I called for a walk-in and I was taken right away when I got to the salon. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The salon is clean and well-lit with nice music playing in the background. I requested a manicure and Pedicure service. Jessica was the lady who did my pedicure and she offered and showed me the different types of pedicure services they offer with no pressure. Lauren was the lady who did my manicure and she helped me pick the nail color. Both Jessica and Lauren were nice and friendly. I found out that the business is women-owned by 3 sisters who took over a few months ago. I definitely recommend this salon and will come back again. read more

I was brought here by a friend. I did not look at their Yelp reviews prior to my first visit. The staff here was friendly. Especially since I was 15 mins late the morning of my appoinment as I mixed up the address and ended up at another nail studio just across the street. I did appreciate how kind they were despite my tardiness. I came for just a pedi, and I left loving the way they left my toes. The shape was exactly what I asked for and the polish lasted weeks after I had done my nails. So I came back a few more times. I had even brought my mother and my sister the few times after. However, on one of the following visits maybe my third. My sister had noticed that she had discoloring on her big toe nail. My sister keeps herself very clean, so this was something new and she noticed only after getting her first pedi. She pointed it out to the nail tech but they made her seem like that was just how her nail looks and differed from taking any responsibility. My sister decided to just have the gel polished removed and left there uncomfortable with the fact that she caught nail fungus. On the surface the place does look clean, however, both my mother and sister,and myself, we all had nail discoloring on our big toes. We did not have this issue prior to getting our pedicures. And we hadn't noticed since we kept going back to do gel nails. Each time not paying attention. When I came here on Yelp, I read that there is an issue with customers getting fungus from this place. Unfortunately, if I would have read the reviews prior to my first visit, I would have declined to come with my friend. I am leaving two stars because the nail techs were skilled well, and the staff and management were very polite and friendly. Sadly, they fail on cleanliness. I will not be returning. read more

I got a pedicure here a couple weeks ago and I have some things that I liked and disliked.. - covid-19 protocols (plastic coverings/masks worn by staff/new nail tools used on each customer) carried out great - staff was friendly and attentive - nail technician took an hour and a half to do just a pedicure (the other nail technicians were quicker) - nail technician did not clean the inner parts of my toenails until I pointed it out -floors were not clean (looked like they hadn't been be swept or mopped in a couple of days) Not coming back here again. read more

I've been in this new, girly habit of maintaining my nails. This place is conveniently located by my work; I'm lucky that it is because Jessica does great work. Something as basic as a polish and file, was the best shape and color I've ever had! I made an appointment with Jessica yesterday, with a new challenge... Pointed nails. This strange look that I used to frighten people with 6 years ago is back. All the more reason for me to get away with my obscurity! I'm used to the reaction I get when asking for this style, so I showed Jessica a few photos for reference: Lord Voldemort. She worked with what I had and followed my odd instructions of no white tip - All clear and natural. She did a great job and stayed late to finish with me. She's really personable and funny, she can take a joke and is gentle. Nothing like your average manicurist. My ONLY complaint about this salon is their incessant lack of polish colors. I would give it less if I could. I just went, I found it horrible. During the pedicure the lady gave me a massage (which lasted maybe a minute for both feet) with oil, no lotion, then she pointed to the nail polish, when I gave her my hand, because I didn't know what she wanted, she pointed again to the polish. I told her I typically communicate with words. During the manicure, which was done by another person, the water to soak my fingers was only water, no soap. After the manicure, I said my nail was crooked, and she said the polish was fine, I said one part of the nail is longer than the other side and she said it was okay and the polish was even. I've been to this salon 3 times, the two times before today Jessica did my nails, and she was wonderful. I get acrylics with gel polish and she always gets the polish right up to the cuticle - which rarely happens when you want gel. That's why I'm giving them three stars instead of less. Today, they were very busy which I understand bc it's Friday and all. To my dismay I was paired up with a different manicurist. An older woman with glasses, she was nice at first but after cutting me a couple times and foil wrapping my nails with acetone she left me for 20 minutes and told me to wait. I took the acetone wraps off after 5 minutes, because f*** that. She never came back. I ended up with a different woman who did a pretty bad job, the gel is too thick in some places and it already looks like I have a weeks worth of growth at the base. The only good thing was that she charged me $5 less than Jessica did. If I go back I will be sure to book with Jessica first. read more

I don't recommend this place whatsoever. I went in for a pedicure with my mom and we both left disappointed. Lani who worked on my mom was rough and did extra things that she didn't ask for. She didn't do a great job on painting the nail polish either. Lady who worked on me had snipped me when cutting the cuticles, she also added things that I didn't ask for. We ended up leaving the place paying 82 dollars for two pedicures because they added things that were not approved by us. Not one word was said about some thing being extra.
