I have been coming here for years for manicures, pedicures & even waxing. They have a very clean & modern facility. The staff is very friendly too. I highly recommend it, great for a girls day. There is hardly any wait compared to other nail salons in the area. They have like 10 workers or more, especially on weekends. So due to that perk, you can walk in & get attended immediately. I have never made appointments and I get seated once I walk in. Even though I have come here for years I noticed I haven't written a review. I took a photo today & the lovely nail tech that attended me is Mindy. She is very sweet & gentle when it comes to handling feet. She is not rough. Highly recommend this place

I just paid $90 and my nails and toes look terrible. I went in for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. As I was doing my manicure the manicurist was filing my nails to remove the gel and it hurt, plus they were tearing/pieces of my nails popping off. My nails are thin, but she was also rough! She then suggested that I do dip to make them stronger and so my nails would be even...I explained I keep my nails short in general out of preferences and the gym. She insisted if I add a little tip they would just be more even and still look natural. Since I haven't gone in awhile I decided to go for it. After all of that...I still end up with nails that are UNEVEN, as short as my natural nails I came in with, and the polish is uneven and full of bubbles. She also did not shape them as the picture "square oval" looked that she showed me. My nails look round and even look clubbed. As for my toes, she didn't even ask me before she started applying the gel base and by the time I was finished trying to communicate/watch my nails it was too late. I just hope they do a better job for the next person, because $90 is a lot to spend for a low quality job...And it sucks because I was recommended here by a friend in hopes this would be a new spot we could even go together at.

Been coming here for a few months now, moved around the area. This spot is is my new nail salon! I like to make an appointment so I don't have to wait, but even as a walk in they take care of you. So in love with my Valentine's nails I got a pedi as well and loved how they cleaned my nails. Prices are fair, like most nail salons now all prices have gone up for gel as well. But worth it!

NEVER COME HERE!!!This is the worst place I have ever received a pedicure at. The lady who did my toes completely butchered my left big toe. She clipped my skin on both sides of the nail and now my toe is swollen. I went in yesterday around 3/3:30 and I seriously wish I didn't. I work a job where I'm on my feet at all times and this mistake made it super difficult for me to walk at work!! When this happened all the other ladies who were doing pedicures next to me were laughing at her mistake and kept giggling so I'm not sure what was funny about my toe being this cut up?? They also still charged me for a full pedicure after this mess up. To top it off the gel is super bumpy!! Didn't know I paid to have my feet get torn up. 0/5 stars.

Not all a little tech are the same.. Lee puts acrylic on nail cuticle which became crazy painful by the next day. [sidenote: I didn't even notice until I got home that the acrylic was all on my cuticles] I went back and tried to explain, they acted like they knew what I was talking about but I don't think they did. They gave me the same nail tech to fix it which I don't understand. She didn't do it correctly the first time, what makes you sure she could a second time. Which she didn't... the owner came and explained to her what I wanted. She tried to apply what she knew but I can tell she felt her work was fine. Overall, she literally started filing my cuticle with a drill.. that's how close the acrylic was too my skin. I couldn't bare the pain anymore so I said I was satisfied just to leave but honestly I am not for $78 My pedicure was good.. Laura did a nice job. I think a little more communication with your customers than amongst themselves would be more useful.

