I've been a longtime patron of European Wax Center, like 10+ years overall and at least 5 years at…read morethis specific location. The waxing itself is great; I prefer hard wax and appreciate how efficient the appointments are. I've worked with several, more senior specialists over the years, and they've all been great, friendly aestheticians. I've also had great service booking by phone or online. That said, I'm pretty sure I just had my last appointment, and the reasons have nothing to do with the quality of the service (hence why I'm still giving 5 stars). The reasons are more about how the business is run: 1. High Turnover. It's not a good sign that these facilities run through aestheticians. If you find someone you like and trust, it's highly likely that person will leave within about 2 years. Find another person, same thing. Rinse and repeat. 2. Treatment of Women. For this to be a place that primarily serves women, I've continued to hear about European Wax Center's less-than-ideal arrangements for female staff. No maternity leave? No flexible work schedules for new moms? I'll take my business elsewhere for the time being, but I do hope the owners/managers of these locations will take this feedback to heart and make some improvements.

She explained the rewards program, how future bookings work, and even gave me helpful info about how certain products like retinol can affect waxing. Sarah who did my wax was amazing, so gentle, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience super comfortable. They even gave me a few samples to take home, which was such a nice touch. 10/10, I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately yesterday Allison waxed way too much from my eye brows - they are so thin compared to what I'm used to and I'm so unhappy about it. Also, when I brought it to the person at the front desk, they didn't apologize, they said, "yeah it happens" as if maybe this is a consistent thing? Not sure, but will probably try another waxxpot since I bought credits ahead of time : /.

They were either over priced, fluffy (not results driven), or a combination of both. I got a Brazilian 5 months pregnant (funnn) and it was actually the least painful I've ever gotten. And that's crazy with how sensitive your skin gets pregnant. I've also had hormonal acne, dull skin, and clogged pores, and seeing her did a complete reset on my skin -- truly. She took the time to do all the extractions to really start clean, and the difference in texture is crazy. I'm a lifer now! Can't wait to see her next. Thank you, Tracy!
