Crazy how I didn't receive service and still got horrible service.(Mind you this is my second time coming here. (AND DEFINITELY MY LAST) From the moment of entry the vibe was off. The chick at the front desk had thee nastiest attitude. I mean you can smell the funkiness from the front door. I asked a standard question, "how long is the wait for a full set?" Her response, "prolly 45 minutes to an hour". I said okay, do I need to write my name down and wait or do you call when your ready? She's like, do what you need too. I don't know, but hurry up and write your name because they're are people waiting. I look at her, and said so let them wait! So what's the process to get on the waiting list again I asked ? After all that, I said you know what I'm good. I don't do business with energies like yours. I walked right out the door just as quickly as I entered. To the owner, first impression are lasting impressions. Whoever you had checking in today 2/13 @ 11:15 am needs to spoken to. **UPDATE** Sorry it is long. Gave this place another chance. Needed my nails done and, though I didn't have a good experience back then, my friend told me that they got new people. I should've just kept my money and short brittle nails. Went on Sunday and waited for almost an hour when they said 15 min. Ok on me for waiting. While Jon was not rude, he did not do a good job on my nails. The polish was uneven, they were thick and not shaped well, the design was not what I had shown him and didn't even last a few hours after leaving the salon. I paid over $60 just for acrylic nails and while this might not seem like much to some people, it is to me especially when I didn't get a good result. I would normally not pay so much simply for acrylics but it was already done. I just wish they at least would've come out nice. I called and they said to come in to get them fixed. I went in, waited again, then the guy that sits at the desk by the receptionist helped me. He was answering the phone, taking payments, and assisting people that walked in at the same time as fixing my nails. They still did not look nice. Instead of re-polishing them from scratch all he did was buff them and add a coat of the gel to make them matte. I asked for him to cut the nails down and he left them thicker and scratchy. The design, although still not what I had shown, looked decent but didn't last even half an hour after leaving the salon. I went today with two of my friends and we signed in for Full Set/Pedi and we literally left before the pedi cause we were over it. All my nails came out crooked and if that wasn't bad enough he charged me 6 extra dollars for the "design" on my nail that was literally a sticker it took him less than a minute to apply. My first time coming here because I asked my friend for a recommendation and where she got her nails done. My old salon is closer to my moms house which is kind of a far drive for me. I went to table number 2. I loved the way she shaped my coffin! I like it more narrow because that's how it should be. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because she cut my finger with the drill. I always have trust issues when it comes to doing my nails! It always seems like whenever they drill, they go so fast & hurt your cuticles. I came in and was helped out by Ben, I definitely recommend him if you want a simple nice nail. I can't complain about the shape of the nails! I loved that. I'm giving two starts because I left the salon and got home maybe 30 minutes later to realize one of the little jewels I put had fallen off, paying 120 for a full set I was shocked and assumed I would t be loosing any jewels! I went back and got that one fixed and he said they should all be ok now. That wasn't the case. It's been exactly 24 hours and I have a total of 16 little jewels off already and I'm extremely frustrated. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been going here for a couple of months and at first I was happy with my service but yesterday 4/29 I went to get three nails repaired keep in mind that the three months I was going I was spending above $100 on each visit and giving good tips. I went yesterday and they sat me down at a station and then proceeded to move me with another guy on station number 6 infront of Tim he started doing my nails and from the start I could tell I was not going to be happy but I decided to give it a try. Go ahead and judge for yourself sloppy job and at the end my fingers were green from polish and I asked if he was going to take it off and he got the nail file and proceeded to file it off hurting my fingers. This is a great spot and I'm really happy I came here. They accept walk-ins and my sister was seated right away. I had to wait about half an hour but it was pretty busy so I didn't mind. My sister got a gel manicure and ya girl got a new full set with acrylics and gel (my nails were dying for a makeover). I was going to get white gel polish on top but my nail tech recommended I stick with just white dip powder and then top it off with a clear gel coat, and it looks so good! I'm really happy with my slim coffin shape and how the nail tech took his time to perfect the shape, and I'm really impressed there are NO bubbles or uneven coating. I love my nails, and will definitely be back to maybe even do my brows too next time. For the gel manicure and full set gel acrylics it was $62 and we tipped $10 and paid $72 total. I wish I used the $5 check in offer but forgot. So definitely use it if you come here! The salon is inside the lot where Ross and Starbucks is. There's plenty of parking, and if you'd need to wait you can just hang out in the plaza. read more

