After discussing the nail design I wanted, the nail tech got to work! It was an efficient process that I'm glad to report had no accidental nipping. Online my appointment was designated as being a 90 minute slot which was very accurate! My nails honestly came out soooo cute and I'm very happy with the results. If I had any complaints, it would just be at the end when I went to take a photo for my friends and I realized my cuticles looked kind of crusty since the tech didn't apply any hand cream or cuticle oil. They had an appointment, yet were still left waiting approximately 45 minutes before being helped. Unfortunately, the actual manicure was extremely poor. As you can see in the photos, there is product left on the skin around the nails, uneven application, and visible areas that were not properly cleaned up or finished. My daughter specifically asked multiple times for the hangnails/cuticles to be addressed, but they were not properly taken care of. The bigger issue was the pricing and communication. They were quoted $60 over the phone but were charged a different amount when they arrived. They were also charged a credit card fee that was never disclosed when they booked the appointment. When they questioned the price, they were told they had been quoted the higher amount over the phone which was not what they were told. Then, when paying, the girls were presented with a tipping screen showing high percentage tip options and were rushed through the payment process without being given reasonable time to review everything. They left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. The staff was rude when they tried to ask questions, and the overall communication was extremely frustrating. For a service that was booked in advance, this was simply not acceptable. The photos speak for themselves. I would expect much better workmanship, transparency about pricing and fees, and basic courtesy toward customers.
