I came in as a first time customer to get my hands and feet done. I was assisted by Lily. She was very nice and attentive. She made sure that what I requested was exactly like in the photos I showed her. While I was getting my pedicure done, she told me since I was a first time customer I'd get $ off of the pedicure service I chose. (This isn't the con) anyway while I was getting my manicure done, she also mentioned if I wanted to get my eyebrows done. I told her I'd come back. Once she was done with my nails she told me to follow her to get my eyebrows done. I was caught off guard but followed her anyway. Once it was time to pay she wrote down the prices for the three services. For the pedicure service it was $45 she charged me $55 for the nails I don't remember and for my eyebrows it was $21. Overall I loved coming here and my experience there. However, I felt lied to. Other than that, I have no complaints but next time I will speak up if I do not want something done. read more

Got my gel x nails done on Sunday 2/1.Lin which 4 of my nails had small diamonds that were completely fallen off by the next day which not even 24 hours later. Aside from that my middle finger nail as seen in photo completely fell off I didn't even notice it until I was typing and I was so confused as to how it fell off since I hadn't jammed my fingers or anything. Called them Monday to let them know what had happened and they of course were understandable and told me to come back in. Linda I believe was the lady who originally did my nails and I had asked for her but I'm assuming she was off on Monday's or already gone. Needless to say it was "fixed" and the lady who fixed it offered to replace all the diamonds but I refused since it wasn't going to last. Yesterday while showering and removing my shampoo my index nail bent back and came off . I decided to remove all of them because it's honestly a waste of time having to go back and forth to a salon in which should have gotten it right the first time. I decided to remove all of my gel x nails that took me a total of 10 minutes to remove. I realized these nails would have NEVER lasted me not even a full week. While removing them it felt as if I had press on nails that come with that double sided glue that you can purchase at the store. To say that I am disappointed is a complete understatement and although I know that they would have redid my nail but who has the time to go back to the nail salon every few days? I sure don't and shouldn't have to. I don't even wash dishes without using gloves and I had previously used gel x nails and they lasted me 3 weeks without any issues. read more

I came in for an acrylic refill today and I was very disappointed. First they cut me while filing when I already told them it was hurting me. They made the acrylic layer so thick, making it very hard to work around. Then they effortlessly did the french, and when I asked for them to clean it up, she went to another lady and was arguing about how to do it. Finally, I told her that the thumb was very crooked and they told me that was just my thumb. As a first timer, I really was disappointed with this place. read more

Went here with a friend today. Was pretty happy to because it's been a while since I got my nails done but that's where the joy ends... I just wanted to get a regular manicure. The guy with the black long sleeved shirt with the skull on it, who was assigned to doing my nails seemed nice but the job on my nails was very rushed. I understand that my nails were short to begin with but the whole thing just turned out SO BAD. He barely had my nails in the water for less than 30 seconds before taking the cuticle cutter to them. And went at it pretty rough (and only on the sides a little). Also he didn't paint the entirety of my nails. Unfortunately I didn't totally realize till after I was escorted to the drying station. And after they were done drying I looked at them more and saw how truly bad they were. Not only did they look half assed but the clean coat that he put on top- that he didn't even put totally on the color part- turned the deep red berry color that I had asked for to a brownish shade! I didn't want to cause a scene because technically it's not the end of the world, it just sucks that I then paid $20 for something that could be done much better. Sadly I think I'll just remove the polish today because it just bums me out. As you can see from the photos , this job is not good at all. And unfortunately I'll not be back nor recommend. Made an appointment for two pedicures at 12:30, showed up a few minutes early, waited to be sat, wife gets seated and then I do. She gets her pedicure going right away. I end up waiting for over 20 minutes and there was no heads up on when they'd get started on my feet so I left. That was an absolutely ridiculous experience and one of the worst I've ever had. Good service, great massage chair, good pedicure. Me and my bff went here to get our basic pedis done. We had fun. They even fixed my nail after my bff messed it up while I was trying to take as selfie. The only thing I would recommend is to slow down the pedis, it felt very rushed. My pet peeve is when nail salons do NOT respect their customers time. I understand that things happen and people run late, but waiting over 25 minutes is ridiculous. I called for a gel pedi/full set and was told to come at 10:15am. When I got there (5 minutes early), they were "too busy" to accommodate the services at the same time. Fine, no problem. But I would expect that they start on time and not waste my time. I could have been doing other errands in the meantime. I waited in the pedi chair for OVER 25 MINUTES for someone to even begin service. With that said, they were very apologetic when they finally got to me. My pedicure turned out great and my nails looked great too!! I even referred my friend who went to get her nails done later that day. Full set was $50 and Tina did an awesome job. Pedicure (gel) was $38 if I remover correctly and the tech was really great too. All in all, it's questionable if I return to this location. Tina put acrylic on my nails so they'd look the same length, then gel polish. They did look 100 times better except my cuticles needed some TLC. That's the main reason I came in...they really needed to be cut. The charge was $55 plus I left a $5 tip. I didn't expect it to be so high. I was thinking $45 was fair.
