Found this place because I was in Fremont area and was trying to get my pedicure before heading back home. Even without an appointment they accommodated me for the time that I needed. They are nice and fast. Tammy, the lady who did my pedicure, did a great job cleaning my toe nails. I didn't have to ask her to also clean around the nails because she already did it before I have to ask like most of the Nail Salon I go to every time. I wish they're in San Jose so it's closer to me. I definitely recommend this place! read more

I get my nails done on very rare occasions, so I don't have the tools at home to perform a Gel removal. I swung by on a weekday afternoon for the $10 gel removal service. Small shop that gets the job done. They charge an extra dollar for credit card, I recommend bringing cash. read more

I usually do my own basic manicure at home, but sometimes I want to do something fancier. This place was really accommodating for me (taking me in at 6:30pm). The quality of my mani-pedi was great as well, despite it being busy and me being one of the last customer. I asked for an art deco inspired design and my nail tech had some wonderful suggestions to enhance it! I've been receiving compliments on my nails all week. They really know how to do quality with efficiency. Things to consider: -make an appointment if you can. This place is popular! During my service I noticed a lot of walk-ins making appointments since the salon was full when I arrived. -cash preferred. I used Zelle. but you can charge card with an extra $1 fee. Really love this place! They are so open and clear about pricing. Also, they are very friendly and nice. I have came here three times and each time I have felt very comfortable. I requested to get a wine like nails and despite not having the color I wanted Tammy helped me find other ones. I also struggle with sensory issues so I usually don't get pedicures. But I got it done with the same nail color and I don't know the lady's name but she's awesome and for doing pedicures. She checked in with on me throughout the service. These halloween nails!!!! I am sooooo coming back!!! I love them. When I called in they were able to seat me immediately, and for what I was told a fill starts at 35, the cost on the board says 30. Great work! I like how careful and detailed they were, I didn't feel rushed, the shows on TV were cool, peaceful they weren't yelling over each other. The ladies feel like they care for each other, so that's nice. They were also appreciative and pleasant to talk to. Didn't make me feel bad about my dry ass skin . They asked if we liked our nails, retouched my thumb that accidentally touched the UV light thing. Gave good recommendation for colors when we couldn't decide. The pedi chairs have massagers and usb ports to charge your phone! Overall nice experience, might be our new go to nail place! Pros: Amazing dip french nails with extensions! Great service! Mimi was patient Cons: long wait time (almost 45 mins) even after calling-in to make appt. My first visit to Century's Nail Spa was during the COVID pandemic. As a safety measure, whenever I visit a business that offers personal services, I ALWAYS check their COVID sanitation measures. Seeing that they had plexiglass installed and did temperature checks, I felt safe coming here. We got a full set, dip powder mani, and a regular pedi. I loved the full set my daughter got. My dip powder mani was a little on the chunky side and a bit uneven, but not noticeable unless you look closely. Overall, we received great value for our money. The nail techs were very professional and not once did I feel rushed out of my chair. Added plus - they take down your name and phone number (I'm assuming for contact tracing purposes), social distanced all customers, AND sanitized the seat in between customers. I love that they're taking extra measures to ensure the safety of their customers. I'm definitely coming back! read more

I've been there 3 times now and loved what they do for me. I love to have gel nails because they are hard and the color does not wear off. The first time I went there i told them to keep my left hand fingernails short because I play guitar. It doesn't work well having long nails and playing guitar. The second time I went I asked them to make them all short as they tend to grow really fast. The last time I went there I asked them to make them all short and square and now they are perfect. Great strong nails and the perfect length for me. I'll keep going back as often as I can. read more

I have had my nails done by them 4 time. My first 2 appointments my nails looked good and lasted almost 3 wks. The last 2 times have been very disappointing, especially my last visit. My nails have broke off or chipped off drastically in less than 10 days. I understand the shop was busy but I had an appointment, the tech was rushing and once again, my nails look horrible. In my opinion, a gel fill should last at least 2 weeks. I now need to pay someone to fix my nails correctly. read more

My mom & I go here all the time. I always go with Minnie and my mom goes with Tammy. They are the best! We love talking to them and we them on a monthly or bimonthly basis depending on if we're getting our nails done or if we're getting our eyebrows done. Minnie (we call her Mimi) is such a nice person she's genuinely friendly and giving. For the work she does you can't beat the prices. Another thing that makes us loyal is even if she has lots of customers she will never rush just to get you done and on to the next there's an integrity there that is so hard to find. Sara is very patience and professional. She will give me adive of what to decorate on na. Which should i go with, she will put a try out on it first to see if I like it or not. If I don't like it she will take it off and put something on. Also I will tell her what I want for my manicure, stones or dry flower and etc... I came in here yesterday evening and was able to walk right in. The Ladies here are nice and the place looks clean. I came in because my nails were in desperate need of a mani and I was washing some blankets at Lee Laundromat a few doors down. They have a huge selection for their shellac colors. I got seated right away and they got to work. I want to say they did an excellent job for the price. I felt like their shellac was priced a little lower than other places. The Lady who did my nails did an amazing job and was super friendly. I will probably make this my new nail salon since my usual is always busy and I can't get a spot. I came at 11:30 & left at 2:25, I only came for a new acrylic set. One of the workers applied so much acrylic and cut 3 of my fingers in the process. She also kept getting up to do other things while I had still told her that I have a very strict time limit. If you want your set to look perfect, don't come here. read more

