This last one has me walking on sunshine & whistling zippity-do-da all weekend! Ryan did such an amazing job replicating my inspo & individualizing my manicure! I am so incredibly happy with the way it turned out! Thank you, Ryan!!! My manicure absolutely SLAPS!!!

My first visit to this salon was excellent. I was genuinely impressed by the wide selection of…read morepolish colors, and my pedicure was easily a 10/10. Because of that experience, I was excited to return. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. I was paired with a different nail technician, and the quality of service was noticeably different. She asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said yes, but she only trimmed my big toenails and left the rest untouched. The polish application was also very poorly done. It was uneven and looked rushed--the worst polish job I've ever received during a pedicure. I considered mentioning it, but her two children arrived during my appointment, and I got the impression she may have been distracted or trying to finish quickly. Based on my second experience, I don't plan to return. It's unfortunate because my first visit set such high expectations. I hope the salon can provide more consistent service in the future.

I still had residue of mask on my legs.. now my set.. she cut them a nice length and then through out the process, she kept filing them down so they became short and uneven. I showed an inspo pic of French. She coated half the nail and cleaned it off however she did not take it off properly and it was all down my cuticles. I'm attaching the inspo pic and what I received. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I've been going here since I moved to Reno in Jan and I've had enough bad polish jobs and lazy service to continue. I always tip generously too. Sad bc I really liked them initially but have decided it's time for a new place.

Tony, the owner, is wonderful and very friendly every time we're there. My pedicure turned out amazing, very well done and exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend if you're in the Reno area.

I'm leaving a one-star review based on my experience with T&T Nails…read more I called this morning to schedule a 1:30 p.m. appointment for a hybrid gel service. When I called from my own phone, I received a message indicating that my call was being screened and they were not accepting my call at that time. I then called from my husband's phone and was able to schedule the appointment without any issue. Shortly afterward, someone from the salon called my phone and told me that I was no longer allowed to receive services there and stated that they have the right to refuse service. I understand that businesses have the right to refuse service, but when I asked why, I was given no explanation. There was no apology, no clarification, and no attempt to address the situation. The response was very flat and dismissive. I had been going to this salon regularly since moving to Reno, probably around 10-12 times. The only interaction I can think of that may have led to this happened during my last appointment about three weeks ago. After I paid, I respectfully asked why the price seemed to change every time I came in. I had been charged anywhere from around $40 to $60 for similar services, so I simply wanted to understand what I should expect to pay moving forward. I was told the price depended on the nail technician. I then asked whether there was a more consistent or standard price because I wanted to know what I would be spending every few weeks. That was the entire conversation. I was not disrespectful, argumentative, or abrasive. If asking a reasonable question about inconsistent pricing is enough for a returning customer to suddenly be refused service, I think potential customers should be aware of that. Looking back, I also overlooked concerns about the cleanliness of the salon because I liked that they offered hybrid gel, which can be harder to find elsewhere. After this experience, I would not recommend this business based on the customer service, communication, cleanliness concerns, and overall management. Apparently I will not be returning, but I wanted other customers to be aware of my experience. If you have questions about pricing or your service, just know that asking for clarification was not received well in my experience.

That was disappointing, especially since I had arrived on time. I went in for a pedicure and wanted a white polish, but I was told they were out of white. While I believed her, I've honestly never had a nail salon run out of such a basic color before, so I had to choose a random shade that I ended up not liking. The pedicure itself was fine, but my technician was on the phone for most of the appointment, which made the experience feel impersonal. I originally found this salon through a TikTok recommendation. Later, I realized the creator worked nearby and appeared to know the owner--he even stopped in during my appointment to ask to borrow staples. That made me question how unbiased the recommendation really was. This salon has a lot of potential, but the customer service fell short. I was the only customer there, yet I still felt overlooked and uncomfortable. Between the paid parking, the price of the service, and the overall experience, I don't feel it was worth the cost.

They took their time, paid attention to the details, and her nails turned out exactly how I had hoped. Unfortunately, she discovered afterward that she had a pretty significant allergic reaction to one of the nail oils that was used during the service. That's not something I fault the salon for--she has sensitive skin, and allergies can be unpredictable--but it's definitely something we will mention before future appointments. Overall, the quality of the nail work was excellent. If you have known sensitivities, I'd recommend letting your technician know ahead of time so they can discuss alternative products. Despite her reaction, she was genuinely happy with how her nails looked.
