been going to spring nails for at least a couple of years now so about time I post something. Dana's my girl! She takes her time and makes sure you're happy with the finished product! She's very good with taking out my ingrown big toe nail and she even recommended a product to use to prevent the ingrown which you would think for someone who does nails , she would want you to come back more often for her service but she wants you to feel better long term Dana always delivers! She would even come in early for you if needed and she's available. I definitely recommend Dana to all my ladies! read more

I love giving good reviews where they're due! I went here for the first time today. I had been loyal to a shop I'd be going to for years - but they had NOT been doing my nails well lately so wanted to try something new. A friend recommended this shop since it's literally in our neighborhood. They are hella good! My nails look amazing. They took my nails from ghetto to classy! Ok! Mae did my nails and she was so detailed and made me feel comfortable. The reason I'd not stopped there before was because honestly, the plaza is ghetto. The shop is next to the LIQ and looks unappealing. But the shop and the ladies who run it are hella cool! I had a relaxing experience and my nails look great! Don't let the exterior fool you! Shoutout to Sophia for taking care of my nails! I originally wanted to do gel mani but since I had cracked nails she recommended it's better for me to get the dip powder to help strengthen my nails. She explained the process as well while she was doing my nails so I was very comfortable. She was so gentle. I'm definitely coming back. read more

A little reluctant to write this review as I believe it is the best hidden gem in MH! Always such sweet ladies working. They go above and beyond to give the best service they can. I usually do powder dip on natural nails and they are so careful not to run the dermal too fast and very careful around my cuticle. My last manicure was a dark color and my gal was so meticulous she took almost two hrs to be sure the color was even and perfect around the edges. I don't usually have two hours to spend but it was quite wonderful! Their prices are also very reasonable and lower than the competitors. I hope people find them so that they can stay affordable. Terrible service and unwillingness to correct errors. Came in for a pedicure, had to ask staff to trim the corners of my nails, had to request filing of sharp edges and had lumpy, thick gel applied. Asked for polish to be removed and left with no color. Still got charged for a full pedicure by the owner. Will never return. Third chance failed read more

Went in for a fill after getting a full set elsewhere 3 weeks ago. It started off ok, she stated she was going to just match my base powder because i was doing a simple French tip. Perfect. Except she did not match the color. I had nude powder before, she filled in with pink powder. It looked ombré and was NOT what i wanted for a French tip. She got extremely defensive saying if i want it to match i need to get a full set. No one gets a full set every 2-3 weeks, i have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never been told it's not possible to match powders. I settled for doing a gel color to cover the uneven powders but left with the clumpiest thick acrylic/gel set I've ever had. Prices are cheap but i guess you get what you pay for. Will never be coming back here and do no recommend this place at all. read more

Made an appointment for 4:00pm. Walked in right on time only to find out a "walk in" was taken before me. I understand wanting to profit more or satisfy every customer, but what's the point of an appointment if I'm gonna have to wait 30 minutes to be seen because the nail tech took a "walk in"? If a customer that had an appointment is late- i can understand. But I was right on time for an appointment i made days prior. I feel this is very inconsiderate, unprofessional & unfair for customers. Not only did it affect what I wanted done to my nails but the rest of my plans had to be pushed back as well. read more

This review is for the new management under Sophia and Mae, I actually use to be a regular customer here prior to the management change many years ago and they lost me with the previous owner but I was brought back this past November since I couldn't get an appointment at the salon that I had been going to and I'm happy it lead me to Sophia where I've become a loyal customer. Sophia is amazing at her craft and I am a picky customer I already know this... I always find designs online and instead of telling me she can't do it like my previous salon would Sophia loves the challenge and makes it look better then the pictures. All the ladies in the salon are very nice and make you feel welcome but I know for my intricate designs I always make appointments with Sophia. I love how she also tells you how much things will cost before she does it so you're never surprised at the end. I don't like to take chances and I know they seem to get busy so I would recommend making an appointment before coming in especially when you want a full set/fill or anything with gel and a pedicure since those take time! I've gotten pedicures here and don't go to anyone in particular but everyone that I've gone to does a good job. I love how this salon has all their polish samples painted in swatches so you don't have to go up to the wall and select anything, even for regular nail polish it makes life way easier. This salon is affordable, yet good quality and clean and those are always the things I look for when I get my nails done and find a good nail tech or I would rather do my own nails and spring nails meets my criteria, it's an added bonus that everyone there is super nice too. I really didn't want to write this and share Sophia since it might make getting appointments with her harder but her talents are too good to not be shared! read more

Just an update and posting more beautiful work done by May and Sophia. I have since grown out my natural nails and am able to get the look of acrylics. The dip powder that the ladies recommended to me keep my natural nails strong and healthy so they can be beautiful without the need to put the acrylics on. I have a really hard time finding good nail techs. I'm pretty particular about how I like my nails to be done especially when it comes to pedicures. Believe me when I say every worker is great at what they do. This review in particular tho, is for May!! She's seriously the sweetest and she doesn't get enough credit. I got a full set a couple weeks ago from Oanh and I loved it. She really takes her time and makes sure everything is even. I most recently came in for a fill and and she was so quick and I was in and out of there in no time. I love how she puts on a thin layer of gel and she files it down to be thin if necessary. I hate how other places put on a thick layer. Because she puts on such a thin layer, I've had a lot of people mistaken them for my real nails. Definitely will keep coming back. read more

