They offered services that they couldn't fulfill. The first time here there were HOURS behind. This time they quickly got me into the chair, however, the ONE individual who "could" make the beverages offered per the salon, was doing someone else's nails and wasn't' available to get drinks for the rest of the customers. Pedicure was exceptional. It was not those staff that disappointed. It's the company itself over advertising and under performing. Please don't offer services that you cannot fulfill. As a preemptive luxury before my friend's wedding, a couple of us bridesmaids and the bride booked appointments here to get our nails done. Their service was outstanding- offering us complimentary drinks and seats as soon as we walked inside. Leena was my nail tech and did a FANTASTIC job as you can see in the picture attached. I had an appointment with Leynie for noon. Person at counter said hello but didn't look up from computer for several minutes. Then seated me to wait for another 10 while Leynie finished up with another client. Leynie then moved me to his station, had me pick a color and set me to soak off my existing dip. He then went to do a pedicure. 45 minutes later he showed up to complete my manicure. All said and done I was in the salon for 2 hours and 10 minutes for a DIP manicure that is less than favorable, with a one week grow out look in less than a day and lots of missed edges. I loved the salon arrangement and style, i loved the product display and options, i think they are capable, but I got suckerpunched on this one. The location is beautiful and the staff were very nice but I won't be back. I got a gel mani and regular pedi and the end results were not great. The manicure has bumps in it, I assume where parts dried before she went in to smooth them. I've never had that occur before. The pedicure experience and end result weren't worth the price. After a pedicure, my toes usually look fantastic for weeks, but by day two it looked like I needed another one. read more

I wanted to love this place. I've been there twice since I have a few friends that go there and really like it. Wait is long and it seems like they try to push as many people through their shop at possible so quality work just isn't possible. Clippers were also pulled from the drawer, used on me, then returned to the drawer without cleaning, and didn't look clean. First visit I asked for dip nails and acrylic nails were just done without asking and when finished were messy with streaks of polish. Then I was cut five times during the process. I also got a pedicure. Pedicure was fine except it was forgotten to put hot wax on my feet until after my nails were painted and then not wiped off completely at the end. I still had wax on my feet when I left. Appointments were extremely long with lots of time just sitting. After speaking with another friend who suggested I try it again but book with certain nail technicians who she recommended. I booked via the Vagaro app choosing specific technicians. When I arrive, 10 minutes early for my appointment, they are extremely busy. I'm put with someone who I assume is the person I had an appointment with, since I don't know names yet. But it is not. I booked an appointment for dip nails on my natural nail. I picked a nail color once sitting and showed the technician what I wanted. I asked if I could actually have the almond tip shape. The technician said she would have to add tips which I agreed to. Tips were added but then cut super short without asking my approval for length. She cut the tips barely longer than my natural nail which is very short. She then put the dip powder on my nail which was not the correct color. The powder looked like it could possibly be right so I wasn't sure it was wrong until she painted the clear polish on at the end. I did not want to start the process over by mentioning it. I asked for a black color with blue sparkles and ended up with purple no sparkles. The filing took extremely long for some reason and I was cut. I ended up with short little egg shaped purple nails. Smooth and shiny though. Then I also had booked a pedicure appointment. I switched it to a color change only once a technician finally came over, because I'd been there so long and sat waiting in the pedicure chair for a while and needed to leave. I did not have a single technician I requested. I asked when paying why I didn't work with who I requested and was told they were just trying to move people through and that I hadn't requested certain people.. which I then showed them I had on the app. Then was told they didn't know what happened and that I should come in the mornings when they aren't as busy. Quality of work should be the same throughout the day I feel. I won't be back unfortunately. They have the makings of a great shop. The drinks are a fun option. Staff is friendly for the most part. read more

These guys don't shape your nails cut them etc.. it took 5 people no joke to straighten the nail on the big toe I have never seen such a mess it was as if they had never done a pedicure ever ... still charges me 53.00 !!! Typically after a pedicure your heels are soft nope- really they charged me way to much money to change my polish, I could have done that at home and better my polish is even bumpy and looks awful . Yikes! Don't be tempted by the ease of getting an appt, and find another business to give your $$$ to. Pedi techs are good and work their buts off. Nail Techs are ok, good ones leave. Mgt is a whole other story. Never went without an appt, pedi or mani. Had some very bad dips lately-3rd that was chipping and breaking today. Went in asked for soak off, asked to pay the $10 fee ...said no and got yelled at for 2 minutes while the full salon watched. Feel sorry for the employees. read more

