This was my first and last time coming here. Immediately after my pedicure, my toes were in pain and that pain only grew the day after. 3 days after my pedicure, I couldn't take a step without my feet hurting because my cuticles were cut so bad that I have blisters around all my toes. UPDATE: MY BIG TOE IS NOW INFECTED. I wish I could get my money back. What should have been a pleasant experience has been absolutely miserable. Also, it's very clear that their prices are inconsistent. First of all, they only take cash or venmo and prices aren't listed online or in the salon. A friend the week prior told me her pedicure was $35 however the salon manager chose to up the price to $45 when I checked out. The woman doing my nails got up and left in the middle of my set to help a walk in with a broken nail for over 20 minutes. I had to ask for my nails to be finished. They charged me 80$ for these. My nails were completely destroyed here after a gel polish removal. The nail tech used a drill to get all of my gel off, rather than soaking them as I have had done at other salons. There's a noticeable ridge across every one of my nails where you can see the damage and the nail being thin and completely stripped down. For weeks it even hurt to have hot water touch my nails due to how much enamel they stripped away. I'm so disappointed as it will take months to get them healthy and strong again! read more

Bad service! I asked FOUR times this place offered acrylic pedicures! And they said yes before even starting my pedicure. Once I was done they began to place gel on my toes and I quickly reminded them that I wanted acrylic and the man doing my toes said "no you don't need it" and I said "it's ok I want it." If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Never have I had such rude demanding service! I came in last time wanting a change from acrylic to dip, it was like pulling teeth getting them to do give me the service I came in for (when I made the appointment I let them know my plans). Then he proceeded to tell me how FAT my fingers are and how I need to get my nails done his way ( squared) when I prefer rounded (for my job I can't have edges) because according to him when the nail are rounded they make my FAT hands look FATTER! i don't usually come to this salon but i did for a specific color. He wouldn't give me the option to tell him which color i wanted from the start, he insisted on choosing his own color for me. i was cut and bleeding from SEVEN of my fingers from one of the tools he was using. when he refused to give me my 2 color options i had to find a new color while he was continuously rushing me and complaining about me in front of the other workers and myself. I'm NEVER coming back to this salon, i was treated very poorly and i'm very disappointed. i should also mention that all my nails are all different sizes and shapes. read more

I showed him a picture of what I wanted he said okay and proceeded. When he was done I was so confused because the french tip was so thick and uneven. Save you're money!I got a gift card for Christmas this year so I decided to go I got a fill with one of the guys and within three days they were completely lifting . I went back and the owner put glue ,(nail glue )on the parts that were lifting and said that that should work until the guy who did them came back. I took them off and will never go back read more

I called to make a reservation yesterday an two hours before they closed. The man said it's too late so I asked what their availability was the next day. He did answer, just replied, "when do you want to come in?" I asked the same question again and got the same response. So I said noon. The man said that's a busy time. Then I said ok is 2pmbetter? He said yes. I arrived at 2:02pm and was told to pick a color. The man from yesterday was on the phone at first and I couldn't tell he started addressing me because he didn't look up. Someone showed me to a chair at 2:15pm. A man name Paul wanted to help but couldn't understand me. I didn't need polish or a massage because I planned on coming back next week before an event. I didn't know if Paul would do the manicure after the pedicure or not. This was the first time I'd ever brought a pet with me to a nail salon. My Dog Piper is 15 and having a rough time getting over losing Bella, my 16 year old and Pipers big sister. We lost Bella a week ago and Piper cries if I leave her longer than a few minutes. My neighbors can hear it and so can the people u rent to downstairs. I mentioned the situation a couple times but I understand it might not have been heard by the employees. Piper was in a front harness and I had let her tip half free time rest on my arm. Another employee quickly appeared to my right and immediately said I needed to move "that". In a friendly tone I said ok just a second. This man continued to complain even though I was clearly adjusting a very sensitive elderly dog with bad joints and a skin condition. I adjusted three times in literally less than 2 minutes!!!! I apologized and smiled thinking surely he's joking? Then he said he doesn't have time for me. So I didn't get a manicure. Without the polish snd massage it would have taken less time. He also didn't start till after 2:30. Turns out he was waiting for a customer who was getting a more expensive service. The man at the front charged the full $45 for my pedicure and said "no polish doesn't matter same price" but I hadn't questioned it. He backed up the guy who was too busy for my scheduled appointment. He wandered around looking at his phone after getting up and walking away. Literally it was under 2 minutes. I already knew I would not be returning to Tina's but trying to pay for the service was what made me right s review ( I never right reviews). No one meets you at the front. You have to get on their wifi and scan their Venmo. The woman before me didn't know what Venmo was and wasted her time downloading and connecting her bank. The don't take credit cards!!! I'm gonna bet poor Paul wouldn't have got the tip I left either so I. Going back there to give him cash. A lot of cash. I'm not saying some of the employees are on speed but at least 1 of them is definitely on speed. There is not once ounce of customer service. IT was the worst pedicure ever: she used the electric file on my toes to file them and ruined my nail itself. Instead of the toes being cut square they were rounded which can cause problems plus they look horrible. The manicurist increased my price point more than I was quoted originally. My daughter and I walked in and asked to get a gel mani and gel pedi for me, and a regular pedi and pink and white acrylics for her. The entire pedicure took them 7 minutes on her and I was done in 15 minutes. My gel polish has multiple spots where there are thick globs. They never even started my daughters nails. After seeing how bad the mani and pedi was my daughter decided she didn't want to even get her nails done there. $118 for a max 15 min pedicure with numerous flaws. We tried to go to Salon Del Mar in the Hyatt, but they were understaffed so we wouldn't be able to get our nails done at the same time. They suggested we try Tina's Nail Salon right down the block. I got a Shellac Gel mani and a pedi with sole treatment done by two nail techs. My mani turned out real nice. My pedi was less than perfect. They weren't shaped very nicely. I had to get her to redo the shaping. I would say get your nails done by the young guy with shoulder-length hair (5 stars for him) but avoid the young woman with the red lips and b-tchy resting face (2 stars for her). So, the best way for this woman to improve is for her to ask herself, "If I paid $78 to get my mani and pedi done, would I be satisfied with the work that was done?" It is important to care about your job and to love it even if you think it sucks. Do the best work possible because this is your work, your craft, your living. The staff is very nice and helpful, i came in with incredibly damaged nails from another nail salon and Henry did an amazing job removing and revamping my damaged nails. They look just like new and despite my nails being the thinnest and most brittle i have ever seen a nail, he did an amazing job with no pain or extra breakage in the removal!! also put a lot of time and care into the job and i couldn't be happier! highly recommend dip nails read more
