On top of being unhappy with the results, the person doing my nails seemed visibly irritated and upset throughout the appointment, which made the entire experience stressful and extremely uncomfortable for me. Getting my nails done is supposed to be something enjoyable, not an experience that leaves me feeling anxious, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I understand that everyone has bad days, but that shouldn't affect the way a customer is treated or the quality of the service they receive. I paid for this service expecting to leave happy, and instead, I left feeling awful about my nails and the entire experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. I wish I had received the quality of work and customer service that I paid for.
