Fun, festive atmosphere! There were four of us in our group all getting pedicures. All four nail technicians that we had were so nice, sweet, funny, friendly and did a great job on our pedicures! For me personally, my nail technician was so nice to bring the three different nail colors that I had a hard time choosing between. She helped brush a little of each on my nails so that I could see what they would look like. That helped a lot to choose which color I ultimately chose. The chairs were roomy, clean, and relaxing. At least one of my friends was using the massage function. They had many nail polishes to choose from. It was a nice touch that they gave us each bottled water. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been seeing their Instagram ads for weeks saying 20% off any day from 10am-3pm, but as soon as I walked in, I was told the 20% discount only applies after spending $25. Fine--it's still a discount, even if that's misleading. I had a confirmed 2pm appointment and was already there, so leaving wasn't an option. I then waited 40 minutes, only to watch them seat a walk-in immediately while I was still waiting. At that point, I had to walk out. Do not waste my time with false advertising and making someone with an appointment wait 40 minutes just to prioritize walk-ins. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

My 6th time back since they've remodeled with chic and clean decor. Friendly staff and there is never a wait. My time is important so having a nail salon that is available and not over booking is great. Gel mani and gel pedi around $90 is competitive. They hook up your legs and feet with a nice oil massage and warm towel wrap which I love since I am on my feet alot. The chairs have the massage and recline option. They do a great job spoiling the customer and offer happy hour pricing before 2pm! read more

I had a really disappointing experience here, especially for my first visit. I made a 10am appointment and arrived on time, but was skipped while other clients (including walk-ins) were helped before me. I ended up waiting until 11am to be seen, and was sitting with my feet in the water for an hour while they kept saying the technician was late due to traffic. That has nothing to do with the customer. If you open at 10am, it's your responsibility to be on time. She also wasn't even the person I originally booked with. I had booked at 10am with Cathy, who was the first one to arrive at the salon and ended up taking a client to do her acrylics first who ALSO had an appointment with Cathy, which doesn't makes sense to me. When the technician (Tram) finally arrived, she showed no urgency and acted like she wasn't already an hour behind. If I had shown up an hour late, my appointment would have been canceled, so it's frustrating that the same consideration wasn't given. There was also poor communication about pricing. I was told I would receive 20% off my gel manicure during their happy hour, but at checkout I was told it didn't apply. Instead of resolving it professionally, Tram blamed another employee and spoke negatively about her coworker in front of me, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I brought up the wait time, my concerns were brushed off with a laugh and a simple "sorry," and I was only offered a $5 discount. Another customer who arrived around 11am was told to wait 20 minutes, but over an hour passed and she still hadn't been helped, and she was visibly upset. It really makes you question the point of having appointments here. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. I have been coming here the past 2.5 months and have never been disappointed. Kim is my new go-to person. The service does not feel rushed, and she actually looks at her work at different angles to see if it's done evenly. With that being said, personally I make sure I have no plans after a nail appointment. So with dipping powder removal, full set, and a gel manicure, it all took almost 2 hours but all so worth it! I needed a pedicure but wanted to try a different salon. While searching through Yelp, I found this place. What drawn me into this place was how modern and clean the place looks in the photo. I showed up on the day of my appt and was greeted by a very friendly employee. After being seated at a pedicure station, I was given a small bottle of water and a cup of fresh, organic orange juice (super sweet). The whole process was enjoyable and we made small talks during the whole process. The parking lot is quite small so parking might be an issue during certain times of the day/week. read more

Called ahead on a Wednesday morning to see if they could take 2 pedicures, they did! We got the Deluxe Spa Pedicure with regular polish, it was RELAXING and that hot stone massage was indeed needed! The two wonderful ladies who assisted us were kind and made occasional conversation with us when it was natural. Got some advice for foot care as well. They did not have the exact color we picked out but made an effort to get us something as close to our choices and it all worked out :) The massage chairs they had for pedicures were really comfortable, adjustable to your preference in height and distance from tub. When I walked in, the place was empty, but I noticed the nice interior design and brand new massage chairs, giving it an upscale and luxurious feel.The pedicure itself was okay; I opted for the basic service. It included a scrub and a hot stone massage that lasted less than a minute. The technician was very quick in painting my toes, and I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. It wasn't anything special--if you really need to get your toes done quickly, this is the place. However, it didn't provide much of a pampering experience. They did offer me water, though. My review is of Kim, she's been the only person I've received nail services from but my parents also go there and are always happy. Kim does wonderful work, and is very detailed oriented. Hello, I came back to get the mani I should have gotten last week. I came in on a Sunday morning and was greeted by my favorite manicurist Kim. My cuticles and nails were in bad shape, because I garden a lot and do a lot of hands on duties. Kim took great care of my hands and was very careful to give my cuticles the best attention possible. It was my first time to visit this nail spa and I was impressed, I walked in to a beautiful establishment. Very clean, everything is brand new. They even give you snack and a bottle of water which is nice. I had a pedicure and i wasn't happy, the lady ( which is an older one) was in a hurry, she didn't clean properly my toes and the nail polish is very light, only one coat and she moved on to the next customer and did her manicure. I thought that she was just letting my nail dry and thinking that she will come back and do the second coat and eventually the top coat. She didn't even say anything until she finished the lady's manicure and came back to me and said that I was done. I looked at my nails and there's still excess skin hanging and callous that she didn't clean. My polish is half done and I can feel my feet is still rough and unclean. This is the worst place that I have ever been. I will never come back to this place nor recommend it. read more

Booked an appointment for my birthday two weeks in advance. Went back and forth with them before booking to make sure i got everything right. I not only booked 3 other people for the birthday special i booked two other people so in total so 7 people total. Bringing people from Hayward and Oakland when they could've easily went to a location closer to them. It is stated to come 10 mins before your appointment. As I come in as my surprise there is two workers only with 5 other people having an appointment. All the other people get seated while me and my friends are waiting. You would think they would have the birthday set up already ready because our appointment is at 10??? First appointment of the day? wRONG! Not only where we sat for 40 mins barely any communication everyone was getting helped before us. We were given water and then never talked to after that. Not only did i bring them clientele they didn't even provide the service i booked TWO weeks in advance. You would think with the text blast message to confirm two days before they would staff enough people to do 7 toes and let alone have enough for theyre other 5 other 10 am appointments. How would you book that many 10 am appointments and only two workers. After 40 mins later we left we didn't have enough time to be sitting around no communication not even one lady started on one persons toes ridiculous. No wonder their ads are always on instagram they have no business because they are lacking customer service. Ended up going to rose nail Boutique highly recommend!! Do not go here read the views they're not lying if you have all day to wait go but if not save your time. I called in for a pedicure on Sunday and they were able to see me in 30 min after I called. I had an awesome experience here! Amy was so caring and took her time with my deluxe pedicure. She made sure the French tips I got were perfect to my liking and matched my inspiration photo. The salon is newly renovated and you can tell they definitely put great thought into the new appliances chosen for the salon that makes it comfortable for both the customer and staff.
