Quinn did my nails today and I had such a great experience! I showed an inspo photo of glazed donut nails and not only did they take their time to correctly match the color, she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I was offered a complimentary drink, they had a phone stand for my phone, and overall the cleanliness was great. They have a ton of choices to choose from for polish and add ons like cat eye or a chrome. I def will be coming back for Halloween nails read more

I have been to this place a couple of times. It's a nice spacious place to walk into with their pedicure stations, manicure/nails seats in the middle of the shop. The receptionist is friendly and the some nail artists seem more welcoming than others in my opinion. They state you can sign up for rewards but I have been there at least 3 times and brought my mom for her birthday and haven't seen anything. For your birthday, they just say pretty much come on in to spend your money here but no coupon, discount or offer for anything. Its been read that they offer complimentary drinks but I was only offered once one of my visits there. Ive had one experience where I felt welcomed and comfortable and they did a great job on my nails, first time I tried the dip/sms for nails. It's not as harsh as doing the process of gel nails and they are just as durable. I recommend the place to people that just want to sit and have their service done and are in their own world. With me, interaction and friendliness is important to me. I dont want to feel like a number, I want to feel like an appreciated client. Its time for me to find a more intimate spot maybe where they actually pay attention to the person and not just the service they're being paid to do. read more

First time in this Salon, was very impressed with the selection of services offered. I requested the REFRESH mani and pedi. The technician I had, did not speak at all, only laughed, at what, who knows. The second I put my feet in the foot tub it was scalding hot. I asked her to put in cooler water. Twice she tried the faucet which made it even hotter. After the third attempt (which was odd, she should've known how to work it) it was bearable but not the best! I thought I read where all techs know English to communicate with clients. This one obviously Did not! I should've walked out but didn't because I really looked forward to having my nails done. Pedicure was ok, nothing spectacular for $55. So on to the manicure....the WORST. She asked me what nail shape I wanted. She had to repeat many times over, I barely understood her at that time either. I told her what color I wanted for my nails. I closed my eyes during the hand massage ... terrible mistake, she used the wrong polish color after I told her twice! Not knowing the steps of what was being done next, I realized the Refresh tray was right next to her but she did not follow through with the menu. Turns out the mani was a huge mistake! She left the chair, went away, never said a word, didn't come back! Both hands were sticky until another more friendly technician came and asked me if I was happy with their service. No! I told her what happened, she got a towel and cleaned in between my fingers to remove the sticky feeling. She also asked to redo my nails but I refused. I Had another appointment and ran out of time for another do over. Instead of $45 for the manicure I was charged $25 and given a 15% discount the total bill. The technician I had was terrible. 75 yrs old and I've never had such a shoddy experience!! If ever I would go back, I would refuse that particular technician, if she is still there! read more

The place is nice and clean and spacious and professional. I got a pedicure by a wonderful lady named Austin. She was detailed and precise helped clean my cuticles and showed me how to care for my dry skin. I highly recommend this salon and I recommend Austin. read more

They did a fine job on my nails, but it felt extremely overpriced for my pedicure. I will be looking elsewhere for my next mani pedi.

Ms.Austin was wonderful! So pleased with my pedicure! She was very friendly, professional, and I will definitely return to Le Posh.

Ms. Austin is a phenomenal nail technician! I've trusted her with my nails for over four years, and every visit is exceptional. She's meticulous, highly skilled, and truly prioritizes nail health. As a healthcare professional, my goal has always been strong, healthy nails and well-maintained cuticles and thanks to her, I've absolutely achieved that. Her attention to detail, especially with cuticle care, feels as close to a clinical-grade nail experience as you can get. She focuses on quality over fluff, and provides honest, expert care. I always leave feeling confident and genuinely cared for. If you're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with integrity and intention, ask for Ms. Austin the next time you're at Le Posh! read more

Love this place! Austin does an amazing job, such perfect and clean nails. 10/10 will definitely be back!

I've been going here to get my brows waxed out of convenient for a little under a year. My favorite place shut down. They do an OK job but I just got them done and my sister's wedding is next week and my brows are completely uneven. She waxed the one way too much And was kind of careless while waxing also didn't show me the mirror. I've got my nails here done once and I wasn't that impressed. I will never come here again. You've been warned, you just don't know what kind of eyebrow wax you're gonna get here even if you tell them what you're looking for. Mine is fairly simple. Just a basic cleanup with a trim. Nothing major. Shouldn't be that hard. read more

Hit or miss. Depends on which tech you have. Tonight I walked in without an appointment and requested Roddy and got set up with a different stylist. I showed the stylist a photo of the design I wanted. In taking off my former nail Polish and gel with the drill, he bruised my skin several times. It's still red and sore. The design was good except the flower, a daisy, was just a series of dots, despite me, showing him a photo. I didn't have the energy to argue with him because I was clenching going through the former nail polish removal process. My experience here has been half the time it's a disappointment and half the time it's great. They're probably doing their best and it's nails not emergency surgery so there you go. Not exactly what I want but it's a manicure so it's a luxury. First photo is what I showed him. Twice. Second is what I got. read more

I would like to preface that I'm probably one of the most low maintenance customers that walks into any nail salon or hair salon. I'm not very particular and I'm normally very pleased. However, whenever I pick a color, and my nails are finished, I expect it to stay that color. I got my nails done a little over a week ago from this place and now my nails are a completely different color. This has never ever happened to me. No, my nails have not been in any sort of chemicals or anything like that. This is the fault of the salon and the products that they are using. Definitely will not be back. read more

