Inside the space are floor to ceiling windows, so there is a ton of natural light, which definitely helps Hidi give you the best, most flawless application. I asked her for brown/golden smokey glam and she absolutely nailed it. Throughout the appointment she would hand me the mirror to check-in and make sure I was happy with how things were progressing, which was super nice. Each time she handed me the mirror, I was more and more in love with her work. By the end of the appointment, I was literally staring at myself in the mirror in awe and feeling/looking like a million bucks. She also did light styling on my hair and gave me soft, gorgeous waves. Honestly, I walked out of the salon, looking like a movie star. The event was super hot and everyone was sweating, but miraculously my makeup stayed put. At one point, the same scissors appeared to be used after a customer had a cut, without being sanitized. Staff did not appear to wash their hands between clients. The broom used for cleaning looked very dirty. The restroom did not have soap available and did not appear hygienic. The salon also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and the way I was treated make this a place I would not recommend.

I otherwise had a great experience, I like the fullness and the individual strokes in my eyebrows. My issue is how asymmetrical they are in the center. I love the right one (on the left in the photo) but the other does not match at all. Lea was kind and offered a free touch up as needed at no charge, but I am now researching how to fade my left eyebrow at this point.
