After visiting 3 different hardware stores trying to find a special piece to a fluorescent light in the closet, he suggested replacing the whole fixture, as replacing it was $30 whereas the special piece was $50 online. When I asked him if he could install it that day or would have to come back, he replied, "I can't leave you with a dark closet!" He went back to the store one last time to purchase a new fixture and installed it within the hour! I can actually see now when I'm getting dressed!