This was my "go to" salon. Not anymore...my appointments are not honored. Always a long wait for a requested technician. It appears they are trying to get as many customers through the door. I had booked a manicure and pedicure. After finishing my manicure, 2 1/2 hours later there was not an empty chair for a pedicure and six people waiting for pedicures. I paid and walked out. Booked an appt at 12:15 today with Sunny. Arrived and the place was packed and we were told they were running a little behind. A little ended up being an hour and 20 minutes. I did not get Sunny, I got Tom and my sister got Linda. We were not offered any drinks while all the people around us were receiving and offered drinks. We ordered Volcano pedicures which are $88.00, plus they brought out the boxed nail kit which was $7.00. No mention of the additional price for that, when you can get the bagged much cheaper. We had no option. My appointment felt rushed. He kept slapping my foot around and pointing instead of telling me or moving my foot nicely where he wanted it. Not relaxing. He literally scowled when he looked at a callus on my foot and made a sound of disgust. I was very embarrassed as the place was jam packed. I received a 5ish minute leg massage and was quickly moved onto the leg mask. Meanwhile, Linda is performing a very nice and long leg and foot massage for my sister. Hers started before mine and ended well after mine was over. I didn't get any foot rub. I paid for the extended service and felt duped. I have to get a sitter for my son and my hour and a half appt turned into 3. Not happy. Overall, the time spent and quality was not up to standard. Linda, however, was a 5 star. read more

I've been to this salon twice. The first time I was so happy to find a clean, nearby nail salon. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes. My nails were filed unevenly and the gel started chipping the next day. I hoped it was a fluke, so I went back a few weeks later. Again, I had to wait 20 minutes (despite having an appointment). The very next day I knew my manicure was terrible but I was on my way to vacation but there was nothing I could do. It's been a week and a half, and all the gel has chipped off. Both times, the edges just weren't clean to begin with and my nails beds were pushed back too far so my nails looked like they had grown out the next day. It's a very clean salon and they serve drinks and my nail techs have been so nice but I won't be back to pay $48 for a gel manicure that lasts less than 10 days. read more

Before I start this long train wreck, I'll say nails look great but not worth the shitty customer service. So back story to this, i have gotten my nails done over 100 times easily so i understand things happen and i just go with the flow but this was different. I called over the previous weekend to get a full set and an eyebrow wax, I also let them know this was for my engagement photos the coming up weekend. The girl on the phone put me in for the full set and said to let them know about the waxing when I got there. The day of the appointment like 40 mins before I get a call and text saying the girl I was scheduled to see doesn't work that day and if I want to reschedule or go with someone else. So why did I get scheduled with someone who doesn't work that day?. I was fine with seeing someone else. When I got there I let them know about the waxing and then was told it might be a little. While I waited they asked if I wanted a drink, I asked for one and never got it. And then got seated to get my nails done. Was told the color I picked wouldn't do what I wanted so suggested something else. That's fine. Then she seemed annoyed to be doing my nails. I let her know again that this was for important pictures. And the only finger she had crooked was my ring finger. And then when I said something there was talk about how it was just the way I was seeing it. And then from that point things just kept getting worse. Was asked again about a drink and still didn't get it. Then asked for water and then got the previous drink and water. Then after it was done she pretty much rushed me up so she could do the next appointment. I asked the front about a waxing and the girl looked like she messed up. The guy who does them apparently left and left his phone at the front with her. Then she asked the lady that did my nails if she could do the wax and she looked even more annoyed. I said forget it and paid then left. This place is disorganized and can't remember things from 2 minutes before. Nails came out great but being treated like that isn't worth it. Paid over $80. I understand your long standing customers but also remember the new ones can turn into long terms ones. I don't care about the stupid free drinks but felt like I was an inconvenience the whole time, when it wasn't my mistake that their receptionist made. read more

I am conflicted on my review. I would like to start by saying that I loved my nails and my kids nails, they all turned out beautifully. My issue though was the pricing. I made my appointment online and got a rough estimate on the total price but when we were all done, it was actually almost $100 more. Even with selecting add on services that we didn't actually receive, it was much more than the estimate. I even went back to the website price list and according to that, I was grossly over charged. So in short, I liked the work done, didn't appreciate the inaccurate pricing. read more
