for a hour. The nail tech left her nails so bad that there was still old paint and said she didn't have time to do the elite package like what was scheduled and said that the other guy would do it and then sat a box infront of my wife and she sat for 20 more minutes waiting for the guy and then finally just got up cleaned her feet and left. As she is leaving the lady runs out saying no he's coming and at that point it didn't matter. We've been going there for years now and the service, the quality, and most importantly the people have dropped so much. After years of going we won't be back and I no longer recommend this place to anyone. read more

Today I went and got a bio gel manicure and a pedicure, I was pretty nervous to ask for the fun design I wanted because a lot of technicians will say they can copy the picture but it doesn't always turn out great, but I was SO SO happy with the results today! By chance I got Amy as my technician today and she nailed the design I showed her, she was also so helpful in helping me figure out the colors and even helping pick out the color for my MIL to get the butter nails that are trending on Tik Tok. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the recent transaction of $437.00 error made on my debit card on Monday 19, 2026. I had a appt on Monday for fill and was not expecting this nightmare. The past few days have been incredibly difficult. I have had to call my bank every morning at 7:00 AM before work to verify my funds and continuously monitor my account throughout the day for changes. Despite being a loyal customer for four years without any prior issues, the only response I have received is a brief apology from the owner and the front desk. I am disappointed that my loyalty was not met with any form of compensation for the significant stress and inconvenience this has caused. Due to this experience, I am sharing a review to inform others of this negligence. I hope someone takes the necessary steps to training your staff to handle such serious financial errors with greater professionalism in the future. Also I was charged a additional $45.00 for the service. I had to transfer money from different accounts to be able to pay my bills. This caused tremendous stress and extra work that I should not have to do! - In addition to Owner response, Mistakes can happen, and this may very well have been a one-off error. However THE LACK OF OWNERSHIP AND URGENCY from the salon when dealing with such a large overcharge was concerning. As a customer, I expected support and accountability-especially when an error of this magnitude occurs. I'm sharing this experience encourage other to carefully review the amount before signing or approving any transaction. I was a walk-in client and got a very snotty reception from the front desk. I chose the callous removal service as part of my pedicure. The person assigned to me cut the bottom of one of my toes with the grater they use after the chemical gel. AND she left the gel on too long and I got a chemical burn on both the cut and on the side of my foot where she over grated a callous. It was so painful, I limped out. It took two weeks before I could wear closed shoes. DO NOT GO HERE. Bad attitude. And questionable skills. read more

My French nail polish chipped the same day. I don't get a gel pedicure ever and it lasts me forever in other places. If I ever return I will ask for Peter by an appointment to give them another chance. The salon is super clean and pretty. Peter makes small talk and so friendly.