$76 dollars for a horrible cheap job. I came here today. My two nail places were full, and I have natural long nails. I really wanted them done. So I came here for the first and last time. I paid $76 with a tip. Yes I still tipped because I'm a classy and well mannered person. Julie was sweet and polite. But her work is in need of practice. For this salon to charge me so much money for a gel manicure and pedicure, please train your techs to the level of work. I'm upset because my nails are bumpy, uneven, she added globs of gel and there is a puddle at the bottom of my nails she cured that way. I told her not to file the top of my nails as this is how I'm able to keep them strong and beautifully long. She files, files some more, and kept filing. I got the manager and she told her in her language not to do it. She continued to do it while saying "I'm not damaging only a little buff". Under my nails was not cleaned. The lady that did my toes, did thee fastest job I've ever had done .they are ugly and uneven. She barely even scrubbed my feet. I didn't see her do my cuticles. She was done in less than 15 min. On top of this it was painful the way I have heard from other people. I'm sad because I wish I had the balls to be rude and say it's ugly. But I was in a hurry and I really didn't want them to do them over and damage my natural nails even more. I left with much shorter nails. It's okay they will grow back. I'll never come here again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have been coming here for a few years now. Everyone does a really good job, always pleased with my nails Cassidy did this set ! I highly recommended coming here for fast and friendly service. They always make sure I love my nails and if i don't they have no problem fixing them. Do NOT go here for anything other than Gel! They will say they know how to do it but, they don't. I wanted to scream after my nail disaster... Expect, to be nickel and dimed here, they charge for everything, removal, color, cut down...everything. My 4 year old daughter's pedicure was $17... ummm she's 4 she just wants them painted and trimmed! I came in for SNS dip, I called first (as I always do) to make sure they knew how to do SNS as well as remove it. They assured me they knew how, so I came in. First I had to tell them (as I have for most places I've tried in this area) how to remove SNS because everyone thinks it's gel... it is not... I told her over and over I don't like Gel I don't want Gel she kept trying to convince me that was how it has to be done... finally I just said "No! just do the SNS, do NOT put Gel on my nails" she agreed. She had no idea what she was doing, it was frustrating to watch, but I didn't want to have to tell her how to do each step, I didn't want to be that girl, so I just had to accept they were going to be badly done and get over it. 2.5 hours later she's trying to put the clear coat on, obviously she doesn't have the correct products, so she puts the flipping Gel top coat...I couldn't believe she had the audacity to do that...so now it's not drying, obviously, but she didn't want me to know it was Gel by using the ultraviolet light, so it's just becoming a sticky mess. She had to redo it 3 times. I was so over it now, I just wanted to leave and since I had my 4 year old daughter with me who had lost her patience too, I just said I was done and left. As expected, that top coat changed colors exactly like I said it would. Now it's been a week and I have 2 chipped nails and a muddy top coat I just can't believe I paid for this. Please, please do not say you know how to do something if you don't... it's a waste of both of our time.

I like how they do nails when they are not busy. You need to make sure you go to a good tech because a few don't do so well. Be ready to hear them only speak Vietnamese infront of you all the time!! They have nice small chairs for the kids and offer them apple juice. Which I thought it was cute. read more

I have been coming here for almost seems forever, and it is truly one of the best nail salons ever! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and attentive to you from the moment you walk in! As you become a regular, you feel like royalty as they always remember you... But that's not the only reason I'm giving 5 stars, although their customer service is enough! I suffer from "Hot Flashes"... Today, it was extremely bad, but Trina and Rosa continued to make me feel comfortable (even brought a extra electronic fan) without grabbing everyones attention that I was sweating like a pig! On top of that, my nails came out just as great as they always do, and in the same amount of time! If you ever wanted to find the Best Nail Salon! Look no further! It's right here!! P.S. They have an abundance of colors to choose from!! read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in and treated my mom and I to a manicure. It didn't even last a day and I got gel. It cracked and peeled off in less than 14 hours. Went back the next day and told them what happened, the guy manager was nice about it and had a lady redo my nails . While getting my nails done a girl manager walked over and was very rude to my mom and I in front of customers . The lady doing my nails was talking shit about me the whole time and brought 3 other workers to look at my nails and laugh while she PAINFULLY removed the gel on my nails by chipping it off with her nail . Yes! I understand what they're saying and it's not that hard to translate! DON'T ASSUME I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING. To the girl manager who was rude, I hope you see this and are ashamed of how you treated PAYING customers. You shouldn't even be a manager or whatever you are . You are in no way in a position to be rude to us when we did nothing to you or your store but paid for sh*tty work done on our nails that don't even last a day. You lost a lot of customers that day and showed them how rude and not caring you are. Good luck keeping up a business that you don't know how manage correctly. read more

