I saw a post on Instagram and fell in love with the design so I called and made an appointment. They took me in right on time and I explained that i wanted the design on my short nails with biogel and Vivian said she was the one who did the original design so she could mirror it for me. She took her time, and I think it turned out great! Donna was the one who worked on my deluxe pedicure and she did a great massage and cute design. Salon was clean and decorated with holiday stuff, they were playing holiday music and they gave a free gift with each service. I think I've found my new favorite nail salon! read more

Brought our evacuated daughter in for a "pretty" day to take her mind off of all the LA fires & the mayhem. I couldn't wait to treat her - for our special girl day! She requested a manicure w polish. This is what her nails looked like 24 hours later! When I tried to call Sunday they were closed. So Monday when I called back, they blamed this piss poor job on my daughter! They said "have her come back", I explained she returned to LA, that she wasn't available to "come back"! I asked them to check that insane crooked fake nail they put on her! They continued to not take responsibility. Refused to refund me. As a last resort I said i'll tell you what, if you don't want to refund, which would have been the absolutely professional thing to do, they could credit me the $40 on my next visit or I would not be returning. Never received a call back. Needless to say, i am one very unhappy customer. read more

I've been here twice now and the first thing you notice is how CLEAN it is. Like, sparkling clean. That's important to me. The nail techs also wear masks and gloves while they work on you. They helped me pick a gel color while my feet soaked. I sprung for the pedicure package that included a salt scrub, hot stone massage, and callus removal. We'll worth it. Very relaxing. The motorized chair was fully functioning too. 2 weeks later and my nails don't have a chip or peel in site. I'm thrilled! I went to this nail salon based on yelp reviews and I'm extremely disappointed. First off the salon is dirty looking. Second the pedicure service was ridiculous.....paid for the deluxe pedicure hardly massaged and only had one hot stone for both legs. The stones were not even rubbed on my legs only the bottom of each foot . The total time for the pedicure was 15 minutes! Finally my biogel manicure - absolutely horrible....the paint color is all streaking looking. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I don't know what the other yelp reviewers are talking about because this was a waste of my time and money and now I have to pay even more to go have it fixed! Firstly I want it to be known the business was sold to a new person during covid, didn't know till after I got there and didn't see Sam.....Don't even waste your time here, I came in Saturday 06/19/21 and left unhappy ,no clean up what so ever on my cuticles! over charged and acrylics broke the next day. Usually I don't like to write reviews. But this situation made me really frustrated. I used to have my nails done with the same person for 8 years until she decided to retire from the business and start family business. I started looking a new nail tech by reading some reviews from different sources. I read really good reviews on FB group about Steven and decided to try. But everything was wrong from very first appointment. I scheduled it 3 weeks in advance as soon as I had my last appointment with my ex tech. I came to the nail salon in time but they didn't have any record about my time. Ok, it happens... The place was looking really clean and nice, as well as techs in there. I had my nails done a few times there, not the best job (I have 15+ years with artificial nails to compare), but it wasn't the worst one until my last appointment. I scheduled my appointment as usual 3 weeks in advance for 10 am. When I came, the place was closed. I met another lady waiting in the car. I waited for 15 min and gave up, she gave up earlier. When I came back home, I decided to call, they told me they just opened and I can come back. Ok, it happens sometimes, probably... Steven told me that they had appointment, ok, but I also had mine. When I tried to tell hen that it was unacceptable, and they could call me, he just answered, 'I already told you, I'm sorry..., we don't have your phone number'. Actually they did if they were able to check their book... Ooh, ok... my nails were done, liked ok.. until next morning when I had hot shower. The top coat starter dissolving in the water on some nails. I had such situation the first time in the life. I called them, Steven even didn't say sorry but offered to come. I asked about the time to avoid the situation which was before, and he told me 0930. It wasn't already surprise for me that the place was closed. I waited another 15 min until other worked came. He told me that it's because probably I didn't keep my nails enough under light. Hm, the tech usually set up timer for 60 sec etc. it's not me to decided. He changed top layer and I went home. By the way, Steven didn't show up even at 10 am despite he scheduled it for 0930. Next days I had the same situation, top coat peeled off at some nails, and these nails were chipped. When I called Steven, he told me that because I decided to have my nails thin - meaning 4 layers - 1 base, 2 deep powder, and 1 coat. And this is my problem!!!!! So, I will never come back to this place of course. Next day I did my nails at one of the top places in TO (Polka dot) and my nails looks really so far so good. But I definitely not recommend this place. They don't care of their clients at all. One of the fact, that they don't have people scheduled appointment a few weeks in advance means they just don't have serious clients. I usually was able to observe only 1-2 other clients maximum. read more

First and last time. I got a gel pedicure everything was fine until 2 weeks after, 3 of my toes were becoming painful to touch. I looked at my toes closely and those 3 toes had an infection. My big toe had pus coming out from the side when I pushed on it. My other toes also started peeling out of now where. I've been getting pedicures for years and this the first time this happens to me. I was told they're too busy and to come back tomorrow! This is the 2nd time this has happened to me!