We had an appointment for mani pedi. Our technicians did not talk to us, spoke to each other, and rushed our pedi mani since they had few walk ins. We had questions about the service and options but they were dismissive and didn't engage very much. They also did not really massage our hands - literally did a 5 second massage. My gel manicure has plenty of bubbles but we were too tired after I was asked to wait for over 30-40 minutes for someone to be available to do my manicure. Overall, We were disappointed at the service, their rush attitude and lack of attention to detail. read more

Loved how they did my nail for feet so good I can't imagine it's only normal polish and stayed from 27 October and now it's 18 th December and no gel !! Can't remember name of lady but she's so sweet !! But I wasn't happy with my nails the lady did few cuts in my skin and also didn't copy design well wasn't professional and she didn't respect the timeline she give me that I was late to my next appointment ( the reason why she was late is she was constantly in the phone ) she was kind but she needs to work on this more. Found this place on Yelp, gave it a try regardless mixed reviews, and I'm glad I did! I had regular manicure and pedicure, no gels or acrylics. I am very happy and satisfied with Polyna's work, I won't try anyone else; and the price is reasonable and affordable. Diane is friendly, and thorough with her work. Make sure you set an appointment prior, as she can be busy especially on weekends. I love this place read more

I had to leave a review for this place although It took me a while leaning to review on Yelp, all of the ladies are super friendly and accommodating. I was very absentminded and forgot to bring cash for tip (so embarrassing). I had to run out to an ATM while my friend waited there, but the ladies were very kind about it--thank you!! I had Heidi for pedicure and the other young lady ( can't recall her name ) for manicure, Both turned out amazing! I appreciate & love it so much! I will definitely be back. I would give them 6 stars if i could read more

Fun, festive atmosphere! There were four of us in our group all getting pedicures. All four nail technicians that we had were so nice, sweet, funny, friendly and did a great job on our pedicures! For me personally, my nail technician was so nice to bring the three different nail colors that I had a hard time choosing between. She helped brush a little of each on my nails so that I could see what they would look like. That helped a lot to choose which color I ultimately chose. The chairs were roomy, clean, and relaxing. At least one of my friends was using the massage function. They had many nail polishes to choose from. It was a nice touch that they gave us each bottled water. Plus, at the entrance, there were packaged Rice Krispies for us to take.

Fine--it's still a discount, even if that's misleading. I had a confirmed 2pm appointment and was already there, so leaving wasn't an option. I then waited 40 minutes, only to watch them seat a walk-in immediately while I was still waiting. At that point, I had to walk out. Do not waste my time with false advertising and making someone with an appointment wait 40 minutes just to prioritize walk-ins. Absolutely unacceptable.

I've been a loyal customer for 8 years even when i moved to a different city I still came here to…read moredo my mani and pedis. I even brought family and friends to this place. Sadly, I will not be coming back to this place. I came to do my nails (French tip) with Lisa. Barely a week in my tips were turning brown, and the paint was cracking! I had to wear it like this to the event I was going to And TO My job. The last time I addressed this problem Christina said it was the heat from flat ironing my hair. This time it's my fault bc of "chemicals I'm using". (No I did not use any heat or hair dye in my hair and I don't tan!) when I texted Christina how can I fix it she said come in and so I did. When I got there I can tell the atmosphere was different. They were asking if I dyed my hair, did I go tanning, and I told them again NO. they kept talking in between questions in their native tongue I started getting uncomfortable at that point. At the end I got charged with another fee of $30 after I spent over $100 the last time I did my nails. I will not be back. Thank you but no thank you.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience here yesterday. I…read morewas charged $90 for a pedicure, and the service did not match the price at all. The design I asked for was not done correctly, and instead of simply being honest if they couldn't do it, I was passed around between different nail techs while sitting there longer and longer. I even told them it was okay if they couldn't do the design. What upset me the most was the attitude from the woman identified as the manager. My husband made a comment about staying until the service was done correctly, and she immediately became defensive and rude, saying things like "why do you come here and make a big deal, everyone is trying to help you." I was calm the entire time and simply wanted my nails fixed or clear communication. The 3d flower was removed for the 3rd time I left with basic French toes definitely not worth $90. In addition I understand the type and product you however that was not my request. They kept passing me off to other techs!! I ended up walking out extremely upset, especially after still being expected to pay the full $90 even though the service was unfinished and unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
