Steven has been doing my nails for over 12 years. Even though it does seem like he is in a hurry, I appreciate his speediness. My nails always look nice and I have never had a problem with them lifting. It takes a lot to break them an if I do, Steven always fixes them. They are fast, convenient and very economical. This place is great. The staff is friendly and professional. My sister and I get our nails done about once a week and used to just go to whoever was open, but after going to Nails 4 u we don't go anywhere else. They did an amazing job on my nails. I was recommend to go here by a friend of mine that loves this place but I'm sorry to say that they literally provided me with a poor service. The lady I was with literally would push and shove my feet in and out of the water even after I told her to just let me know and I would move my feet for her. She ended up staining my jeans with nail polish and wasn't apologetic when I told her about it. A total disappointment and will not be providing or sending business their way. read more

Only giving them 2 stars because they did do good on mine and my friends nails. Yesterday we went in for a manicure and a fill and when I was finished with getting my manicure I asked if it was ok if I left because my friend was paying for me. The lady said yes not a problem at all. My friend spent $32 on my manicure and her fill. We came back today 09/22/19 with some more friends to get 2 pedicures 1 fill and 1 full set. And when we went inside the lady and guy at the front said "you were here yesterday" and I said yes we were we got our fingers done and the lady in the front started attacking me by saying I left without paying and mind you there were customers inside while all of this was going on. I told the lady "you're right I did leave but I asked you if it was ok because my friend was paying for me". The guy and lady in the front just kept repeating themselves saying "you didn't pay you left and no pay" and my friend who paid was with me and said yes I did pay it was $32 and the lady said yes $32 for only your fill.... now on the sign it says "fills $18" and the basic manicures sign said $15. When we kept asking why the fill alone was $32 the lady said "I gave you solar nail and gel polish". WHICH MY FRIEND DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY OF THAT. At the end of the argument they ended up saying "yes it was my fault I didn't charge you for the manicure but you still need to pay for it". We ended up paying for the manicure which they rang up for $21!!!!!! And it was only $15!!! That was a whole other issue. The point of all of this was very frustrating and the fact they came at me so strong with other customers and a group of my friends was extremely wrong and unfair when I wasn't in the wrong. I will NEVER go back and either will my friends who were with me. No one deserves to be treated that way especially from a business owner. read more

First off if I could give it 0 I would ! They don't care for new customers at all .. don't come here . You are just throwing your money away.. both me and my sister decided to give them a try about a week ago since we are new to the area and had good reviews . The lady that helped me is the owner.. she was in a huge rush which was weird because it was slow when we arrived ... My nails were long and she never asked which length I wanted them .. she just took it upon herself to decide for me and filed them way down (I do the gel nails). That was one thing, then she rushed me to pick a color and felt very pushy! The worse part is what happened to my sister .. she also does gel nails and after she filed them (barely) she passed my sister on to her husband which is the other owner to put on the polish . He didn't put a base coat on and doesn't seem to have a clue of how to do nails . My sister asked to have sparkles put on the nail and the finished work look horrible. At the time we decided to just pay and leave and forget about it ! But yesterday after 6 days of having her nails done they all peeled off .. like literally you could easily lift the gel polish right off and some fell on their own. So we decided to let them know and we thought they would be happy to help .. but not the case ! The owner guy was very rude and said that my sister had to pay more money to get them done again after she had already paid $30.00 just less then one week ago! And he also claimed that he didn't remember her when clearly the other employees did! That's why I decided to write a review because everyone talks about how good they are but in reality they didn't even want to help us with a simple matter and didn't care! So I've came here a few times over all thought they did an alright job. I don't get my nails here anymore because they guy who's does them isn't that good and this place always tries to upsell you even after you say no they continue to ask if you want other products and say only $5 more. So I only do my feet here, nothing fancy just a normal pedicure standard pricing for it here. But they do use some soap that feels like it's scratching my legs like crazy kinda painful... So this last time I went they were busy and had additional help and I got someone I hadn't seen and as she was working on my feet she started cleaning up another station and getting it ready for someone else while wearing the same gloves she was just doing my feet with. She also was picking stuff up off the ground in those gloves then tried to work on my feet again I told her I was good and wanted to skip to the polish part. During this whole time she didn't say anything except hi, sit, $25, bye. And she didnt even do thay good. Also while I was there another girl had an issues with her nails they did and they 3 employees surrounded her and talk in their native language no one could understand. I won't come back here 1.Because the cross contamination, 2.the continuous pushy sale tactics 3. The mediocre work 4. I went to this nail salon based on the good reviews. My experience was definitely NOT good. Made an appointment for 3 people 10:30am for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure gel. My husband was seated first and my daughter stood there for several minutes because we were not given any direction where she should sit for her pedicure. (Only 2 other clients being worked on) Finally my daughter was asked to sit next to her dad for her pedicure. The female employee started with my husband. Cut his toe nails then quickly slapped on the sugar/salt scrub then rubbed it on literally a few seconds then shoved his feet in the water. Got up quickly to retrieve the warm wax for feet. Put his feet in the wax then moved over to give my daughter her pedicure. This all took probably 5 minutes of time she worked on him. I was called over for my manicure. About 10:50 I asked the male worker if anyone was going to work on my husband. He stated he needed to sit there with wax his feet until my daughter was finished. Then 11:00 she finishes with my daughter. Gets 2 hot rocks one in each hand a quickly rolls it up and down my husbands leg. Applies lotion and rubs a little more. By 11:10am it's done. I absolutely love this place. After being so displeased by nail envy my mom and I came here to get acrylics done, they talked to us and made us feel welcomed. They asked us how we would like our nails and they did with such a happy attitude. Although they need an upgrade around the salon, I recommend this place to each and every person. read more

Not only have I been going here for years, but I have recruited all the ladies from my family as well! :) My polish lasts longer when I dp my nails here than it does ANYWHERE ELSE! Everyone who goes here says the same thing! And for $25 pedi they include a moisturizing wax treatment and a hot rock lower leg massage. Pretty hard to beat that! I love it here!! read more

This is my favorite place for eyebrow waxing! The attention to detail is amazing! I am always impressed with the results. They treat shaping like an art form and it shows! I've been going there for six years and bringing my daughters and all of our unruly brows in and leave with beautiful frames for our eyes. I also recommend the nails/pedicures! My girlfriend and I are busy full time mom's and when we want some girl time it's hard to find a place that is open before 10:00am. I called over 30 places to get 2 pedi's before 10am and NO place would see us except Nails 4U! The very nice man that answered the phone says "I come in early for you", he was the ONLY one that offered that. I appreciate this establishment in accomidating our schedules! I have been coming to Nails 4 U for at least 10 years. I have NEVER had an issue with my pedicures or fills. I do feel that they could "clean" a bit more, but again, I have never had an issue. I think Elaina D. should go somewhere else. She doesn't belong in our Nails 4 U family. read more

I went in this morning for a shellac manicure and had the same experience as I did the last time I went in. Everyone deserves a second chance,right? The last time I went in for a manicure there was fried rice embedded in a towel where my hands rested. This time they had me wash with a previously used nail brush because it was again "no big deal." She also used unclean utensils. The manicure I SAVED up to get was rushed and my nails look half A$$. In other words, she did not paint my entire nail and my cuticles look trashed and split...and when I asked for corrections she started speaking foriegn to her cohorts! In fact, It was downright embarrassing! Did I mention I had to save my money for this manicure. Needless, to say I WONT BE BACK... It's a dirty dusty place that the health dept needs to check out! I'll be taking my money elsewhere and I will definitely be spreading the word! I want a REFUND!! read more
