I received a referral from a friend to visit Gina when I was looking for a nail technician prior to taking a vacation I'd been anticipating for a while. Gina did an absolutely amazing job on my nails! I asked for a gel manicure in the French style and she was meticulous in making my look come out exactly right, and my nails stood up to all of the thrashing they took hauling luggage around and participating in all my activities while on vacation. Gina was very friendly until I told her that I was using a gift certificate, at which time she TOTALLY stopped speaking to me; until she cut me, twice, while trimming my cuticles. Then, she apologized, and stopped the bleeding, and went back to not speaking to me at all. I don't know what to say! A one-woman salon and her work is exemplary! I went for the first time with a friend who has been seeing Gina exclusively for quite awhile. Didn't know what to expect. WHAT A SURPRISE! I got the coffee pedicure and it was delightful. The hot wrap, the scrub, the massage (especially the foot massage) was amazing, the heated foot "gloves" ahhhh.. Now for the pedicure itself. Superior to what I've been getting at Jlounge and for $10 less. The Jlounge comparable treatment (soak, shape, trim, foot file, scrub, massage, shea butter, hot stones, warm booties, buff, polish is $70. Gina does all of that for just under $50 and the result, the final "look" is better than most of the ones I've gotten at Jlounge. I will definitely be switching from Jlounge to Gina! I received a pedicure today, and it was amazing. Ms. Gina has an eye for detail, and every cent was worth it. I called in at the number listed and made an appointment quickly with her. During the pedicure, I received a long massage with hot stones, scrubbing, and lemons in the water. Ms. Gina is professional, fun, friendly, and kind. She painted my nails, and she also drew beautiful flowers with white stems. I also came here to do my prom nails with a couple of my friends, and we all had manicures. She was efficient and thorough, making sure that we all received top quality manicures without waiting too long. I had a picture of nails that I wanted, with an ombre effect with sparkles, which she successfully created. When she gives manis/pedis, she is very sanitary, disposing of the files and buffers after each customer. The salon is very cute and organized as well.