The last two gel manicures have started peeling after just 1 day. Last Thursday I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The manicure started lifting off on Saturday (2 days later!) It was so bad that I could remove the whole manicure by peeling it off with my fingernails. No soaking necessary. I remembered that this happened the last time. Got a gel manicure for a wedding. The darn thing peeled off and I had to get press on nails for the wedding. Sorry Nail Art, you won't be seeing me again. read more

My first and last time here. If you like ultra fast, crowded nail salons then this is the place for you! In & out in 45 min for mani pedi. Toes weren't dry yet and polish is messed up, regardless of the spray they used to try & make it dry faster. Customers need time to sit and let nails dry, but there's no place to do this. It's wall to wall people like sardines. the manager orders the women to the next customer to maximize the profit and make me feel like chopped liver. Never again! read more

It was my 1st time coming here. I want to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I asked the lady what nail polishes came in gel and regular and she gave me the ring. So I pick the color when it came time to her putting it on my feet yeah this nail polish colors are totally off once like hot pink and one pack of soft pink. Then she proceeded to say well they're pink they go together. I also asked for a design to be on my one of my fingers which they didn't do that I also asked for design on my toes and they didn't do that either. Then when I asked why they didn't do it she acted like I never asked for them to be done. They kept acting my I have never gotten services done. read more

I have came here plenty of times and overall i like it but the acrylic nails do not last long. The acrylic nails with gel do not last more than a week before it looks like i need another fill, or a nail has already broken off. I came here 3/16 and by 3/22 one nail had already broke and all of my nails were already grown out and ready for a fill. If I'm paying $70 everytime ( mani and pedi) i think they should last a little bit longer than a weeks time! I have came here twice March 2018 ( March 2 and March 16) .. both times they were $70. $140 a month on nails is a bit ridiculous. read more

I made an appointment only 30 minutes before arriving on a very busy day and they were great. I had Hannah do a gel set and I also got my eyebrows done. I will definitely be returning. While there I saw many different designs being created on some of the other clients. Beautiful work. read more

Came in to get gel polish removed (that I had done at a different salon) and was told they would only remove it if I was getting a manicure. I only wanted the gel removed and nails cut and filed and they said no, my nails will be bumpy. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. read more

I am had been going to this nail salon prior to the new owner coming in. I loved going but will not be coming back again. The last three times that I have gone I have left upset. The nail techs are rude, in a hurry and this last time both ladies working on my mani-pedi hurt me. The lady working on my pedi kept fling my skin and the lady working on my mani cut two of my fingers. I had to repeatedly ask them to be careful. When it came time to pay and I did not leave them a big tip as they expected (due to the service) they both made rude gestures to me and started speaking in their language so I could not understand. I have been treating my cut fingers for over a week now. Never again will come here! read more

Ever since I found this spot, I haven't gone anywhere else!!! Awesome, awesome, awesome customer service! The owners and staff are always welcoming! Pretty on point with appointments and making sure you are comfortable and happy with whatever it is you asked! I also take my daughter with me every now and then... they have little spa chairs for kids. Great with kids and they also get candy and water. My go-to spot and I highly recommend! read more

I'm literally typing this review as I'm sitting in the spa chair.. I'm really bummed I decided to choose this place over a couple other highly reviewed nail salons in the area. I came in for a gel manicure & spa pedicure for a pre birthday treat. Two stars is basically for the quick service (I was seated right away when it wasn't exactly slow), friendly greeting, & help choosing a color. It went downhill after that. My nails were not filed straight, my cuticles were barely touched (which is the main reason I come to a nail salon, especially during dry weather), the gel polish didn't even come close to my cuticles on some nails (so they already look grown out), and I ended up having gel polish all around my nails after. The manicurist definitely seemed like she was rushing (took only 30-35 mins max, seems pretty quick to me) so maybe if she would have taken her time it would have been better. The pedicure was okay. Not great but definitely not bad. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

