I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. Lisa charged me $72 for a very basic white-tip acrylic set, and it honestly felt like I was charged extra after mentioning that I was traveling for work. Despite the high price, no additional services were provided, my natural nails weren't shaped or trimmed, and my cuticles weren't cleaned up at all. What's even more frustrating is the quality of the work. My natural nails had been acrylic-free for over 5 months and were healthy and strong before this appointment. Within just one week, the nails started breaking. After only two weeks, one nail has completely fallen off, several others are lifting, and they've become painful. The skin underneath and around my nails is now getting cut and irritated. For the price I paid, I expected professional work that would last and proper nail care. Instead, I'm left with damaged, painful nails and a set that didn't even make it two weeks. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

She also cut my nails just like I like them, which is a big plus for me. This place on the outside looked really sketchy, but on the inside it was really nice. I came here to do acrylic nails so I called a day before to make an appointment. Even though I came 30 minutes early, they still sat me down right away and started to do my nails. The overall process took about 1 hour and 20 minutes and the lady who did my nails was so nice and started a conversation with me. I was really really indecisive about my nails, but she managed to do something really nice with what I had in mind. She put it on super neat and really close to the cuticles, but not on them. I loved the nail shape and color. Although it's $25 for acrylics, she charged me $35? Not sure why but it might be because of the extra sparkles. Oh, Epic- I loved this place, I had to get my nails urgently and my regular salon was closed. So I went to try Lisa Nails- One of the employees Cathy stayed late even though it was closing time and was super nice to me. At Lisa Nails- Cathy was super nice to me and professional and she just gave me exactly what I wanted and she was super fast too. She is the best I am never leaving her. I have been to all the big nail salons near by for almost 5 years now but they are not that professional- they keep chatting about you, they decide your nail size, comment about your callus etc etc. Lisa Nails is nothing like that-I would suggest and encourage people to try this place. First time coming here today! I was in desperate need of fixing my acrylics because they had grown out. I called two hours before I came in to make an appointment just in case. When I came in, it was very quiet. This place is located in a kind of quiet place so I wasn't expecting it to be very loud. The interior is super clean! I didn't get the name of the tech doing my nails but she was super sweet and struck up a conversation with me. I wanted a refill and she took a lot of effort in the small details. I chose to get #15 (it's a pink shade and I don't know the name of it). I decided to just get some rhinestones too and she asked to see a reference picture of what I wanted. One thing that I wish had gone better was when she began to buff my nails. She got too close to my skin and cut it in a couple of places so just be aware of that happening. I understand that I asked for some pretty detailed nails but she came though and killed them! I paid $40 and I don't regret it at all! Overall, I had a great experience. I have been going to Lisa Nails for a pedicure since the last 2 years or so and have overall had a very pleasant experience with them. I can speak about the pedicures because that is the only service I get done at any nail spa. So Lisa and her sister Kim usually work with me, and I prefer Kim because she gives a good 5-7 min foot massage (something that is super important for me to relax my tired feet). Additionally, you could pay extra to get more massage or get a deluxe pedicure which includes a scented foot soak, scrub, lotion massage, and mask. The deluxe also includes paraffin wax for the feet and hot towels for the legs which is pure heaven on a cold day :). Overall, I have always walked away with great looking perked-up feet ready for any event! I must also add that they use quality products because post-pedicure my nail color stays put for about 2 weeks under normal circumstances. read more

I came around 3PM as a walk-in and Lisa greeted me. Let me just say, she is so adorable and pleasant to talk with! Super friendly and she made sure to be careful with my thinned out nails due to me being stupid and painting my own nails 3 weeks in a row. She also gave me advice about how I should come back for at least 1-2 more fills so that my nails would be healed by then! Anyways, she helped me pick out the colors I wanted for my new set of acrylics and made sure the acrylics were exactly the way I wanted. I came in for shellac removal. You get what you pay for. I didn't want to buy acetone and do it myself since I get my nails done twice in a decade lmao. I called around and this place was the cheapest, $5 so why not. Given that I came on a weekday morning when school was still in session, there was no wait. The staff explained that other places probably charge more because they'd trim my nails and make everything look nice. But today I'm only paying to get it removed. She tried to convince me to pay for $18 worth of treatment to look nice and natural LOL. IMIG? But no thanks! The staff seemed distracted and greeted everyone who entered the salon and kept conversing with her coworker. When she was done, I noticed that there were still gel bits on the tips but...forget it. If you think this is an awesome job, why bother continuing the service. ............................... I just remembered that when I researched how to remove shellac, most sites say to place my fingernails in acetone for 10-15 minutes and it'll slip off. The staff only wrapped acetone on me for 5 minutes...probably why it took so much effort to chisel it off? read more

The nail technician cut my cuticles a total of three times . Cut me so bad I bled. She also did not respect my wishes on how I would have liked my nails to be done.
