I've been coming to this nail salon for years, I've even had my brows micro bladed by Ashley (she is a sweetheart) and I have also since recommended this salon to many However I have decided to look for another salon. It's seems like since Ashley's new location opened this location a has gone down. Customer service isn't very good. Prices are inconsistent (always higher) even with the exact same service. The person in reception is very rude, he smacks his lips when answering, rolling eyes and has zero phone etiquette. Even the quality of the pedi/mani isn't the same as the past. I have been to this salon for over a year now and there are definitely some pros and cons to this place. Pros: The nail techs are talented/skilled. You can tell that majority of the techs are creative and can creative a multitude of looks . There is a wide range of colors from powders/ gels/ regular polish. Cons: There is often a lot of wait time (gets busy). They don't offer appts but you can call same day to be added to the list. I recommend calling at least 2 hours ahead if you are looking to get a specific tech. The front desk is normally busy so its hard to get attention from the desk and one of the young receptionists often seems flustered. If you go here I recommend trying to sit with Ben or Brian for acrylics, they are amazing techs . Ben is highly skilled and is fabulous in his artistry. Pedicures are decent and get the job done. Indifferent about their pedicures. read more

I completely dislike my nails was not even the length that I wanted. I did tell her I wanted something natural she show me my pinky, and I thought she was going to do all of them in the same length, but she made all of the nails much shorter than the original note she showed me she didn't even show me each now to see if the lane was OK and she just proceeded and cutting. I believe it was the owner Remely rude *Now coming at all. I highly suggest investing your money in a salon that genuinely values and respects you, rather than treating you like a second-class citizen. Seek out a salon that actively listens to your needs and goes above and beyond to meet your expectations, especially given the high prices they charge. You deserve a much better experience. The valley is certainly not worth the price, and I would never spend $60 on a press nail again. Maybe if my skin color were different, I might have experienced more favorable treatment, but it is clear that this place has a history of racism. Please take note of this. just because you're having a bad day you shouldn't take it out the people that come into your business. We all have bad days, but this was undoubtedly one of her worst as she took out every bit of frustration on me. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a nail shop. read more

Came here for a package pedicure that comes with callus remover, cooling gel, sea salt scrub, mask, and parraffin wax with hot lotion and towels for $30, which is an awesome deal. I can do my own nails at home since I am a nail tech and currently work at a nail salon. But I like to relax and go out to get a pedicure when I am too lazy. The pedicure was okay, I am an easy client. I don't have much cuticle or callus so whoever is working on me don't spend too much time. I know I shouldn't compare salons but they do not dispose nail files or buffers.. they reuse them I'm not even sure about the pumice stone. At my salon, we dispose files, buffers, and pumice stone after each use. I enjoyed the massage but I wish it was more on my feet than my calves. I'm leaving two stars because I couldve done a better job myself. My polish is done very messy... there's so much clear top coat over my toes. I paid so much for a pedicure I would hope the polish would be on point at least. Also, I received cuts on my big toe from the buffer from my nail tech doing it so rough. I tip really well I hope I will receive a better service if I give them a second chance. read more

