As I don't have a specific person that I liked to work with, I have had the experience of working with multiple staff members and have always been pleased with my experience. And the staff members are not offended when you ask them to modify or do touch ups. I appreciate that they are willing to help me find the perfect color. And when I come in with a picture, they are willing to find the color that matches my interest, rather than just sending me to a wall to find my color choice--which is impossible to find in a sea of colors. As I never make reservations in advance, I have been fortunate to never wait when I walk in. The salon does take reservations, and you can request a specific person. Note for tips, you cannot put them on your credit card. You need to bring cash for tips. As for parking, plenty of parking around the shop. Given the gym is nearby the parking lot can get busy so you may need to walk a bit further.

After my pedicure, I went to pay (with a cash tip) and was asked to send my payment through Zelle. I've paid cash in the past, so this was a bit different, but I understood. I was given a laminated card with a phone number and name, entered the information into Zelle, and the man assisting me confirmed everything before I sent it. After completing the payment, Zelle showed that the user was not registered. At that point, a woman told me not to use Zelle because it "wasn't working." I was then told they would charge my card instead, and if the Zelle payment ever went through, they would refund me. About a week later, the Zelle payment did go through ($74). I went back to the salon that Saturday and spoke with the same woman. She remembered me and asked me to write down my information for a refund, but seemed rushed and quickly moved on. It's now Tuesday, and I still haven't received a refund, even after also submitting a request through Zelle. This is really disappointing because I thought I had found my go-to salon. Their work is great, but handling payments this way is not okay. Getting my nails done is a treat for me, and I can't afford to be charged twice. I truly hope they improve their payment process because they do great work. But as of now, this experience makes it hard to return.

My tech was a bit late, but Steve came to file off my nail color and prepped my nails, apologizing for them running late. I didn't mind, but his concern was appreciated. My appointment was with BinZ who was very friendly. I needed a bio gel fill, and he really impressed me! He was very thorough, and did a TERRIFIC job! I booked another appointment with him for 2 weeks later. He will definitely be my go-to person! My only negative experience was when I went to pay. There were at least 3 girls behind the counter doing their accounting for the day. Not one of them addressed me or offered to assist me after I gave them my charge ticket. (Note: They take cash, check or Zelle only since they don't have card reader.) Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure how to proceed but soon figured out that I could use their tel# or QR code to Zelle them. Overall, the staff is very friendly. From what I observed, tools were stored in drawers and then reused with what appeared to be minimal cleaning, like a quick spray of alcohol instead of proper disinfection between clients. I did not feel that proper hygiene or sterilization standards were being followed at this salon. Based on my experience, I would not return, and I strongly recommend being cautious and asking how tools are sanitized before booking here. Overall, the cleanliness also appeared poor, which added to my concerns.