There's lint trapped in the polish.. a couple nails with rough edges and even some without the whole nail being covered in gloss.. I came back today, after being here for more than 2 hours yesterday... They've had me waiting over 2 hours just so Henry can fix my nails. All is fine, but the receptionist is extremely rude. She told me to come back tomorrow, and when I said I didn't have time she just responded with a cold, "well you're just going to have to wait". I'm the last one waiting, after them taking everyone else. Even women who walked in after me. Is it because I already paid that they're making me wait this long?? I am not satisfied of this nail place at all , I will never go back ever again. First , I went in to get a fill ( using my nails I had on ) no new - the guy in the back doesn't even know how to file nails correctly and he didn't even put enough acrylic powder on the nails. Third , the price - when I asked the total she told me it would be $75 and I asked how much is the fill ? Because that's a lot for just fill . She shouted the guy because she didn't know my question , with their language the guy who did my nails And she said " it's because $55 fill plus $20 for the chrome powder only" and she looked nervous even holly didn't say a word because she was there and I saw her expression. And I know they were lying to me because before I went to the front to pay . The male nail tech secretly measure my nail length with a small nail filer quickly! In the end of the service . He has a small nail flier so you wouldn't see ( has prices they make and up to charge you $$$) and I'm sure all of them has them. Is not like I got brand new nails!! They are my old nails , charging like If they are new. That is not right . That's a SCAM - this nail salon is horrible and the products are horrible because last time when I went to get my nails done last month for Christmas- my nails only lasted less two weeks and all my nails broke in half because of the cheap products they invest : buy! I came in with acrylic nails. I requested a SOAK OFF. And he kept insisting on ripping it off. I kept redirecting him to the soak off and he would put my hands in for maybe 10 seconds and then proceed to rip my nails. Before he even started the process I showed him an inspo pic and he said he CAN do it. Mid way through him applying my acrylic over lay he kept hinting to "no design" so it can look more "natural". I said no, I want the design you said you are able to do. He started to do the design and it was nothing like the picture. I was so upset at this point because he kept ripping the set off that I came in with even though I asked for soak off! I asked him to remove the design and simply apply clear coat because I was ready to GOOO. This place does not care about nail health and will refuse to provide a proper service that you are paying for. I only came here because my nail tech canceled. If you're used to proper nail services, this is not the place for you. The total was $53 (you get what you pay for) and I wanted to pay card and the lady said it's $2 additional to use card, like what ??? Also, he CUT ME multiple times nearly in every finger. He was using an old paper towel that had blue polish and a used file. Also, when he started applying the acrylic, my hands started to burn. He said it's because I'm sensitive but I get my nails done 2-3 times a month with my nail tech and it never burns. Not sure what kind of products are used here. This place is dirty. This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I needed a new full set and a gel pedi. I paid $87 total for both services. Ivy did my toes. Steve did my full set. I would have given 4 stars but I gave 5 because I love my full set and the manager Brian, was very helpful to my friend after she got a full set done and wasn't happy with the outcome. He took the time to assist in redoing her nail shape even with a fractured wrist!! As for my nail technician Steve , he was pretty good overall. He cut me 3 times during the full set application. 2 times with the drill and once during filing. Other than those cuts I felt like Steve a great job on my nails! He even reapplied my gel top coat on four different nails because my sweater that I was wearing kept releasing black lint. Steve wasn't very talkative which is fine. I will be returning. read more

This is my regular nail spot. I have been coming here for over a year and a half. I used to only get gel nails and now I do the powder full set, so I have gotten it all. If you are new to the 'fake' nail game like I was, it is best to bring a picture that is similar to what you want because every nail tech has a different technique. I showed the receptionist a picture of what I wanted and she matched me with Cathy. Cathy is now my favorite nail tech for natural and beautiful nail extensions. She is detail oriented and makes sure each nail matches in shape, files under your nails and lets you know if you need your cuticles cut. I've been coming here for many years now and never had an issue with services. I came in the summer for a nail set and pedicure. I had a little conflict with the lady doing my toes chair #1. I asked her if she was able to do a flower on my big toe she said she was not sure but she would try I told her ok just one toe to see if I like how it comes out. So when she did it and I didn't like it and I let her know she tried covering it with more nail polish and that bothered me because it looked thick and bumpy so I asked her to repolish my nail. She got mad grabbed my foot all hard squeezing my toes together. I didn't say anything to her but I was mad and after that I always told the people in the front I didn't want her doing my toes. And she knew so I guess that bothered her. So today I walk in for a pedicure and as soon as she sees me walk in she says Oh My! And starts speaking her language! So dissatisfied with this place. I have grown my natural nails out and had a overlay on them and they were beautiful previously done by luv nails in bellflower. Today I had them done here in paramount and the nail tech totally messed up my nails shape. The overlay on my right hand turned out thick and one hand looks different then the other, And not to mention when I told him about it he had an attitude. I don't recommend this place.