First off I never go to this nail salon because they're ridiculously over priced for no reason, the quality of the nails they put out never matches the price we pay. I paid $75 for a very short full set of acrylic e/ gel and French tip. I'm not happy Bc the way she was doing it I knew the paint was gonna chip off and it did already. She cut my thumb and she didn't apply enough layers of paint that most of them look transparent and just sloppily applied. A waste of money I came in on Friday Nov. 19 and these shits have not lasted not even a fucking full 3 days. I want my money back or my nails redone. I went in on a Friday for an overlay which is acrylic over the natural nails I explained I love my nails and loved the long length....... Where should I start? I came here because of there pictures and it looked like they could do nice designs. I showed Kim and she did a awesome job. I paid a total of $80 . Two weeks later I go back for a fill , which I told them to stay with the same color. This was this past Saturday the 24th, Kim has a costumer , so I asked for someone else since I couldn't wait. I also asked for some stones on two fingers . It was a slender older man with glasses . This fill with stones was $45. By Tuesday one of the nails started to lift , to where it came off. On Wednesday another nail lifted and came off. Also with on those 5 days, 4 stones fell off one finger and 1 stone from the other. I went there yesterday on Friday, explained the situation and the guy who helps the receptionist, said " will fix them this time " for no charge. When I told him about the stones, he stated " it's been 5 days so we can not replace them " ???? I explained all the places I've been to they have always lasted at least. 2 weeks. He said no. So he asked coffin shape right I said yes. When he was done , I was just over it . Said thank u and left. He didn't use the same color because he didn't know what color they used, even though Kim handed him the color. Don't know why he got up and got another, the shape on one he did square and the other , coffin ?? And to put the icing on the cake later on that evening, another nail lifted. I used to come here to get my lashes and nails done but I will never return again. The gentleman that did my nails did a horrible job. After he painted them, he realized that they were lumpy and had to redo four of my nails. I will have to go to my regular place which is Tip2Toe Nails to get these fixed. I also asked for a manicure and he said that I did not need it, which clearly I did because what he thought was nail polish was actually my dry cuticles. So I come here from time to time when I gotta get going as they are quick and clean. Today was a different story. I got here 15 minutes after they opened and it was such a disappointing experience. Got my pedicure right away but once they were done and I was going for my manicure they told me I had a wait as their was still three more people ahead of me. Came for a fill. Young lady at the counter was rude. Didn't address me as I stood there waiting while she was on her phone texting. Finally the nail tech looked up and asked what service I need. This turned the lightbulb on over her head and it was as if I was no longer invisible. I asked her how long the wait was. She told me about 20 minutes. I waited 15 then left. This place is too crammed/small (people were outside waiting like it was a club they were trying to get in to) and I already was irritated by the way I was treated. I'll spend my coins elsewhere. I came to this establishment because it was local to me and had the best reviews and the pictures of a design I wanted was in here. When I arrived I noticed how clean the place was and how the polishes and equipment seem newer than some other places. I asked for a gel mani and gel pedi with design and asked to see the designs. The design book had great designs so I had some faith in them. When I sat in the chair I showed the tech the picture of what I wanted and he said yes, he can do it! So...I wear natural nails, but he wanted to cut them off and apply a full acrylic set and said that's the ONLY way he can do that design. I told him it's just a flower and he can do it on my natural nail so he tried but was unable to even make a flower at all. Finally I asked him "what CAN you do?" Since he was struggling to make an acrylic flower. He showed me the design book and I settled for a hibiscus flower instead. He said again he can do it. What he made was...I don't even know what it was. I decided to just let him finish and ask the pedi lady if she can change it. I get in the pedi chair and all went fabulous! I showed the lady my design and told her it's nothing like the pic and can she change it to a zebra print (again I settled since I was already in here for almost 2 hrs). She saw a pic of the zebra print and told me she couldn't draw that design. I said "you can draw stripes?" I said okay let me talk to your manager. Finally he sent another lady who made the design I settled for and said that the OTHER lady who does designs is off. It's not that hard. If you want a BASIC service, come here. It was my first time in and I was immediately sat down with this girl named Liz. She asked me what color and the length. All was going well. Than she glued the nails and cutt them down. I noticed one hand was longer so I mentioned it and she said "I know I said that I'm going to measure you didn't hear me". She speaks low and we're wearing masks so no I didn't hear her but it's fine I didn't say anything. I'm just sitting there quietly than she says "do me a favor and use your phone because when you look you get tense". I'm on maternity leave and haven't left my house in days believe me when I say how relaxed I was to be getting my nails done. So I'm sitting there quietly just watching her do my nails and than she waives in my face and says "hello are you okay you seem zoned out". I told her nicely "you come off kind of rude, your working on my nails so I'm just looking at my nails". She said "okay" and continued doing the powder. Once she was finished she says "do you want someone else to help you". I respond "I'm good are you okay, I've literally just been sitting here". So she makes a scene and another lady offers to help me. I tell her one more time "I literally wasn't saying anything to you" and she responds angrily "you didn't need to call me rude". So I move to the other station and it was the best thing that could have happened. This lady named Kim was so nice and pleasant. She worked on my nails and asked if I liked them. In the end she recommended a glitter powder that I loved way more than what I had in mind. Because of her I will be coming back. Also I really appreciated that they apologized once I got to the front desk to pay. I was so lost in what that women's anger was. Thanks again Kim! read more

Last time coming here, I got a gel pedicure and dip powder on my hands... first of all, they cut my toe so bad it did not stop bleeding, they applied some powder I guess to stop the bleeding, it did not stop, they wiped it down and re-applied powder again blood came through..... she ended up putting nail glue I guess to try and stop the bleeding... horrible.... it's the first time doing my dip powder, and underneath they have so much extra.... I paid 60 dollars for both, and was extremely disappointed..... tomorrow is my baby shower and instead of feeling happy I left wishing I could take them off and go elsewhere.... read more

The worse manicure I have ever gotten. To top of it they were extremely rude ! I was also planning on getting my eyelashes done , they asked me to pay 50 dollars in advance , the day of my app I was gonna be 5 minutes late and I called the lady at the desk. They told me to make another appointment and that my money was not refundable ! I wouldn't go here if I were you. They steal your money , they are so rude !!!!! UPDATE!!!: Someone replied to my review and she doesn't even know who I am. I was 5 minutes late not 50 minutes late . On top of that they are liars!
