been going to spring nails for at least a couple of years now so about time I post something. Dana's my girl! She takes her time and makes sure you're happy with the finished product! She's very good with taking out my ingrown big toe nail and she even recommended a product to use to prevent the ingrown which you would think for someone who does nails , she would want you to come back more often for her service but she wants you to feel better long term Dana always delivers! She would even come in early for you if needed and she's available. I definitely recommend Dana to all my ladies! read more

3/18/21 Pedicures with my daughter. I've been trying to find a place close to home that does a good job with the ingrowns nails and I think this place is it. Dana did a fabulous job removing my ingrown nails and it didn't hurt! Hidden treasure this place. Definitely will be back. read more

A little reluctant to write this review as I believe it is the best hidden gem in MH! Always such sweet ladies working. They go above and beyond to give the best service they can. I usually do powder dip on natural nails and they are so careful not to run the dermal too fast and very careful around my cuticle. My last manicure was a dark color and my gal was so meticulous she took almost two hrs to be sure the color was even and perfect around the edges. I don't usually have two hours to spend but it was quite wonderful! Their prices are also very reasonable and lower than the competitors. I hope people find them so that they can stay affordable. Terrible service and unwillingness to correct errors. Came in for a pedicure, had to ask staff to trim the corners of my nails, had to request filing of sharp edges and had lumpy, thick gel applied. Asked for polish to be removed and left with no color. Still got charged for a full pedicure by the owner. Will never return. Third chance failed read more

Went in for a fill after getting a full set elsewhere 3 weeks ago. It started off ok, she stated she was going to just match my base powder because i was doing a simple French tip. Perfect. Except she did not match the color. I had nude powder before, she filled in with pink powder. It looked ombré and was NOT what i wanted for a French tip. She got extremely defensive saying if i want it to match i need to get a full set. No one gets a full set every 2-3 weeks, i have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never been told it's not possible to match powders. I settled for doing a gel color to cover the uneven powders but left with the clumpiest thick acrylic/gel set I've ever had. Prices are cheap but i guess you get what you pay for. Will never be coming back here and do no recommend this place at all. read more

Sophia is my go-to gal for my nails! But Everyone is amazing also! They take their time and it shows with the quality of their work. I've gone to so many places where they rush and do a half-ass job, but this is my first salon where I've been going back for their services consistently! Made an appointment for 4:00pm. Walked in right on time only to find out a "walk in" was taken before me. I understand wanting to profit more or satisfy every customer, but what's the point of an appointment if I'm gonna have to wait 30 minutes to be seen because the nail tech took a "walk in"? If a customer that had an appointment is late- i can understand. But I was right on time for an appointment i made days prior. I feel this is very inconsiderate, unprofessional & unfair for customers. Not only did it affect what I wanted done to my nails but the rest of my plans had to be pushed back as well. read more

This review is for the new management under Sophia and Mae, I actually use to be a regular customer here prior to the management change many years ago and they lost me with the previous owner but I was brought back this past November since I couldn't get an appointment at the salon that I had been going to and I'm happy it lead me to Sophia where I've become a loyal customer. Sophia is amazing at her craft and I am a picky customer I already know this... I always find designs online and instead of telling me she can't do it like my previous salon would Sophia loves the challenge and makes it look better then the pictures. All the ladies in the salon are very nice and make you feel welcome but I know for my intricate designs I always make appointments with Sophia. I love how she also tells you how much things will cost before she does it so you're never surprised at the end. I don't like to take chances and I know they seem to get busy so I would recommend making an appointment before coming in especially when you want a full set/fill or anything with gel and a pedicure since those take time! I've gotten pedicures here and don't go to anyone in particular but everyone that I've gone to does a good job. I love how this salon has all their polish samples painted in swatches so you don't have to go up to the wall and select anything, even for regular nail polish it makes life way easier. This salon is affordable, yet good quality and clean and those are always the things I look for when I get my nails done and find a good nail tech or I would rather do my own nails and spring nails meets my criteria, it's an added bonus that everyone there is super nice too. I really didn't want to write this and share Sophia since it might make getting appointments with her harder but her talents are too good to not be shared! read more

