I have been to this place a couple of times. It's a nice spacious place to walk into with their pedicure stations, manicure/nails seats in the middle of the shop. The receptionist is friendly and the some nail artists seem more welcoming than others in my opinion. They state you can sign up for rewards but I have been there at least 3 times and brought my mom for her birthday and haven't seen anything. For your birthday, they just say pretty much come on in to spend your money here but no coupon, discount or offer for anything. Its been read that they offer complimentary drinks but I was only offered once one of my visits there. Ive had one experience where I felt welcomed and comfortable and they did a great job on my nails, first time I tried the dip/sms for nails. It's not as harsh as doing the process of gel nails and they are just as durable. I recommend the place to people that just want to sit and have their service done and are in their own world. With me, interaction and friendliness is important to me. I dont want to feel like a number, I want to feel like an appreciated client. Its time for me to find a more intimate spot maybe where they actually pay attention to the person and not just the service they're being paid to do. read more

I've been going here to get my brows waxed out of convenient for a little under a year. My favorite place shut down. They do an OK job but I just got them done and my sister's wedding is next week and my brows are completely uneven. She waxed the one way too much And was kind of careless while waxing also didn't show me the mirror. I've got my nails here done once and I wasn't that impressed. I will never come here again. You've been warned, you just don't know what kind of eyebrow wax you're gonna get here even if you tell them what you're looking for. Mine is fairly simple. Just a basic cleanup with a trim. Hit or miss. Depends on which tech you have. Tonight I walked in without an appointment and requested Roddy and got set up with a different stylist. I showed the stylist a photo of the design I wanted. In taking off my former nail Polish and gel with the drill, he bruised my skin several times. It's still red and sore. The design was good except the flower, a daisy, was just a series of dots, despite me, showing him a photo. I didn't have the energy to argue with him because I was clenching going through the former nail polish removal process. My experience here has been half the time it's a disappointment and half the time it's great. They're probably doing their best and it's nails not emergency surgery so there you go. I would like to preface that I'm probably one of the most low maintenance customers that walks into any nail salon or hair salon. I'm not very particular and I'm normally very pleased. However, whenever I pick a color, and my nails are finished, I expect it to stay that color. I got my nails done a little over a week ago from this place and now my nails are a completely different color. This has never ever happened to me. No, my nails have not been in any sort of chemicals or anything like that. This is the fault of the salon and the products that they are using. Definitely will not be back. read more

Went for the second time today and won't be back. First visit wasn't great but figured I'd give it another chance because the location is convenient for me. Gel Pedicure- $71 for nothing special. Have felt rushed picking a color both times. The massage chairs aren't very comfortable and reset every 30 mins. The massage just felt like going through the motions. Gel manicure- first time was bad. Didn't last a week and a half before starting the lift and peel up. 2nd time even worse. The tech cut my skin above my cuticles on 3 fingers and trimmed my nails way too short. Ended up just having them remove the polish because it looked awful. Don't recommend this nail salon unfortunately. read more

I have visited this salon 3 times now. I want to love it, but I can't. The staff have been friendly to me, but when I brought my grown daughters in they were not so nice. Today I went and decided to spoil myself with a mani and pedi. I don't do polish on my fingers, but I expected them to be buffed, evened out and cuticles done well. Not so. The best part was the massage which was amazing. My pedi was lackluster and the polish is still tacky hours aft the service. I think they must over thin the OPI because I don't have that issue at home. The shape of my toenails is uneven and again the cuticle work not thorough. The chair is very uncomfortable and I got more of a butt massage than a back relax so I had it turned off. A pillow was needed to fit the chair. I spent $93 including tip and don't feel pampered. Whah. UPDATE: After feeling badly about my nails and guilty for spending money I don't have on my self, I decided to go back to the salon and ask them to fix them. They were super helpful and got me in within the hour. The nail tech reshaped my nails and applied polish I brought with me and now they look great! She was very nice and apologized for the mishap. read more

I have been here quite a few times but after today I probably will never go back. My nail technician today was extremely rough & rude. Even after I asked multiple times for her to not do this & was yelling out in pain -- she removed my prior dip manicure by PRYING off the nails. No drill, no soaking, nothing. I asked quite a few times for her to stop, pulled my hands away and told her that it was hurting me very badly. She completely refused to stop and kept prying them off (using her fingernail btw). Looking back I should've just gotten up & left but I'm pretty demure in situations like this. I have been to many nail salons & have never in my life had someone professionally remove a manicure that way. The entire point in going to a salon is so that they can remove them with a drill or an acetone soak, or both. Ripping in entire nail off is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My nails are still hurting hours later. She completely damaged my natural nail and when I asked her for the millionth time to stop she laughed at me & said I was sensitive. unbelievable. read more

They do a good pedicure but absolutely do not listen when it comes to manicures or they rush through them. On my most recent trip I was obviously not happy with my nails. After having a sub-par pedicure experience at Le Posh previously, I decided to give Le Posh nail salon another chance and am so glad I did. I chalk up my bad (very long, 2hrs) pedicure experience to the actual technician, not the salon. I have been to Le Posh nail salon several times now for acrylic fill/set and absolutely love how they turned out I have gotten so many compliments on my nails recently. Hector has done my nails a few times, but I recommended someone different last time I went in, so the owner did my nails the they turned out absolutely gorgeous. I've been here a few times with my teenager. I followed one of my favorite nail artists from another salon when she came here, and I was pleased to find everyone is as talented and courteous as she. We always have a pleasant experience when we go. The technicians are very friendly and professional and good at explaining new nails to a teenager. They do an excellent job, as the nails we get always turn out the way we envisioned and they last for 3-4 weeks. I'm thankful they have and enforce a mask policy, as it makes this salon one of the few safe escapes for my kid as she waits to be fully vaccinated. The salon is clean and seating is comfortable, and we never have a hard time making an appointment. This is our new favorite salon. read more

I am so so sad that this place just opened as I am about to move back to California from Austin. I was super pleased with my entire visit - from the interior/ambiance, great service, and work the nail techs did. I called this morning to make an appointment for 4PM and I even ran a few minutes late because Maps tried to lead me further down the plaza and didn't realize that it is located to the right of TJ Maxx. However, when I walked in, I was seated and helped right away. Jenny did my pedicure and she was super friendly/gentle with massaging and taking care of my feet. I was offered white wine while I got my pedicure done which is always a plus. The massage chair was also very relaxing. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my manicure and brows but she was AMAZING. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she went above and beyond and gave me exactly what I asked for. I haven't been to a nail salon in over two years, and my experiences prior at other salons has always had something missing. However, this is the best experience I have ever had. I had a lovely chat with my manicurist, Jenny, got this set that I am beyond happy with, and the CALM (CBD) manicure was so relaxing and refreshing. The experience all together because of the nails and the massage with the manicure was just the icing on the cake.