I got gel manicure with design for $40. I love the pastel blue color and the designs weren't the exact same as I suggested but it was fine for my liking! The person who did my nails was really nice and very clear when telling me about the process of my nails. However, she was digging into my skin on my thumb and I bled. After soaking my hand in water, without telling me in advance, she put alcohol with a cotton ball on my thumb. It was pretty painful. I would have preferred to wash my hands with soap with water. Overall, I do still recommend this nail salon because past experiences were five stars! read more

First time checking this place out and I will definitely come back here! I called the salon to make an appt around 230pm for a mani and pedi. They weren't too busy so a walk in would have been fine. I walked in and was welcome by all of the staff, super friendly and everyone has smiles. Sophia did my manicure and introduced me to dipped powder which is starting become popular and loved how my nails turned out. They charged $35 for the manicure which is a fair price. The pedicure I did was the $40 package which includes foot mask, parafin wax and hot stone. The lady that did my great too, I believed her name was G. read more

My girlfriends and I all went here to get manis for a special church event. Wan (or is it Oanh? Idk ) did my acrylic set with gel + jewels for $35. I LOVE IT! Spring Nails is amazing!! Everyone is so welcoming and nice and it's the first place I ever went to to get my nails done! I've been to one other place and had a bad experience where the lady was rude and messed up, but this spot never fails me!! My nail tech is May and she does an amazing job every time. I showed her some reference pictures of what I wanted and although she did not have the exact flowers in the picture I showed, she let me pick out which flowers I wanted out of the ones she had and she did her best to recreate the pictures I showed her! I got no special design or any rhinestone I didn't get a copy of my receipt but I swear they must of charge a service fee for tip or tax. Now I got to spend more money on another place to fix because you know I'm not going come back for a $10 per nail fix because you know they wont fix for free having it be only 3 days. Also in the front they have a sign that says no refunds so they must rip off a lot of ppl by charging all the upcharges without informing customers of price.

This is my first time at a nail shop. Never having had a pedicure or manicure, I did not know what to expect. This place was warm and inviting from the moment I stepped into the shop. I was struck by the lovely smell of incense that filled the room and a holiday tree by the entrance. I felt a bit awkward at first, but fortunately the place was not very busy at the time as it was before noon on a Friday. I was warmly welcomed by a Oahn and two of her staff. I asked if I can get a pedicure and manicure. They immediately escorted me to one of the pedicure chairs. They have different pedicure service offerings. I selected the Classic service that included pedicure and a foot rub/massage. One of the staff did the pedicure while Oahn did the manicure. They took about 25 minutes to complete both the pedicure and manicure. I have to say my hands and feet never looked and felt better. My nails were clean and perfectly cut. This was a great experience and I am very satisfied with the customer service. read more

I dropped in without an appointment. About 20 minutes into my manicure, a customer came for her appointment that was supposed to be half an hour prior. The nail technician who worked on my nails explained that she thought the customer would not come, so took me in and asked the other customer to wait. Even though her original customer was waiting, the nail technician did not rush my service--she worked on my nails tentatively. I was happy with my nails after all and how she handled the situation. Then, I accidentally broke one of the nails in the late afternoon, so I called and was arranged for an early appointment the next day to fix the broken nail. This was my first time at this nail salon. I hesitated but decided to try my luck since I had no appointment. Luckily, one of the ladies had some free time between her appointments and took me in. Even though I was picky with my color, the lady was incredibly patient, caring and accommodating with my requests. She did a wonderful job at my nails and was fun to chat with. I liked the facts that the staff did not talk to each other while working--very professional! I was very happy with my nails afterwards. I am glad that I gave it a try at this salon. This place has the greatest customer service I've experienced in a while. From the moment you open the door you feel welcomed. They have the largest verity of chrome colors for every mood and personality. They do all the custom nail designs you want including ombré & 3D . I have been a client before in the past and they aren't the best out there but they were always my go to whenever I need to get like a quick you know full set. I'll go there before an event or whatever or like some celebration, I'd go there you know just to get it done real quick. It's in the neighborhood is by my house, but this time around my friend had paid for it and she had to leave early due to the fact that she was finished already and her set was $50. Well they charged me $85 and she took five dollars off so she gave me the whole set for $75 dollars which to me is still a lot because my friend had to leave and she already prepaid everything after my friend left she just completely stopped doing everything that you're supposed to do. None of the steps were correct. She have asked everything you could see. She didn't even cut my cuticles. She didn't prep the nail. She didn't file the nail. She didn't shape the nail she basically just like like really I could've glued some nails on that looked better than these and right now they're feeling wobbly my cuticles. You can see a hangnail right there on the right hand or like all the glue is all over me she, my nails are still dirty underneath she did me dirty because it was already prepaid. I understand it was late and I was the last customer, but that's not right. This is still your work and I still am a paid customer and that wasn't fair just because it was prepaid. She either had something personal against me. I know she was tired but still this is your work and really though I really feel like if I did not pay first, she would've done a better job and that to me was disrespectful and a slap in the face and unprofessional or she just isn't that great which I don't believe she said she's been doing it for 10 years and I don't believe that 10 years your work would look so bad. I could've glued some press on on my fingers and have them look way better than these disappointing. It's unfortunate because I really really really loved that little hole in the wall nail salon that was near my house that I always would go to every now and then $85 for this lady you're nuts you're disrespectful you robbed my friend.
