I really appreciate their level of care. The salon itself, their staff, and the customer service remained excellent. I love the aromatherapy, wide range of neutral nail color options, and their salon is aesthetically pleasing. I love it here! Found this place on Yelp after weeks of searching. The photos were what drew me in. I went in for Christmas nails and have been coming here since. Everyone is kind and attentive. Lily is the owner and my favorite she does an amazing job at shaping my nails and she's great with designs. The TV plays modern pop and vibing music. The salon is beautifully decorated and is always clean. The seating/ waiting area is comfortable. They also offer complimentary water and hand lotions. read more

Came in for Pedicure, I went with the Organic Volcanic Pedicure, Pretty cool. I liked the smell of the oranges in the water. I am not sure what the steam does for my legs but it felt good, while massaging your legs they have the steamer going so that's kind of cool. I wonder why the candles?? But while massaging my legs, they poured the melted wax from the candle on my legs, I was scared at first that they would burn me, but I didn't feel anything and kind of felt foolish..lol, overall great experience. I don't think I can get the volcano pedicure every month because it's $$, but as a treat it was cool. read more

I made an appointment for 5:30 for a full set and pedicure. When I came in the salon was cute, small and they were playing music. I got a simple pedicure with gel since I was going to do designs on my hands. I was surprised no one was working on my hands during the pedicure, but there weren't a lot of people there and they were all busy. When they asked about my nails they thought I was just doing gel, but I let them know I was getting long acrylics and I wanted designs. This is when my experience went downhill. I showed her a picture, and granted what I wanted was a lot of design, she grabbed my phone and laughed. Then she went and showed every worker in the salon and each one laughed. I was shocked and incredibly embarrassed. I said okay so you can't do it? They told me it would take too long, 2 hours which is typically how long acrylics take when I go, and that I can get a simple set and save it for another time. One of the nail techs said you didn't tell us you wanted that design, but no one asked. I didn't know I had a time limit. I told them I wish someone would have let me know that I could only get a simple set, I wouldn't have gotten a pedicure. I was getting my nails done for a party I've been planning for months, as a mom of 2 who commutes, time is a rare commodity and I wasted it going to this place. They could have handled this professionally and not laugh in a customers face. Needless to say I will never be going back. read more

I was really hoping to have a good experience here. I just moved to the neighborhood and this was my first time coming in. The ladies were nice and able to get me in the same day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the actual service left me in a lot of pain. While filing my nails, the technician repeatedly cut into my cuticles with the electric file. It hurt in the moment, but I didn't realize how bad it was until later when I washed my hands after leaving the salon--everything stung like crazy. Several of my fingers on both hands were also cut along the sides of the nails during filing, and those spots are the worst because they hurt every time you move your fingers and you can't really apply antibacterial without burning. The UV light also felt extremely hot, almost burning, and when I mentioned it, the technician told me to move my hand in and out of the light--which defeats the purpose of using it. On top of that, the French manicure didn't look good. There were bubbles in the polish, and the French tips are already peeling--and I just got them done yesterday. I didn't have time to ask her to redo it, but honestly, I should be asking for a refund. I spent $160 for this service, so the prices definitely weren't cheap. I still left a tip, but I will NOT be returning or referring anyone based on how painful, rough, and careless the service was. I really hope I don't end up with an infection from this place. read more

I saw ads for the opening of this new nail salon in Newark and they are offering a 20% off all services until May 25th. I called ahead to request a gel pedicure removal and get a new gel pedicure set about an hour before closing on a Thursday. When I arrived, they took me right in and acknowledged my phone call appointment. Sara did a great job with my existing gel pedicure removal and my new gel pedicure. I opted for the basic pedicure from the menu. She took her time and was gentle in handling my pedicure (didn't get hurt or have any pain). I didn't feel rushed and it also didn't take too long for the pedicure to be completed. The only minor hiccup I experienced was during payment, which is why I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5. I didn't realize they only accept Zelle or cash and no credit cards (luckily I had both). It would be helpful if they included some signage or payment method info on their website, Instagram, social media pages, etc. The existing gel removal was $15 and then $30 for the new basic gel pedicure I received. I had just sent the $45 Zelle payment and provided a cash tip to Sara before I realized that the promotion discount of 20% off was not applied. I asked if they could just credit me back for a future visit, but they didn't seem to understand. So instead, they gave me back the difference in cash, which worked out. Overall, I would come back and hope the next visit is a lot smoother for the payment process, so I can update my rating. They also do gel x / gel extensions which I'm happy about! I would try this next time as well. read more
