I like this place. Always clean, the technicians seem pleased to be at work, and i have found that my manicure/pedicure lasts longer when I go here than anywhere else. I had an issue with gel nails chipping after one service and they were great in heavily discounting my next manicure. Note: they do repairs but I couldn't come in for a repair because I was traveling, but showed them photos and they actually worked to find out why this happened. This is a great nail salon! Everyone is very friendly and does a great job on my nails. I had my nails done last week with the dip powder and two ended up chipping while I was out of town. I stopped by the salon yesterday and they gladly fixed it for me right away and didn't charge me anything. I used to love coming here to get my nails done, and recently sWitched from gel manicures to dip. The past two times I have gone for dip they have cracked/broken/chipped within the week and I have had to get them redone. This past time I went and when I went today the tech who did my nails was extremely rushed and rough with my nails. She burned my nails with the file and almost forgot to shape and file one of my hands before I spoke up. Also when I questioned the top coat (as they usually do a gel) she told me it was better to do a regular and now I'm worried these nails will not last at all. When I left the salon and got a look at my nails in the light I noticed how smudged and uneven they were as well as how dirty and messy my nails looked. The edges have polish dried on my skin and powder that has stained my skin as well. I really used to love this place and I'm sad to see the service having gone down hill so much. Even with appointments they always seem to not have time for me and getting my nails done is no longer the relaxing experience I want it to be. Is it stingy to say in a way I do not want to rate them because I want to keep them all to myself? . The truth is they are amazing!! My nails look just the way I want them to and the staff is HILARIOUS. I am a jokester and they play along with me. I have always received exactly what I asked for if not better/more. She has been doing nails for 17 years, is so much fun to talk to (as she has the BEST sense of humor), and she made my nails look GORGEOUS. If there was a way to do no stars I would do no stars... I've never been treated the way I was when I went in for a simple pedicure. Will not be returning and or recommending. The place was clean and very nice and the music was great while waiting it was just not what I expected. I went in for a simple pedicure and the lady did a good job on my toes but then as I was waiting for her to tell me I was done and go dry my toes I was just left in the chair while she cleaned and talked to everyone else but me in the store. No slippers no go wait in the chair over here to dry your toes and I had to see finally after 20 minutes if my toes were dry and put my shoes on and decide to go pay cause I wasn't gonna just sit there any longer... worst experience ever. I wanted this place to be my regular go to because I truly liked the way my nails were done however when you are disrespectful and have zero customer service on how to talk to someone and be treated with decency the rest is overlooked. I walked in on one occasion asking if they could fix my chipped nail and she said that no one would be able to do it for another 3 hours. I proceeded to sit down and wait to see if anyone would walk in for a walk in appointment. Sure enough five minutes later some one walked in and asked if they had room for a walk in and yes she said they did and to have her pick her color. Probably the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I asked for a simple red and gold manicure with a matte top on on top for my college gradution. Those were the school colors. I left once and immediately went back in because my hands weren't dry and smudged when I tried putting on my seat belt. Before I left I insisted to the girl that they weren't dry but she said I was fine. When I went back, instead of taking off the polish from the fingers that were ruined, the girl painted over it, creating a huge wet glob on my hand. I ended up leaving with wet nails AGAIN. And to make it worse I kept insisting that my nails weren't dry and the girl said "i dont really care, I need the chair." I left fuming and I did my nails myself for my college graduation and didnt get my money back. PLEASE dont go here! read more

