First time visiting on Tuesday 9/3. My technician was sweet, but I'm not happy with the quality. I paid $53 for dip+extension. The nails look a little chunky, and almost like stick on nails from Walmart! It's Saturday 9/7 and my nails started peeling up yesterday morning 9/6. Unfortunately I'm on vacation so I can't go back to the salon for a few days. I would appreciate a refund but I doubt they will give that to me. I will call to ask. They also don't do eyebrows, so I had to find another salon 9/11 8 days after dip+extension. I was showering and literally the nails peeled off when I was washing my hair. You can tell my nails were only damaged by the area from the extension tips. The fake nails are completely whole and not chipped, to show I wasn't picking them off. Plus it's extremely difficult to pick off dip nails!! I can make my dips last 4 weeks...these didn't make it 8 days! I have an appt today to show them and complain. Hoping for a refund. I will not be returning. 9/11 made it to my 6pm appt and the technician "had to leave early" so was unable to make the appointment. The "owner" was the only lady in the store and she refused to issue a refund. She said I would need to have the nails redone by the original tech. Call and make an appt. Sounds like a joke. Ive never seen nails literally pop off like that! Veery strange and upsetting. Good thing I have an awesome credit card and was able to file a claim and dispute this business and receive my money back!! Never returning to this place again. read more

This is my second time going here and definitely my last. They have zero transparency on their pricing. I came in the summer and spent almost $100 on a very basic pedicure with gel polish (we're talking 15 minutes) which is was supposed to be $55. I didn't want to come back but I was in a bind so I went on my lunch. I got a gel polish change on my toes. My toes were bare already, no pedicure. $32. The sign says $10-15. Of course they have explanation why the price is more than doubled what they have listed. This is a basic shop. Go somewhere else where you actually get quality for the price. I usually spend around $100 on my fingernails (she doesn't do feet sadly) so I'm not opposed to spending the money but they way they operate with pricing is shady. I'll pass. read more

I did my nails with Kim around 2 years and and she left my acrylic nails all bumpy and ugly she also said I had to get gel polish to charge more. I decided to give them a second change and went back around 2 weeks ago and had my nails done buy a guy and they were rude and did my nails sooo bad. I am thankful I found another nail salon. I went to this nail salon on Friday 10/4/19 for a dip over my natural nails. Later that evening the overlay began to chip. I was out of town so I was unable to go back. Today my nails are so horribly chipped/cracked that I refuse to even let then attempt to fix my nails. For the price I would expect it to last longer than four days. read more

I highly recommend this place..The ladies here do such a great job! I come here often to get a gel manicure and the woman that does my nails doesn't apply the gel too thick like other salons do (Posh Nails does theirs way too thick) and makes the gel manicure look natural. I love it! My gel always lasts until my next visit (2-3 weeks)which is nice. They have a large selection of colors and the salon is very clean as well! read more

I always do my own gel nails. I wanted to treat myself so I came here for a manicure and pedicure. They were busy. I had an appointment. I felt very rushed. I was unable to pick out my toe color from the wall as they already put me in a chair before telling me to pick a color, so I had a limited selection to choose from. My gel polish (3 days later) is already peeling up from the cuticle. I called to see what they could do as far as refunds or another manicure and they said they like to see it and they would fix the ones that are peeling up. Since I work full time and have a family, I'm unable to go in....$30 down the drain. Not very happy. read more

The salon owner is moody and picks and chooses who she wants to service. I've been a patron on multiple occasions where I have witnessed her discriminate against clients by saying the wait time is longer when she doesn't want to service them or pretending not to speak English in hopes that the patron will get frustrated and leave, which is what happens in most cases. read more

The first picture are my natural nails before I went.I am really upset with my experience this time around. I've been getting my nails done here for about a year. I never had an issue. I went today asked for a full set but Kim said I should get a overlay since my nails were long. I said okay. The guy in there did my nails. For one he filed my nails really short. The acrylic is really thick. And he cut my skin when filing. When I asked him if he could do one of the nails over because it was messed up he said "once I polish it'll look better" I said okay. My nails aren't even shaped right. I still paid but called when I left. Kim said to me that she will look at them if I came back later that day, I really don't like taking my 2 year old son to the shop. So I asked if I come the next day. Her response was "you should've said something before he polished the nails if you didn't like it or if something was wrong." But I never want to be "THAT PERSON" so I left thinking I was going to like them later. And I didn't. I don't think I'll be back just because the way she spoke to me. I wasn't rude to her at all. I gave two stars because this is my first time experiencing this. read more
