It was nice, but the lowest price is $35. I usually don't pay that much for a basic pedicure with regular nail polish, but the Friday before Christmas is not the time to be cheap. My full set took a bit longer to start, but no problem--I got to sit in the comfortable massage chair. I asked for a pink and white full set in an oval shape. He got the nails and color on super fast, but the shaping took forever. While sitting there, I was so upset he was taking so long. After the fact, I now see why he took his time. Love that they are very welcoming, prices are a bit on the higher side but they have lots of options of colors and designs. 3rd time coming and I didnt realize I showed up 30 mins before closing asking for pedi and mani and they welcomed me with open arms. Took my chance and did a walk in after work, Tiffany greeted me and asked me to wait ten minutes, so I did as all three technicians had customers. Tiffany ended up working on my nails and I must say, Tiffany was great! She was fast, efficient, took her time on her craft and shows her pride in her work. I went to Tracy for several years & she did a good job for the most part! But, she's very unprofessional & disrespectful sometimes. She takes her personal life out on some of her customers, including myself! She constantly runs late, over books her schedule & multiple times I had to sit aside so she could take a new client, or wait 10 minutes to an hour or more waiting for her to finish. I could ask her how much longer & she would always say 10 minutes & proceed to take 3x as long! Now, I get it. We fall behind schedule sometimes, but not only is her time valuable. So is the customers time. I mean, we are paying for a service, right? I asked for an apt with Tracy for my nails & this lady who would do my pedicure, she told me to be there @10am the day of my birthday for my pedicure & she'd do my nails @11am.. I'm there at 9:50.. 10:10 & I still don't see my pedicure lady, simply called traxy and asked where she was & she flashed on me said "I'm getting coffee I'll talk to you when I'm there don't call me again" so she comes in at 10.45 (mind you someone else could've done my pedi in the mean time but she wouldn't communicate) She then continued to scream at me "what if I got in an accident and was late then what" like you just told me you were getting coffee... she threatened me if I didn't stop talking she wouldn't even do my nails & at this point I'm literally crying & everyone in the shop is staring at me ( it was humiliating ) Then once she's done, she tried to charge me $250 for a set I've got before & paid no more than $140 for. She upcharged me just because she was offended because I asked about her schedule. Communication is key & Tracy refuses to do so. She's lost multiple clients by behaving unprofessionally. Not only do they look good, they last me 4-6 weeks before needing a fill with very little to lifting and they never break! The quality, time and price are 1,000% worth it. Tracy's style is very modern and with current times/styles/trends. Anytime I am unsure with what I want, she has me covered! She listens and allows me to be picky but still has me trust her vision. For the $60 deluxe pedicure I felt was not worth it. The way he clipped my cuticle to the way he painted my toes seemed like he didn't care at all. I've been coming here for a while and I absolutely love Tony's work, overall it's a good nail salon BUT I got a bad fungal infection on my fingernails after getting my nails done here which tells me that they are not as clean and sanitary as I thought. I specifically went here to get my nails done for my birthday, I got a full set. I took them off around a month after getting them done, and then that's when I noticed my nails were experiencing fungus. This was a pretty disappointing first post-Covid pedicure. Started off with the nail technician pressuring me to get a gel pedicure. When I declined, she continued to chastise me about it. I've been told by past technicians gel pedicures are unnecessary since toenails take awhile to grow out and if done correctly, the polish doesn't chip off. I had an 11am appt so it was quiet when I arrived but once the salon started to get busy, the technician rushed through the latter part of my pedi. She slathered on the polish and had to do a lot of clean up with a brush and polish remover. You'll see in the photos what a sloppy job she did. When I asked if I could sit In an area with fans to dry my toes. I was told again I should have done gel since there is no drying area. I sat and waited in my chair for a good half hour. Luckily they didn't ask me to move or leave. I've also never had a technician not help place my sandals on. Im all for supporting companies such as these after the hit they must have taken from Covid. But, the service was really subpar. I used to frequent this salon pre-covid but will be searching for a new place after this experience. read more

Inside: One of the few places that maintain the store sanitized and clean during the pandemic. I get very picky with how places carry out protocols but this spa impressed me with their movable glass shields, front sanitizing station, and clean-looking environment. The music is always calming which I appreciate since mani/pedi time can be my only time to destress. I haven't tried their waxing services but they have a room for waxing, and a room for threading. Bathroom is fresh and clean. They also have indoor plants so plant enthusiast out there... you gotta visit. Made an appointment easily over the phone for a pedicure and full set. Day if appointment I was a little iffy just because of covid-19 and having to do everything outside, but to be honest I enjoyed my pedicure and my full set! Vi did my pedicure he is super nice and funny! He even fixed a broken nail with a little bit of acrylic. He was very gentle and meticulous and listened to what I wanted. I really liked that he wanted his work to be clean and perfect making sure the color was even and not blotchy. Trish did my full set, she is absolutely the best. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she bought out all the design supplies. I was excited to see that she had what I wanted. Her work is bomb! Her shape is absolutely perfect. I have been to this place twice now. First time for my daughter's prom. Nails came out good. It was expensive around $100 but they did a good job with dip nail polish. I went again last week to get my acrylic nails removed and to get gel in its place. They charged me $60 for that, and it didn't even last a couple of days. It started peeling off right away and now a week later my nails are looking horrible. $60 down the drain :( read more

Tbh I would've given it 4 stars but I got a deluxe pedicure and asked for 2 coats of nail polish and the lady refused and said she'd only do 1 coat and a top coat. I feel like 2 coats is super standard. Maybe if it was gel I would've understood one coat. But nope it was regular shmegular nail polish, and I asked twice for two coats. My sister was getting her pedicure right next to me and the guy gave her 2 coats and she didn't even ask. I really don't get what that was about. I've been here many times now, mostly for pedicures. It's $45 dollars for a basic gel pedicure. I love this place. They are patient, gentle and meticulous. They take their time and are always great to interact with. The massage chairs are great and they have plenty of color options. There is sufficient parking outside. All good things! I've noticed they use fresh tools each time. So that's great! But they can do a better job of cleaning the seats in between clients during these times. read more

It was a very cold day, but I was greeted warmly by the owner, who dressed really chic and have me sit down right away. The moment I sat down, Vi, worried that I was cold, pulled me the portable heater as the PG&E guy fixes the heater to warm me up.