They do an excellent job and do not disturb your relaxation with constant " Do you want this or that - only $5 more?".I've had gel for the past two times and I love it. This is my new favorite spot. Pedicure is only 14 bucks and gel Nails polish is 20 including polish and manicure. These gals scrubbed my feet for 20 minutes (been a while since had a pedi). Very nice ladies, professional service and the best prices. The massage chairs are brand new and actually give a great message. Can't wait to be a repeat customer! read more

I wish I could give 6 stars!! Let me just say Leane is the best! I actually followed her from her last location in Costa Mesa. I now will be driving from Irvine to see her in Cypress because Id rather drive a little out than throw my money away by gambling with some random person. Leane is the best combination of professionalism and caring personality. She truly listens and is very detail oriented when it comes to her work. She does an amazing job with EVERYTHING! Gel manicure. CHECK. Pedicure. CHECK. Waxing. CHECK. Prices are very reasonable and location is very central with ample parking. And last but not least great customer service. What else can one ask for? :) read more

so I stumbled upon this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. this place is AMAZING! hands down I felt really good to be a customer here. the lady that did my nails (Helen) was so nice and did a beautiful job on my acrylic nails. First of all, the name of the salon is Nail Art, not Nail Arts. Maybe I'm being picky, but somebody needs to change that! I also wish there was a 6 star option! I love this place. I followed the owner/manager, Cassidy, from her previous salon in Long Beach. I still live in Long Beach, but gladly make the drive to Cypress every 2 weeks to get my acrylics filled. The salon is super clean, all the girls are lovely and delightful, and the prices are fabulous! Cassidy does great acrylics and Michelle or Nancy give the BEST pedicures :). Try Nail Art...you will not be disappointed! read more

Very poor customer service along with nail polish. I decided to try this place and I had the worst experience. I choose to get a regular manicure which chipped the next day. They gave me nothing but attitude for choosing regular instead of gel. All they did was talk in their language with one another along with looking at you. Please do not waste your time, money, and patience here. Definitely not coming back read more

Went here two weeks ago and Vivian did my fill, she was nice and quick and did a fine job on the fill. Went back yesterday and this is my fault for NOT asking for Vivian..I asked for a pedi and a new set, as the ones I had were black tips and I wanted to chg it to white. So they, started my pedi which was ok she was a bit hard on my message. So as Im getting that done snother lady (older) started my new set. OMG!! she took off the old, while separating my nail from the acrylic which hurt like hell!! She didnt use a drill to take them off. .omg ill NEVER go to her again. Then after she took 2 hrs. I went to pay and she was going to charge me, extra for taking them off..I told the owner I wasnt paying for that because she never said it was extra. She agreed and promptly scolded the lady....gezz to much drama when im trying to relax. The pedi wasn't relaxing either. It just sucked. read more

I have been going to Nail Art for over 7 years now, and love the staff and service. Cassady and her staff are accommodating and do the best they can to get people in as quickly as possible. I have never felt rushed and once they present the options for pedicures and I make my decision, they don't push. Other people have mentioned that the staff talk to each other in their native language, and I have found that to be the norm in many salons. They are just as friendly with the customers as they are with each other though. I higly recommend Nails Art for your mani/pedi! read more

Very high pressure to upsale services from the minute I walked in the door. I politely declined multiple times. Afterwards staff was very short and rude with me. After the tech had barely finished my polish she was putting my sandals on, no time to dry. She immediately asked me to get up and go to the counter to pay. Very rushed. Very rude. Very uncomfortable. Will not be back. read more

LOVE this place! Mimi does an amazing gel mani! Lasts for almost 3 weeks and it's $20! They are very nice here and make sure you feel comfortable. The gentleman at the counter checks to make sure your experience was positive at the end. I appreciate good customer service. This is my new spot!! read more