Brought my girlfriend here for a mani/pedi and I can say I was very highly impressed. The customer service was phenomenal and the job they did was fantastic! Went for the second time today and won't be back. First visit wasn't great but figured I'd give it another chance because the location is convenient for me. Gel Pedicure- $71 for nothing special. Have felt rushed picking a color both times. The massage chairs aren't very comfortable and reset every 30 mins. The massage just felt like going through the motions. Gel manicure- first time was bad. Didn't last a week and a half before starting the lift and peel up. 2nd time even worse. The tech cut my skin above my cuticles on 3 fingers and trimmed my nails way too short. Ended up just having them remove the polish because it looked awful. Don't recommend this nail salon unfortunately. read more

I have visited this salon 3 times now. I want to love it, but I can't. The staff have been friendly to me, but when I brought my grown daughters in they were not so nice. Today I went and decided to spoil myself with a mani and pedi. I don't do polish on my fingers, but I expected them to be buffed, evened out and cuticles done well. Not so. The best part was the massage which was amazing. My pedi was lackluster and the polish is still tacky hours aft the service. I think they must over thin the OPI because I don't have that issue at home. The shape of my toenails is uneven and again the cuticle work not thorough. The chair is very uncomfortable and I got more of a butt massage than a back relax so I had it turned off. A pillow was needed to fit the chair. I spent $93 including tip and don't feel pampered. Whah. UPDATE: After feeling badly about my nails and guilty for spending money I don't have on my self, I decided to go back to the salon and ask them to fix them. They were super helpful and got me in within the hour. The nail tech reshaped my nails and applied polish I brought with me and now they look great! She was very nice and apologized for the mishap. read more

I have been here quite a few times but after today I probably will never go back. My nail technician today was extremely rough & rude. Even after I asked multiple times for her to not do this & was yelling out in pain -- she removed my prior dip manicure by PRYING off the nails. No drill, no soaking, nothing. I asked quite a few times for her to stop, pulled my hands away and told her that it was hurting me very badly. She completely refused to stop and kept prying them off (using her fingernail btw). Looking back I should've just gotten up & left but I'm pretty demure in situations like this. I have been to many nail salons & have never in my life had someone professionally remove a manicure that way. The entire point in going to a salon is so that they can remove them with a drill or an acetone soak, or both. Ripping in entire nail off is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My nails are still hurting hours later. She completely damaged my natural nail and when I asked her for the millionth time to stop she laughed at me & said I was sensitive. unbelievable. read more

Wanted to give an update since I've been here several times now. Unfortunately, I've had pretty 50/50 service here. They do a good pedicure but absolutely do not listen when it comes to manicures or they rush through them. On my most recent trip I was obviously not happy with my nails. After several attempts to fix them, the nail tech became pretty aggressive and rough with my hands. This treatment ensured I won't be re-visiting. read more

After having a sub-par pedicure experience at Le Posh previously, I decided to give Le Posh nail salon another chance and am so glad I did. I chalk up my bad (very long, 2hrs) pedicure experience to the actual technician, not the salon. I have been to Le Posh nail salon several times now for acrylic fill/set and absolutely love how they turned out I have gotten so many compliments on my nails recently. Hector has done my nails a few times, but I recommended someone different last time I went in, so the owner did my nails the they turned out absolutely gorgeous. I definitely recommend giving Le Posh nail salon a try, but make a reservation bc they fill up fast. I look forward to trying out a pedicure again in the very near future. read more

Elaine fixed my nails and it was timely and even better than what I originally asked for. I appreciated their [initial] kindness, and the salon layout is very well thought out. But -- I do not appreciate being treated or spoken to as if I'm new. I'm obviously well aware that my job/specialty/profession is not theirs -- however -- I have been getting my nails done for 26 years. I have run the gauntlet with all of it. Name it -- I can tell you how it's done. They kept lying to my face as to how it works read more

I've been here a few times with my teenager. I followed one of my favorite nail artists from another salon when she came here, and I was pleased to find everyone is as talented and courteous as she. We always have a pleasant experience when we go. The technicians are very friendly and professional and good at explaining new nails to a teenager. They do an excellent job, as the nails we get always turn out the way we envisioned and they last for 3-4 weeks. I'm thankful they have and enforce a mask policy, as it makes this salon one of the few safe escapes for my kid as she waits to be fully vaccinated. The salon is clean and seating is comfortable, and we never have a hard time making an appointment. This is our new favorite salon. read more

I am so so sad that this place just opened as I am about to move back to California from Austin. I was super pleased with my entire visit - from the interior/ambiance, great service, and work the nail techs did. I called this morning to make an appointment for 4PM and I even ran a few minutes late because Maps tried to lead me further down the plaza and didn't realize that it is located to the right of TJ Maxx. However, when I walked in, I was seated and helped right away. Jenny did my pedicure and she was super friendly/gentle with massaging and taking care of my feet. I was offered white wine while I got my pedicure done which is always a plus. The massage chair was also very relaxing. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my manicure and brows but she was AMAZING. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she went above and beyond and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely return here every time I need to get my nails down whenever I'm in town from now on. Thank you for the amazing experience! read more

I haven't been to a nail salon in over two years, and my experiences prior at other salons has always had something missing. However, this is the best experience I have ever had. I had a lovely chat with my manicurist, Jenny, got this set that I am beyond happy with, and the CALM (CBD) manicure was so relaxing and refreshing. The experience all together because of the nails and the massage with the manicure was just the icing on the cake.
