I went in with 10 toenails and left with 9. I had a loose toenail from running and have been very careful with it, including when trimming it myself. I specifically told the nail technician to be gentle and to only trim it, not remove it. Despite this, the toenail was ripped off completely. I am in significant pain and it will now take several months for the nail to grow back. The experience did not stop there. My cuticles were also filed aggressively, even after I repeatedly asked for it to stop. At one point, I felt my concerns were not being taken seriously because she laughed at me. I left in discomfort that required them to apply Vaseline before I left due to irritation. I will not be posting a photo as the injury is graphic. This was a genuinely upsetting experience and I would not want anyone else to go through something similar. I would strongly recommend others consider going elsewhere. RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER - Yes, $5.50 was taken off my bill. However, that does not come close to addressing what happened. I know my own toenails, and I clearly explained multiple times that one nail was loose and needed to be trimmed carefully. Despite that, the technician did not listen and ended up ripping the toenail off entirely. It was still attached and could have been handled gently, but it was not. At this point, my priority is not to go back and forth but to share my experience honestly so others are aware before booking an appointment. Getting pedicures is one of my guilty pleasures. It is hard for me to try new places because I have a history of ingrown toe nails. I am glad that I decided to give this place a try. She was offering a 'game' where you can get a percent off of your service which was fun. On top of that she did exactly what I asked and explained everything along the way and checked in with me that I was happy with how she did it. $120-140 I've been here a couple times for a pedicure and a fill. TODAY, I wanted to get a new set of nails because the "pink and white ombre would look "cleaner". Pedicure, It was OK, but sloppy. They don't use regular toe nail clippers, they use cuticle clippers. When I got home, I noticed half of my toe nail was completely chopped off . As for my nails, one hand is smooth, and the other is bumpy. They ask you to wash your hands after the filing, but JULIE, wiped it down with alcohol. They are also paper thin, and 2 nails are crooked. Leaving for vacation Sunday, but need to get these re-done somewhere else. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH. I found this place on Yelp and was so excited to go because of how many wonderful reviews I saw. However, after spending more than 2.5 hours and $86 (without tip), I'm left disappointed. I made an appointment and arrived on time. I was seated for a pedicure right away, which I appreciated. The owner started showing me all of their colors and discussing pricing. This place has been open for over two months and has selective gel nail polish, which was a let down. I came in with a picture of an ombré nail polish I wanted done. Unfortunately, they didn't have that color. My basic pedicure took an hour, BUT it was honestly one of the bests I've ever had! I was so relaxed. I'll probably come back for another pedicure. I was then moved to the manicure station, where a different lady started working on my gel manicure. I didn't choose an intricate design or shape. My nails were already almond shaped. However, I did have a broken nail and wanted to apply builders gel. This entire process including the polish took more than 1.5 hours. I arrived at 3:15pm and left at 5:55pm. Definitely not the amount of time I wanna spend at a nail salon for basic services! They also charge for the most unexpendable services such as removal of gel nail polish, shaping, shaping medium length vs long length nails, which seems like a hidden way to increase pricing. Overall, I only recommend if you don't mind spending time or money on your nails. Edit: Thuy, spending hours on a service doesn't imply that you or your staff did a job to be proud of. You could've easily cut down the time spent on me by providing a manicure and pedicure simultaneously. However, a customer that came in after me got that treatment from you and the same nail tech that did my pedicure. She finished approximately 1.5 hours before me. For example, I've been going to nail salons that say they offer drinks, not once was I ever offered a drink or if I asked them for one they look at me like I'm crazy. They even had different options like coffee, Vietnamese coffee, apple juice, orange juice, water, green tea & champagne. I also saw different chips for snacks, but I chose a hot viet coffee. But I went in and asked for builder gel in a bottle, she first brought out poly gel and I said no it's in a bottle so she brought out a gold bottle and I made a note of the name because I had not seen that before. Nails looked good but when I went home and looked up that bottle it turned out it was not builder gel and I was lucky I didn't get an allergic reaction or worse. She used what they use to bond the gel-x nails to your nail - and when I went back to give them a chance to do it right they argued with me that I was wrong and that it was builder gel and I showed them they were wrong and then they admitted they did not have builder gel, only hard gel. If your technician doesn't know what something is then just say that - you can mess peoples nails and hands up using the wrong thing! Sadly I will not be going back there. read more

Had a great experience here in regard to the service I received, the staff was very welcoming and made a comfortable environment for me and my friend when we went. Store was very clean and had nice ambiance. Refreshing drinks were offered as well. Service and staff was 10/10, reason I give 4 stars is because they were short staffed that day and I ended up spending 3 or 4 hours in the salon when their service itself should have taken less than an hour. I was waiting most of the time in the salon chair but I was seated comfortably and staff was very apologetic, they acknowledged that service was behind and thanked me for waiting. I had nothing to do that day and am patient so I did not mind waiting, overall was worth the wait. Got 2 pedicures done and a manicure and felt very pampered and well taken care of. I came here for the first time as I am new to the area and it is super close to my house. My appointment was at 12pm, I arrived 5 minutes early and had to wait another 45 minutes until I was in a chair. The woman that I had was initially doing a great job, but then the drill and cuticle cutters came out and she nicked me so many times, on so many fingers. She actually took a chunk of my skin off of one finger and looked at me shocked like I did something wrong. My finger was bleeding profusely and she didn't even apologize, she just went on to say I have so many hangnails - I NEVER have hangnails and I have NEVER been cut like this before at other nail salons. When she was finished with my nails my finger had crusted blood all over and under my nail. I'm disappointed in myself for not asking for no charge considering she has now exposed me to a possible infection - considering I'm not sure they actually sterilize their equipment. I work in a field that sterilizes instruments and I don't remember her opening the sterilization pouch, just pulling the instruments out. I definitely will not be returning. read more
