I had an awful experience with them. I went for a gel pedi & a dip-powder mani Red flag #1: the water they had me soak my feet in was cold. Red flag #2: all of the tools they used were extremely dirty. the nail polish jars were all crusted with SOMETHING. Red flag #3: there were a lot of flies on the inside of the salon? I asked for pink-red gradient nails and the color selection was STRESSFUL because the manicurist kept audibly sighing every time I wanted to look at a different option. she would grab one color at a time and I'd say "do you have an option that's more pink?" or something and she acted like I was ruining her day by making her go back to where she stored her nail polish. You should just grab several pinks for me to choose from instead of running back and forth... The manicurist did NO cuticle care, didn't soak my hands in water, she used an abrasive drill on my nails and ground them thin. I told her that that she was hurting me and she just ignored me. she also was literally yanking my fingers to paint them, and bc she had ground my nail beds so thin, applying the polish literally stung. I ended up with nails that were NOT a pink-red gradient (they looked bruised) and my pedicure looked patchy. The whole service was $105. Typically when I pay that much for nails, the salon goes all out with hospitality, offering water/tea, rubbing my hands with lotion, etc. but this time, I did not even get the nails I asked for. I don't know how the other reviews are so good; I will never go to them again. read more

Another couple gorgeous sets from Kim at Nails 4/7. I love that I can always get in easily with her by text and Mama Kim who does my gel pedicures. I have been bringing my friends here lately- who doesn't love to get the girls together for a girls night starting at the nail salon! I travel from Oakland to get my nails done here in Fremont and recommend this place to everyone. I love the consistency I get in knowing what to expect, getting what I ask for, and I've never had such great nails that last me for at least 4 weeks! One of the two older technicians with reading glasses cut beyond my cuticle. she reacted when I said ow and was careful/gentle from then on but this injury took 2 weeks to scab and heal. She was very patient, friendly, and sweet but the cut made me want to request no cuticle cutting or a younger technician. read more

Kim is GREAT! I have been coming to her for a few years now and she always makes time for any appointments, despite being busy. She simply asks what nail style you want to do and she can work with any pictures/videos you provide her and pick the colors and she just gets to work. Kim was really rude and would sigh / roll her eyes whoever I would ask her to fix minor things (making the nail shape even , fixing the heart design on my nail). At some point, she made me file my own nails because she said I was too picky. She also was muttering under her breath in Vietnamese, unaware that I could understand everything she was saying. I love Kim! She is the best. She is so talented at doing acrylic nails and she genuine cares about you and how happy you are with her services. Pedicures are also amazing. Very relaxing and again her staff always makes sure you are happy with the look. I was disrespected by the owner...I go to this place from time to time, like 5 times a year at most. i only really come here for the lower prices. My gel or dip manicures usually don't last more than a few days. with that said, my pedicures do tend to last. But my most recent visit will be the last. As soon as I came in, I let the owner know I wanted a pedicure. she asked me if I wanted a manicure as well and I told her no. I was seated at one of the pedicure chairs as she asked me again, if I wanted a manicure and I said I don't think so. she came up to me and took my hand and asked me again, saying I should get a manicure. I told her I wasn't sure about it as they don't last very long. she rolled her eyes and told me that she never gets complaints about that. I told her well mine don't last. I take my hand back and then she grabbed my hand again without my consent and started filing my nails. she asked me what kind of manicure I wanted and feeling pressured, I asked to see the paper with the services and prices. after a minute I asked for the gel manicure that's priced at $30. she tells me the price is actually $33, but I tell her that's not what it says on the paper. she tells me it's wrong and the price had changed. I said well if that's what it says on the paper, that's what I should be charged. she said ok at first but went back and said no because she'd have to give everyone a discount if she did that. I told her then I don't want a manicure. so she said ok I'll change the price for you but then started over explaining again how they forgot to change the price on the paper. i just repeated that I wanted the price in the paper or no manicure. she looked down at me and said you don't have to get a manicure then. and walked away. She started speaking in her language very quickly and angrily to her employees and I felt very uncomfortable. while all that happened, there was another lady working on my toes so I couldn't just get up. I waited for the lady to finish as I was trying to calm down a rising panic attack. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a nail salon owner before and will never be returning again. I felt harassed and uneasy and never got an apology. read more

where do i start? it was amazing! looks: 10/10, durability: 10/10 service: 10/10! kim is the lady who did my set of acrylics. yes you get your cuticles cut and nail oil at the end. i had a reference picture and she did SO good! regular set of acrylics is $50-60 i think? maybe even less? mine was $60 with the rhinestones, i didnt get gel by the way. the service was great. i came in at 1:00, appointment 1:15 and it ONLY took 40 minutes to do!
