My mom and I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff didn't listen to what we asked for--we had to correct them several times during the process. We specifically requested a regular dip manicure, but they applied tips without our approval. It wasn't until we were already seated that we noticed how unsanitary and dirty the salon was. After the tips were on, I asked for a specific nail shape (ballerina), but the technician refused, saying it "wouldn't look good." I was also cut twice during the drilling. Update idk what happened this last visit. Obviously there was a miscommunication with my scheduling. I took my mother here to spoil her a little bit and boy did I regret it.The Nail tech had a poor attitude doing my mom's nails then decided to start speaking in their language which made us feel very uncomfortable as i know they all speak English well .Then I was put with a nail tech that I did not want and still unhappy with my set I ended up paying a $115 for short nails which is fine . I was so unhappy that I didn't even want color I knew this was gonna happen that's why I didn't want another nail tech I told her i would reschedule but she insisted I go with her other tech I still tipped very well but after going home and speaking to my mom about how we were treated and unhappy with the service I know it won't matter but they have lost my business after 4 years - read more

I went to this place because I've heard great things about Chi. Sadly, the lady that attended me was the one behind Chi (inbetween Chi & Liam). To begin, she over filled my natural nail so much! The glue to adhere the artificial nail tip burnt so much due to how thin she filled ny nails. She left my nails EXTREMELY lumpy, uneven, & there was acyrlic all over my fingers after she was done. she filled my nails so hard I had to ask her to stop THREE times & she still continued to go rough. She also didn't do what I asked for. I don't understand why she couldn't be clear and say she didn't have the skill for it. The french was uneven & she didn't do any of the flowers I asked for. After all of these she still charged me the 65 dollars & laughed when I only gave her a 2 dollar tip (WHICH SHE DIDN'T DESERVE). The worst part about this... I went to get these nail soaked off and the nail tech who soaked them off said my nails were extremely damaged due to over filling. She also had difficulty removing them due to how slimey the acrylic became, she said shes sure MMA was used on my nails. read more

I have had acrylic for years. I moved from Southern California where there are so many talented nail artists so my expectation is very high. It took me awhile to find somebody who can meet my expectation and I found Chi. Her shaping and designs is great! Ni is also very good! I recommend both. I had a deluxe pedicure with Liam last week and it was very enjoyable. The salon is new and everything is clean. They also offer drinks. This is my go to place for sure. read more

I have to update my review now. I got my feet done last week and like 5 hours later the polish came off. It was too late to go back because they were closed. I called the next day, and told them what happened. They told me to come in to fix it and I did. She fixed it, and everything was fine up until just now. The polish has came off of my other toe and the polish is lifting on my other toe. Sorry, but I don't think I will be coming back. I paid $65 and I'm disappointed. I' m not the kind of person that gives bad reviews, but I'm shocked because this has never happened out of all the times I've gotten my feet done. read more

It was my first time here so we will give it a four star I came in for a full set about a week ago and got so many compliments I was immediately taken care of. They also accept walk ins which is always nice. They can also do drawings on your nails as well which is pretty neat. The reason I gave 4 stars was because there was minor things I saw with my nails but I am sure it was because she had an appointment after me as well so she had to finish my nails quick. I scheduled an appointment with chi because she does an amazing job, I had my appointment at 2pm I got their at 2:06 I waited about 30 mins for her to tell me that she can't take me in and that Liam will do my nails as she said that she took a client in front of my face this client had a 3:00 appointment and she did her nails and pedi in front of me. Liam takes me in and I showed him what I wanted and he starts rushing I asked him for square shaped nails this is not square shaped at all! I didn't even ask for them to be this short either on top of that I had to wait another 30 mins for my pedi and chi was supposed to do that and she couldn't even do my pedi because she had a client that came in when I was there first? I will never go back to this salon worst customer service ever! I paid $159 in total when my nail length is way too short. read more

Had a full sculpture acrylic nails done and they came out thick and rough to the touch. They were clumps of acrylic under my nails and my skin were glued to the acrylic. Had to go to another na salon for them to clean up the half fast job done on my nails. Not worth the money. read more

There's so many good things to say about Liam and Chi that I don't even know where to start. I was a client of theirs at the previous location they were with, but had taken a hiatus from getting my nails done and unfortunately missed the news of their move. I have upcoming engagement and graduation photos, so I had called their old location to see if they would be able to fit me in, but ended up going elsewhere after hearing they were no longer there (huge mistake). I stumbled across chi when calling around to get my nails fixed as the other location (LV nails, avoid them like the plague) had left me with uneven, bumpy nails that weren't even the color I had asked for. I was so thrilled to walk in today to see Liam and Chi because there's no one I would trust more with a set this important. They're beyond friendly and always take time to check in on their clients while giving us the most beautiful sets. This was my first time going to a nail salon, checking the prices and even making it clear to them on messenger about there price 55$ and up. Yet, when I had my appointment it was 40 min wait when I got there on time. Then, Chi did my nails for it to take under 40 minutes no prep and looked like she just wanted to get her scheduled caught up so she rushed my nails. Its been a week or so and they are starting to fall off now.. I did full set acrylic with charms, and a reference photo that did not look similar at all to the photo. The overall price was 110$, and cons was that they are falling off early not even last more than 2 weeks, overcharged and did not clarify to me the charms or whatever was going to fine me even more, having a rushed manicure, waiting over 40 mins to get my nails done. I was looking at there insta page and looked at all these cute nails, but when it came to mine they did a bad rushed nail job on me. I felt really upset that I wasted my money on these when I couldve gone somewhere else. Just be aware of what your paying for. read more
