So I crutch all the way into the nail salon + I sit in one of the pedicure chairs. All of the workers are busy, they definitely were not prepared for my "appointment". I wait for about 10-15 minutes and then someone comes and starts my pedicure. he was so rushed and was going in between me and another person. He asked me which pedicure I wanted, I chose the 2nd option which is like a 20 minute massage with hot stones. I got no hot stones and about a 3 minute massage. People kept coming in asking for a mani or pedi and the owner kept saying yes just 5 minutes, meanwhile every staff member was slammed. And you could tell they were just rushing around. I had asked for a manicure too and the owner started rushing on my nails, she was going so fast that 3 of my fingers started to bleed so much that I couldn't even get a manicure. I got frustrated with the service and just asked to be done and leave. I went to checkout and she charged me for the 2nd level pedicure which I refused to pay. THE CHERRY ON TOP is I got a terrible fungal infection and I have to be on topical medication for a year to prevent permanent damage + had to pay to see a dermatologist. The nail tech was rude, continued to grind my nails to the point of continued pain. When id let her know it was hurting she'd roll hers eyes and yank my hand. I had my tips removed and asked for gel on MY nails. She agreed to a simple design and then kept telling my it wasn't feasible on my length. When I told her fine just do a French manicure she gave me an attitude and told me I should just get a fill. She over grinded and then attempted to fill my nails with layers and layers of polish (which were much longer before she hacked them down shorter with a file). I left there in tears.
