She listened to my requests and checked in to ensure I liked what she was doing, before moving forward with all nails. Owner is also very kind - was open and direct telling me to save time and money when I had requested cat's eye on my toes and said to just use chrome as my toenails were so tiny. LOL. Do NOT sleep on that Vietnamese coffee if they offer it to you! It's absolutely delicious! I'd go back for that alone! QUALITY: My first time there, I was the happiest I'd been about how nice my nails turned out in YEARS! It was a pink chrome with French tips and looked so elegant! Received so many compliments at the wedding I attended and for weeks after. AND, due to crazy schedule I didn't get back to them for 4 weeks and both nails and toes still looked great, no chips - just a bit grown out, of course. Went back last Friday and could not be happier with my pink cats eye nails...WOW!! They're mesmerizing! Now, it has been a little time consuming when I go - but they make it worth the wait. Last week, they had small staff due to graduations. So hoping next time will be a little faster. BUT - again, worth the wait! Just don't go when you're rushed, you'll only frustrate yourself. For someone who was once afraid to get manicures and pedicures, the technicians here made me feel so comfortable, offering coffee and tea the moment that I walked in. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my time at the salon. The attention to detail is on point! They do not rush trying to finish and really take the time to ensure that the end product is what the customer wants. I usually get both a pedicure and a manicure, both are priced decently. In addition, they open early and take walk ins, highly recommend anyone that is in the area or even out of the area. So worth the time and happy with the results!

We did the same thing last year here as well and unfortunately I was disappointed with my service both times. I got one of the older women both times (I didn't ask her name as I was unhappy and just wanted to get out of there). The paint job is nice, nothing wrong with that. But this is a huge treat and part of the service they offer is a 4 minute massage. Both times this woman just rubbed my legs the entire time (after she wasted almost a minute drying my gel). I work on my feet and looked forward to get my feet rubbed even if it was just a couple minutes but unfortunately after paying $106 for both pedicures I didn't even get to enjoy the full service. It felt extremely rushed even with absolutely no one else in there and having to say something about not getting the full service. Everyone else was very nice and the atmosphere is clean enough. She did a very basic job. She barely did any work on my nails before starting powder and didnt even buff down the powder. No massage either. I was charged $50 for this and I would not pay more than $30 max for something like this. After i expressed concern that $50 is a lot especially for no acrylic nails and just painting my nails .... she started talking in Vietnamese to her coworker ( most likely talking crap lol ). Sadly, I will not be coming back to this place. I came to do my nails (French tip) with Lisa. Barely a week in my tips were turning brown, and the paint was cracking! I had to wear it like this to the event I was going to And TO My job. The last time I addressed this problem Christina said it was the heat from flat ironing my hair. This time it's my fault bc of "chemicals I'm using". (No I did not use any heat or hair dye in my hair and I don't tan!) when I texted Christina how can I fix it she said come in and so I did. When I got there I can tell the atmosphere was different. They were asking if I dyed my hair, did I go tanning, and I told them again NO. they kept talking in between questions in their native tongue I started getting uncomfortable at that point. At the end I got charged with another fee of $30 after I spent over $100 the last time I did my nails. I will not be back. Thank you but no thank you.
