A friend recommended I check out Katarina. I have had 4 fills so far and everything is going great! I was referred to Katarina by a close friend after the manicurist I normal go to left for school. Definitely was an amazing recommendation. I got a Gel manicure 1 week ago, and she did a perfectionists job, so well in fact that everyone thought I had very nice acrylics. 1 week later and my nails still look as good as the first day (minus a little more grown out). She filed them so well that none have broken and they feel as strong as ever. She pushes/trimmed the cuticles so well that still a week later they look fresh and clean. Huge fan and will definitely go back! She books up quick so call ahead, and her prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of effort she puts into every nail. read more

If I could give 100 stars I would! After nearly 3 years of searching for the right nail artist, I found Katarina thanks to my roommate. I could not be happier with my full set! Katarina is by far the sweetest nail artist I've ever met and is so beyond patient to make sure your nails look perfect. My two roommates and I came on a Friday and took us all back to back with little to no breaks literally catching every detail to give us the shape and nail size we wanted. Coming from the LA, there are many reputable salons that earn their titles thanks to Instagram and after nearly trying them all, none come close to Katarina's work. She just knows what will look best yet doesn't force her suggestions on you. I wanted the same color on all my coffin nails and she suggested I add something light to them to suit my skin color and they turned out better than what I wanted. Katarina works inside Tru Beauty Salon as a nail tech. I got a manicure pedicure which was wonderful. She took her time and did a beautiful job. She is also very clean and keeps her work space, tools, towels, etc sanitized. She also uses liners for her pedicure which is a must for me. I really appreciated how much time she spent to do a fantastic job on my nails. She is also very friendly and a pleasure to sit with.