I loveeee Amie I believe is her name, she did my nails incredibly cute and at a decent price. Then I had Ling do my nails, NOT a good job :/ she left them incredibly thick without filing under, she mentioned they would be $38 for acrylics and then it ended up being $48 plus tip and I didn't even like them. the nails were different sizes, she wasn't able to do the design I asked for which was quite simple and included a picture. I felt bad because I couldn't understand her. The fact that she was pregnant, made me feel uncomfortable, I def did not want her doing my nails because I know it could cause harm to her baby smelling all those chemicals. Don't get Ling, she doesn't care about the work she does just about finishing. read more

1st and last visit to this incredibly dirty unsanitary nail salon. The female owner who sat with their feet all propt up and eating while talking loudly in her language, being rude about customers and their needs for better service was absolutely horrifying. The lady that did my nails goes by the name of Annie she was timid shy. I asked for a neutral color the owner threw at me the only neutral color they had as she yelled at me. The young lady Annie who was assisting me was horrified and spoke quietly to me and said she was sorry for that outburst and that she would take care of me. She began with my pedicure my feet have rough edges all over them. She did cut my toes nicely. However, the water was freezing cold. I was not given an option in a chair to have the vibration or any kind of relaxation on it. I was not relaxed. I had shorts on and was not given a towel to cover myself. I felt exposed and uncomfortable. I can only tell you that I have had a much better Manni and Pedi's at other locations for a better value and last more than a day. The total cost $53. Unacceptable, especially since since my nails are pelling and chipping. Non of the clippers etc. were clean from a sanitized container. There was no autoclave in sight for the utensils and it was definitely unsanitary. The air conditioner was not on it was warm and sticky. There were flies and bugs all over, plus cigarette smoke. Absolutely disgusting! I was stuck at this location, as I was dropped off by a friend who said she had a decent experience. Friend had to run an errand and thought I might like to have my nails done. I wish I had never gone there it was not the standard I'm used to. My manicure was done with cold water and no massage, no cleaning of cuticles. When my nails were done I was not allowed to sit inside and wait in the chair the owner told me to go outside and wait there... Unprofessional!!! By the way the location has about 14 spa chairs and 6 tables. 3 people were in the location..Empty, now i know why. As always this is my opinion. I'm sticking to it!! Today I went to nail art (which I've been too twice before and never had a problem before today) when I went in I had shown a picture of nails similar to these, however after they were done they looked like this which wasn't the lady who did my nails fault and I explained to them that I was very sorry but needed them fixed, we agreed that I could come back the following day to get them fixed. Then when the lady rang me up she told me it was $45, for a FILL. I've gotten full sets from them for $30.. also two weeks prior to this incident I got a full set, a spa pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed for only $65. I know that they didn't have to agree to fix my nails but they also didn't have to charge me double just for a fill, it's just good customer service to NOT charge double just because they were asked to fix a mistake. I will never be going back to nail art after they fix my nails due to them double charging me and being INSANELY rude after I pointed out that they only did a fill and a full set would have costed less. Still extremely disappointed by this. read more

I'm a guy with preconceived notions about having a mani-pedi. I thought it was sissy at first. Not for men but women only. Then my sister gifted me a mani-pedi at Nails Art. That was maybe 15 years ago, or more. Yes, I felt the feminine eyes staring at me: "What are you doing here?" Yes, it was uncomfortable for me, as a male, at first, but then I discovered the wonderful hands-arms and feet-legs massage, not just trimming of nails. A very pleasurable experience. Okay. I went here at Nail Art today for my first time. If there was a 6-star rating I would give that to them! Nancy did my toes (white color with red chevron print on big toe). She did just a meticulous, fantastic job & took her time. She even asked what I was doing for the upcoming holiday! 10 minute massage was fantastic.
