I came in with an inspo pic and the nail tech said she could take care of it. After many attempts it was clear she wasn't very skilled with designs so she asked her co worker to step in. Neither of them could achieve the design and instead of cleaning up my nails she threw a couple of top coats on and asked if I was happy? No! I was nowhere near happy but after being there 2 hours I was ready to go. My nails are messy, bumpy, and the shape of the nails are thick and not even. She didn't bother drilling them down so they don't look clunky, even after I asked her to. Oh, she also cut my cuticle on my left hand too low, I left with it bleeding. In the end she still charged me full price for these!

A zero star nail shop! No hygiene, no sense of customer service and very dishonest…read more I got an infection from this place. Tim did my nails I asked for a full set. That was my second time coming he did the previous full set. And as he was doing my nails, I notice that he didn't remove the old nails so I mentioned it to him. He told me I don't need a full set but just a "refill" to not worry he knows what he's doing. When he was done I didn't like it, he cut me multiple times. I knew it was my last there. Two weeks later I started having pain on my fingernails so I tried to remove it and saw that it was infected. I went back to them for see what need to be done and remove the remaining nails. Aj (or Kevin/ Thanh P the owner), denied that it was an infection. (I have it on video) That it will take two days for it to disappear to not worry. As the nail tech was removing the remaining infected nails she didn't use gloves nothing and start working on my nails. Aj who was next to us said "she can even remove it for you" with the nail drill that it's "nothing" to worry about. He was very disrespectful and talked to me like I was nothing. The nails tech (table number 2) try to remove the infection with the nail drill, of course she couldn't. My husband came and confront him about the infection he now changed and said "if it's an infection it doesn't come from us" he also said that the nail Tim told him he recommended me a full set but I wanted a refill which is a lie! I never ever got a refill in my life that was my first time. It was very dishonest from him, I was shock. That same night I was in pain so I went to the ER, The doctor confirmed that it's an infection and it's contagious! They gave me antibiotics treatment. It took a 1 month and half for my fingernails to be back to normal. Be careful ladies.

They set them up with their own seats, snacks, drinks- the works. All while ensuring I don't feel guilty for bringing them and could enjoy my experience, not to mention it was the fastest l've ever had my nails done. Exactly like the inspo pic. 10/10 highly recommended. Moms don't feel shy to bring your little ones to the salon, we deserve to be pampered! Dads, Mother's Day is coming up, consider getting mom a gift card to this place. Also, empire novelties next door has so many great things; piercings, clothing, gifts etc. I would check them out too!

I'd been recommended this place by a friend who went there for years. 10/4/25 Drove all the way from Sacramento to meet a friend to find they had been closed up with a sign to contact Vacaville police for access to the building. Looked like it had been for a few days based on how much mail had accumulated inside the door.
