We were visiting from out of town, and I needed a pedicure. It was a Friday night and I was turned away by 2 other salons because those salons were packed. I decided to check out Infinity Nails- since they were close to my hotel. Stopped in as a walk in and noticed the place was empty- there were 3 ladies waiting for customers. The ladies were super nice but to be honest- I was expecting a lot better/cleaner pedicure. The quality of the work was just not there. I was surprised that she dried my toes with a folded piece of paper. The work was sloppy and the next day my pedicure bubbled and chipped. I hate to leave a bad review for such nice ladies, but if you're looking for a clean, polished pedicure, this may not be your place. read more

Please do not go to this place for waxing!!! The lady that waxed my daughters eyebrows did a horrible job! My daughter cried when she looked at herself in the mirror. We told the manager and she offered to help and try to "fix" her eyebows. The lady that originally waxed never even bothered to apologize or ask what was the matter. She took off more then half of her eyebrows and even burned her skin. We were not even offered our money back. I still had to spend $30 at Ulta to buy my daughter makeup to help with the issue. I'm posting this with hesitation. Mary, the owner of the shop does a great job. Went to her for approximately 4 months with no issues. Then slowly but surely she started to act like a snake... quiet and then strike like a snake! She was so nice at first, then got nasty, argumentative and mean. I'd tell her what I wanted and she would argue with me that was not what I should get. When she would sand off the old acrylic, I would tell her she was hurting me. She said nothing and kept going. This time she burned my nail. I showed her the burn, she just shrugged it off with no emotion at all and did nothing! I normally get pink and whites. She always used pink polish on my nails base and put the white over that at the tip. This time I suggested using a beige color instead. She never asked if I cared the beige was a polish or gel. SHE PICKED OUT THE GEL. I didn't care until at the end when she charged me $10.00 more for it without saying a word. She would always decorate my right hand ring finger only. I would show her a picture of what design I wanted and she would do it but add her own changes without asking. It was really never an issue. This time she painted part of the nail and left the other part unpolished. When I showed her and asked her to please polish that part, she said with a nasty tone "why you want that painted"? I was stunned. I said it again, please polish the side of my nail, reluctantly and with malice she did it! When she was done, I always asked her "how much I owed." It was always $40.00 and I gave her a $5.00 tip. This time I asked her "how much", she said "$50.00" with no explanation. I didn't say a word. I Zelle her the $50.00 with no tip and just walked out. She said nothing. On my way home the more I thought of what happened the more upset I got about the entire experience, so I texted her. She replied in a nasty tone, lied, and told me I was wrong about the pricing months before. Thank goodness I Zelle each time so I sent her a screenshot of the months prior that reflected the $40.00 + $5.00 for the tip. The more she argued and told me I was wrong, the more proof I gave her. WHO DOES THAT if ur the owner of a business? She finally gave up replying. Here's the bottom line.... You can be good in what u do, charge what you want, but at the end of the day what keeps customers coming back and brings in new ones by word of mouth is kindness and good customer service. She is NOT the only shop in town. She has lost a lot of customers and now I know why. She has definitely lost me!!!! Be careful ladies.... read more

I decided to give this place another try and honestly......it was lovely. The salon is very clean and up to standards with covid-19. At entry they ask you kindly to sanitize your hands and to take your temperature. They also ask you to sign a consent form and provide you with face masks, if needed. All artists are barbicide certified, friendly and attentive. They make you feel safe and comfortable throughout your visit. I called Infinity on a Friday afternoon to make an appointment for my sister and I for our first visit. I requested Kevin for myself and Dean for my sister based on Yelp reviews. With ease, we were able to get an appointment at 6pm the same day. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and plenty of smiling faces. They were pretty busy for a Friday evening. The salon is modern and very inviting. They offered us bottled water and really allowed us to take our time choosing what services and colors we wanted. There are very many colors to choose from and you will need 20 minutes alone for that. We were seated and the employees got right to work. I got a new set of tips and Kevin did an outstanding job on my nails!!! He is extremely meticulous and pays great attention to detail, making sure not to miss a spot. He was patient with me and allowed me plenty of time to decide on my color as well. Originally, I was going to get the GenX powder but then decided on acrylic with matching gel polish for my toes and nails. He did a phenomenal job!!!! Dawn did my pedicure and made me feel like a queen! She too is meticulous and took her time to be sure everything was perfect from cleaning under my toenails, to filing them, and trimming my cuticles. She scrubbed my feet until they were smooth as a baby's bottom. Dawn massaged my feet for what felt like eternity and my feet feel so brand new. They were pretty busy at 10 am on a Tuesday so they had to do my manicure first and then the pedicure. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and chatted me up a bit. My manicure was ok. He very lightly cleaned up my cuticles and did a decent paint job. I don't consider myself too picky but it bugs me when my nails aren't evenly cut and when the lengths don't on one hand don't match the other. When I went in for my appointment the nail tech sitting on the second table was eating seeds, I got told to sit, she then threw away her shells and extended her hand to work on my nails, mind you... she was eating with her hands! I've tried a lot of nail salons and this one surprised me. I was happily greeted by Mary the moment I walked in the door. And I had barely sat down when Mary said she could do my nails immediately. And the kicker - she flawlessly did my fill and gel manicure in 35 minutes! I'm still shaking my head over how impressed I am. The salon itself is cute with black and white striped walls and a black chandelier. They also have complimentary candy in front, which made a little boy waiting for his Mom very happy. Mary was very good, professional and friendly. And, you know what, she was genuinely happy. We casually chatted but she allowed me to read my Kindle book without interruptions. And they even have WiFi, which came in handy because I finished my book and was able to download another. Plus, Mary sang while she did my nails. It was comforting and made me smile. And I also noticed she greeted people by name when they entered her shop. Again, I was highly impressed. Overall, I think Infinity Nails is a hidden gem and highly recommend checking it out. My mom and I came here last night for the first time. We didn't have appointments and we walked in an hour before closing. We were greeted warmly at the door and we were both taken right away. We both got spa pedicures and I got a gel manicure while my mom got a normal polish manicure. Howard is amazing! He did my mani and was beyond kind and sweet from start to finish. All the staff we worked with was that same way, but he really stood out. He was patient with me while I picked out my gel color and answered all of my questions about chrome since I'd never done it before. I'm obsessed with my manicure and the chrome is SO COOL! When he was done with my mani, he left work for the day since they were closed- we watched him walk to his car, then he came back into the shop. He popped his head in the door and said to me, "Thank you again and have a wonderful time on your honeymoon!" This was just icing on top of the cake- I had never even met him before this visit! That tiny gesture made me feel so special and will keep me coming back to him! My pedicure and my mom's mani and pedi all came out great as well! They really took their time with massages and the whole experience! It's also a huge bonus that they all speak English! The staff is kind, the prices are beyond fair, and the quality is great! Normally this is my favorite nail salon, the food and hand massage alone is worth it However the past few times I've gone, they've gotten really sloppy. For example I got gel nails for the first time and the color I picked was a red/brown with glitter but when it came on it was yellow? I felt overcharged and my mom (who got the same thing) was very upset because her gel nails came off within three days. So I was excited when I found Infiniti Nails on Yelp. The reviews seemed promising, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Everyone inside was friendly and I was helped right away. Dean was fantastic. He did a great job on my manicure and was very friendly. Everything was also at a really great price! I paid $15 for a gel nail removal and regular manicure. I also loved that they were playing American Ninja Warrior on the tv! It kept me really entertained while I was getting my nails done. The inside of the salon is also gorgeous! I got nexgen powder on my natural nails and a pedicure here which was $53. One tip is they don't take credit cards at all which is crazy these days and makes me think they are just evading taxes. My nails turned out really good but both technicians were extremely rough on my feet and hands. On my hands the grinder was often touching my skin. I take really good care of my cuticles and now I have little inflamed areas from the technician cutting too much. I wouldn't go here again or recommend. read more