Just an update and posting more beautiful work done by May and Sophia. I have since grown out my natural nails and am able to get the look of acrylics. The dip powder that the ladies recommended to me keep my natural nails strong and healthy so they can be beautiful without the need to put the acrylics on. I have a really hard time finding good nail techs. I'm pretty particular about how I like my nails to be done especially when it comes to pedicures. Believe me when I say every worker is great at what they do. This review in particular tho, is for May!! She's seriously the sweetest and she doesn't get enough credit. I got gel manicure with design for $40. I love the pastel blue color and the designs weren't the exact same as I suggested but it was fine for my liking! The person who did my nails was really nice and very clear when telling me about the process of my nails. However, she was digging into my skin on my thumb and I bled. After soaking my hand in water, without telling me in advance, she put alcohol with a cotton ball on my thumb. It was pretty painful. I would have preferred to wash my hands with soap with water. Overall, I do still recommend this nail salon because past experiences were five stars! read more

I got a full set a couple weeks ago from Oanh and I loved it. She really takes her time and makes sure everything is even. I most recently came in for a fill and and she was so quick and I was in and out of there in no time. I love how she puts on a thin layer of gel and she files it down to be thin if necessary. I hate how other places put on a thick layer. Because she puts on such a thin layer, I've had a lot of people mistaken them for my real nails. Definitely will keep coming back. read more

First time checking this place out and I will definitely come back here! I called the salon to make an appt around 230pm for a mani and pedi. They weren't too busy so a walk in would have been fine. I walked in and was welcome by all of the staff, super friendly and everyone has smiles. Sophia did my manicure and introduced me to dipped powder which is starting become popular and loved how my nails turned out. They charged $35 for the manicure which is a fair price. I've been to one other place and had a bad experience where the lady was rude and messed up, but this spot never fails me!! My nail tech is May and she does an amazing job every time. I showed her some reference pictures of what I wanted and although she did not have the exact flowers in the picture I showed, she let me pick out which flowers I wanted out of the ones she had and she did her best to recreate the pictures I showed her! We did the same thing last year here as well and unfortunately I was disappointed with my service both times. I got one of the older women both times (I didn't ask her name as I was unhappy and just wanted to get out of there). The paint job is nice, nothing wrong with that. But this is a huge treat and part of the service they offer is a 4 minute massage. Both times this woman just rubbed my legs the entire time (after she wasted almost a minute drying my gel). I work on my feet and looked forward to get my feet rubbed even if it was just a couple minutes but unfortunately after paying $106 for both pedicures I didn't even get to enjoy the full service. It felt extremely rushed even with absolutely no one else in there and having to say something about not getting the full service. Everyone else was very nice and the atmosphere is clean enough. Just maybe don't go for the older woman if you want a decent service besides the color. Will probably be trying out a new salon after two strikes

I went in with 10 toenails and left with 9. I had a loose toenail from running and have been very…read morecareful with it, including when trimming it myself. I specifically told the nail technician to be gentle and to only trim it, not remove it. Despite this, the toenail was ripped off completely. I am in significant pain and it will now take several months for the nail to grow back. The experience did not stop there. My cuticles were also filed aggressively, even after I repeatedly asked for it to stop. At one point, I felt my concerns were not being taken seriously because she laughed at me. I left in discomfort that required them to apply Vaseline before I left due to irritation. I will not be posting a photo as the injury is graphic. This was a genuinely upsetting experience and I would not want anyone else to go through something similar. I would strongly recommend others consider going elsewhere. RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER - Yes, $5.50 was taken off my bill. However, that does not come close to addressing what happened. I know my own toenails, and I clearly explained multiple times that one nail was loose and needed to be trimmed carefully. Despite that, the technician did not listen and ended up ripping the toenail off entirely. It was still attached and could have been handled gently, but it was not. At this point, my priority is not to go back and forth but to share my experience honestly so others are aware before booking an appointment.