I'm a bit disappointed in this salon. I have come 3 times now and my first two visits were wonderful. My 3rd was less then desirable. I showed up for a gel pedicure and a rebase with gel for my manicure. My pedicure seemed to go well but things changed quickly with my nails. It was made clear pretty quickly that I had a new girl as she didn't have any of her own equipment and was asking colleagues a ton of questions. As she was using the nail grinder to remove my old gel polish, she slipped and cut my finger pretty bad. She quickly left to go get a vial of something and put it on there. At that time, there was no apology and I don't even know what was used on my open wound. I should've stopped her there, but at this point, my nails would've looked ridiculous. My finger continued to bleed and she finally got a paper towel to put on it. At that point she finally apologized. After all was said and done, I showed who I believe to be the manager what had happened and asked for a discount. I didn't argue with what was given because that's not my nature, but I got $3 off. That's it. Not even an apology from her and I was also given a dirty look for even pointing out that I was injured by her technician. I shouldn't have had to pay a single cent for that manicure. If she would've gone above and beyond to rectify this situation, I likely would come back. But that didn't happen and I'm not sure I could return to a place being treated like that. I now have a finger that I'm worried is getting infected (especially since I don't believe those grinder pieces are sterilized) and is constantly throbbing. It would have been nice to be taken care of in a better way. I know accidents happen, but I've had my nails done for years and have never experienced such a thing. read more

Nails look horrible. I did not get my cuticles trimmed, no cuticle oil. I had a stain on one of my nails that they did not even try to get off, and now my finger is black around my nail. Gel polish is lumpy and on parts of my finger its not supposed to me on. You would think with the $60 I spent it would look better. read more

I absolutely LOVE my nails every time I go! I refer everyone because I am always getting compliments. My favorite is the powder dip and chrome. Just got blue chrome today and can't stop looking at them. My man loves to go in for the pedicures and they treat him very well. avoid!! rude staff!!! so i've been here a couple times whenever i need to get my nails done after work and it was decent. but recently i came and my nails chipped after a week. so i called and came to get it fixed. the next day the same nail chipped again. i called and when i came in she rushed and fixed it but i could see that underneath it was still chipped. the older lady doing my nails was extremely rude and wouldn't bother looking at my nail, and kept saying that it wasn't chipped when clearly it was. she then said that i didn't call ahead of time to get it fixed and when i showed her my call history she tried to say i had the wrong number even when i called that same number from my phone in front of her. overall this place is very mediocre, standard prices for a lousy set that's going to break easily. they probably use a cheap top coat which is why it breaks. go somewhere where they actually care about the customer. read more

I got a deluxe pedi and mani. The lady did a great job on my nails and took her time (the work deserves 4.5 stars, not 5 because she did cut a little close on my cuticles and cut 1 of them.) I arrived and asked for what I wanted I picked out a gel color for my toes and handed her my selection then she asked what color I wanted for my toes and I let her know that it was the 2 gel colors I asked for and if that was ok. Well the lady next to us answered for her and said yes but then in another language proceeded to make some comments about me (no I don't know how to speak the language she was speaking in, but you just know when your being talked about and I wasn't rude asking for what I wanted I am a paying customer that leaves a generous tip.) The lady I was working with offered me a pamphlet with the different types of pedicures and I was treating myself so I picked one of the longer more in depth pedicures well the lady who has already made some comments decided to chime in again in the other language and make some more comments this time I know for sure she was talking about my choice because she clearly said the English name mid sentence. She got done with the pedicure she was working on and had a few other clients but for some reason kept coming over to my station and looking to see what I was getting done at that time and continued with the comments. Not impressed. Asked the guy who did my nails to fix the huge lumps of polish he caked onto the tips of my nails. He said it was the gel polish I choose. Probably not. I've been doing gel on my nails for the past 5 years never have I had to write a review for a nail salon. Not the type of person I am. I am the least picky person. But when a client is asking you to fix something you should fix it. Not only was the polish hideous, he cut my thumb and still charged me full price for a crap job, which I don't mind being charged but not for something I am having to drive to a different nail salon to have them fix. He also called over 2 girls, 1 named Fi who I'm assuming is the owner and someone else who I didn't catch her name, both saying it was the type of polish. Which is not the case, I've done Presto Gel Polish several times. This was the way the technician applied it. I came here because it had good reviews, but I would NOT recommend it to anyone there are too many nail salons who would have gladly fixed the problem. I mean it wasn't that hard to fix just don't clump the nail polish at the tips. Anyways I hope if your looking for a good nail salon you WOULD NOT go to this one.
