I just want to brag about my best nail tech and pedicure tech. Lynn has done my pedicure for over…read more10 years. She knows exactly what I want and she is great at being a consultant when I don't know what I want. Her foot massage is the icing on the cake. She will have you in heaven from start to finish. Next, I will brag on the OH SO AWESOME Katie. She is the cuticle whisper as well as the best shaper I have had. She is great at what she does and she is always going to help you make a great selection in color. Book with Katie, you won't be dissapointed.

DO NOT.. I repeat, Do not go here. . I was cut multiple times and on two different visits (see…read morepictures). Nina worked on my nails and was hopping in between clients and rushing through my nails as if she was the only person there (several other nail techs available, but she said she was the only one that could). Even with other nail techs working she was "helping them" and saying " she doesn't know how , but I have to do it" but the other tech was having clients walk out and pay to what must've been a fine job. I assumed Nina would be the best, but she managed to cut my skin and cause me to bleed multiple times. Three days later, I had a nail fall off and another on the way out. Pictures below show 3 days old wounds, while the last one was the new wound after it was fixed. Not only that, I asked for French tips with a specific color. She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. James did a great job on my feet which is the only reason i would give even a single star!

Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you're comfortable and happy with your service. Tan, Jade, Kim, and the rest of the staff are all amazing. I recently came in for my birthday nails, and Tan put so much care and attention into every little detail to make sure they turned out perfectly. They always do, but it meant even more for such a special occasion. My work schedule can be unpredictable, so I sometimes have to call for a last-minute appointment. They have always been so patient, accommodating, and understanding, which I truly appreciate. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this salon. Beyond the beautiful nails, it's the warmth, consistency, and genuine care from everyone there that keeps me coming back. I can't recommend them enough--they absolutely deserve all the love and support.

My grandma especially really enjoyed having Tammy, she was gentle, kind, and patient with my grandmothers feet. I would recommend her for anyone with a special needs for their feet/toes.

I originally left a review explaining that I am not a difficult customer at all, that I…read morespecifically mentioned I have sensitive nails and did not want my natural nails damaged, and that the builder gel removal process was extremely painful. I explained that my skin had become raw, my fingers were swollen afterward, and that I was genuinely worried about infection. What made this experience even worse was the response I received afterward. The salon replied claiming that the technician repeatedly asked me if I was okay during the process, which is simply not true. Hearing that after already dealing with pain and damage is honestly incredibly upsetting. It is a horrible feeling to already be injured and then feel like your experience is being dismissed or rewritten. The truth is that the pain and damage became even more severe over the following days. I later showed my nails to my regular experienced nail technician, and she immediately told me that my natural nails had been over-filed, thinned out, and damaged. I clearly stated beforehand that my nails are sensitive. Because of that, I truly do not think someone inexperienced should have been assigned to perform such an aggressive removal service. It was genuinely the worst nail experience I have ever had

The…read moreinterior is very well designed, clean, and extremely "Instagrammable," which definitely makes it a nice spot if you care about ambiance and aesthetics. When I arrived, the staff initially seemed friendly, and I did make sure to clearly explain my nail injury on my right thumb. That part felt acknowledged at first, which I appreciated. Kim did my pedicure and Theresa did my manicure, and both of them did a good job with the services themselves. However, what really disappointed me was the lack of attention when I asked multiple times for a cotton ball and foil for my injured nail. I asked three different people and kept getting overlooked, which was frustrating given that I couldn't properly soak or file that nail due to the injury. Another concern came up at checkout. I noticed the price for my manicure was changed at the register compared to what had been written by the nail technician. That felt dishonest and left a bad impression at the end of the visit. Because of those experiences, while the salon is beautiful and the technicians were skilled, I'm not sure I would return anytime soon.
