I've had excellent gel manicures/pedicures from Chi and Kevin. I once came in with especially short, broken toenails and I swear Kevin was able to work actual magic on them! At this point, Chi is currently the only person I trust with my brows. She does such a good job! She has good taste and is very helpful with color selection--so if you're not sure which shade to go for, ask for her advice. The phone has always been answered when I've called, and oftentimes they are able to get me in for last-minute, same-day bookings. Pricing is very reasonable for Santa Barbara. Thank you, Lux!

I requested a simple clean up and buff with no polish, but my nails were left rough and scratched instead of smooth. The massage that was supposed to be included was completely skipped, and when I mentioned it, I was told it had already been done, which it hadn't. My boyfriend received a full massage during his pedicure while I received none. He was also left sitting in used spa water long after his service was over. She remained on the call for about 10 minutes and started to help me, but once her manager walked in, she got off the phone. After the appointment she asked about a tip for her. I don't like writing a negative review, but I just would not recommend going here and thought I should share my experience in case others are considering it!
