During my manicure, I was injured by the manicurist, which was very painful. I immediately asked her to be more gentle, but due to a language barrier, she did not seem to understand my request. I attempted to show her that she had not properly removed my hang nails and cuticles, but my feedback was completely ignored. To address this issue, I called and spoke with a manager. The manager, Anthony, was unhelpful and dismissive. I called the salon not once, but three times, to follow up When I finally reached him after two days of waiting he claimed he was only a manager and that only the owner could make a decision. The situation became even more concerning when Anthony told me that the salon had insurance and that I could file a lawsuit, rather than attempting to resolve the issue professionally. The total lack of concern and customer service displayed by both the manicurist and the manager is unacceptable. As a first-time customer, my trust was completely broken by the poor quality of service, the pain I endured, and the shocking indifference from your staff. read more

Nice people great atmosphere. Had an amazing first appointment with Julie and I loved my nails. Scheduled another appointment with her but apparently she was busy when I got there so they gave me someone else who was very nice but my nails look like they were done by someone not very experienced. To have to pay $65 for these nails made me cringe. I didn't say that I wasn't happy because it felt awkward. Why do I need to say that I'm not happy? If you are selling a service, you should make sure the finished product is consistent from one nail tech to the other. Sadly, I won't be back. read more

I went in for a pedi with Vivian. She did a fantastic job. Very thorough and relaxing. As a man I was taught that you only have one set of feet and that you should take care of them. A pedi regenerates the blood flow and keeps your feet free from grime and calluses. I highly recommend that men should get pedicures not just women. It kind of makes you a King being pampered on. I have a mostly bad bad review for this place. There was a lady I didn't catch her name, she was terrible. Didn't know how to do an ombré nail look and was EXTREMELY rough taking off my acrylics. She made my right nail bleed after telling her to soak them off and be gentle about 10 times. I also had to tell her multiple times I was uncomfortable with her & wanted another nail tech or I would get them done somewhere else. I received terrible service and the fact she was not listening to my discomfort and decided to rip off my nails instead of soaking them off is horrific. Besides that, credit to Nau she did a wonderful job on my French tip toes. And Lien could work on her acrylic application but she is good with designs, and covered up the blood when they ripped my nail. read more

Quality of work. Very good. My issue is the upselling of services. $32 for basic mani/pedi is what I was quoted at the door. Fine. In the chair now comes the anticipated upsell. I decline each sales pitch with a polite no thank you just the regular. This happens four times and each time I decline. At the end of the service I get a paper bill that says $32 plus $18 equals $50. I say to both technicians I declined all of your offers I told you I wanted only basic. They say no but I ask if you wanted foot massage and I ask if you wanted buff and for foot callouses. Yes you did I said and I said no. At this point I am not going to argue I will pay the $50 and I even left a small tip they just will not see me again. There are many choices in my neighborhood and I will make other choices next time. They lost a good customer and potential good word of mouth to friends and family. read more

The customer service is truly great, the salon is clean organized and relaxing however. I came in for a full set, they gave me the man there and although he was incredibly sweet he gave me the most crooked and messy nails that broke within a week! Frustrating to spend $60 on nails only for them to not be $60 quality. Please don't just pawn off customers on unexperienced nail techs... had I known I would've waited for someone a little more experienced, come back or just not gone at all. Disappointed and will most likely not be returning, can't afford to waste money on poor quality services. Be mindful who does your nails when visiting this nice salon. My daughter and I went here to get manicures. We got two techs, one was professional and one was not. The quality of the polish is not the best but doable for a few days, the quality of design was NOT very good with my daughters tech. She asked for a cross (two simple lines) and it was a huge plus sign on her nails. I didn't get to see my daughters nails till she was done and when i saw them I asked her to redo them and she was telling me that it was hard work to redo them, so I just asked "if she was going to do them or not?" she acted annoyed, left, and brought me my tab for my daughter, so i asked my tech to redo my daughters nails, she had a conversation with the other tech in another language and then the old tech came back to redo them, not a good job again, there were NO solid lines. It looked like crappy nail polish, that was dried out and it cost 30$. I wish I could remember their names. But both my daughter and I got gel polish and total was 70$ before tip. read more

I live in Simi and have been coming here for about 9 months now and I have to say, my nails last for waaayyy longer than ANY other nail salon I've ever been to. I do a powder dip overlay and I kid you not, the ones I have right now have lasted close to 6 weeks. Lol they look extremely overgrown which is why I'm going in to have them done today, but STILL none of them have cracked or chipped, it's unbelievable. Big mistake, I was pushed biogel when I just wanted gel they said it would make it last longer but I already have a few chips and lifting on several nails and they look weeks old. Now to the pedicure, didn't cut one of my big toes, tore the other one but didn't tell me and left a huge hangnail in the other. Both big toes are messed up and I am not even sure how to fix the one torn down the side. -10/10 would never recommend. read more
