I went here twice and will not go back again. Should have read the reviews first, the fee they charge for using a card is absolutely crazy. I do not carry cash just don't. The pedi and mani were not good, looked like I only have polish put on my toes. Like a fool I did leave a tip even after the $7 plus fee to use card. I am not sure how this place stays in business, they do not know what customer service is, very rude individuals. Please find somewhere else to go! READ reviews first. First time I have been, service was super efficient and I didn't have to wait long at all. They were sooo busy but got people in and out quickly, while also taking their time with me and everyone else from what I saw. I had two people working on me and they both did a fantastic job. It was a tad pricey for a place in the mall but it was great overall! read more

I called at 10:00, asked if I could be seen at 10:30, reiterated I need to be on time. He said no problem. I hit their storefront at 10:30 on the nose. It took a good minute for someone to acknowledge my existence, I responded with I have an appt at 10:30, now... and they all just looked at each other. Then I heard from a woman there... "pick a color and sit down. We be with you shortly." I asked how long is shorty?? She said , "in about 10-15 mins." I responded with, "but my appt, that I called to ensure 30 mins ago, is now." Another girl emerges from the back office with phone in her ear and glares at me. I returned the glare. As she annoyingly walked to the front counter I continued the glare and she tried to smile realizing I was not intimidated. She said "it will only be a 10-15 mins. " I said "i did not set an appt, 30 mins ago for 10:40-10:45." I deliberately, and with annoyed force crossed out my name on their little tablet ... bye Felicia Nails are becoming a pain because the foreign salons do not respect their customers.. this one included!! I took my sister and my two nieces here while visiting my father. I am from out of town and was completely shocked and appalled by this salon's business practices. First, there is no price list posted any where in the salon. When asked, they say that it is being printed. Second, the customer service is horrible. You sit in front of a person for a hour and there is no conversation. Third, the prices you do get charged are absolutely ridiculous. $35 for a gel manicure is outrageous. You don't get told them until after the service is performed, which if I knew prior, I would not have done. Lastly, they charge you an astronomical amount if you use a debit/card. The "fee" goes up the more you spend. How is this legally possible??? The wait was so long, neither my sister not I decided to use their service. It was $77 for two gel manicures that should have cost $40-$50 at most. I would never in my life patron this establishment and I DO NOT recommend this salon. I have been to this shop twice. Both times I have had to sit there listening to violent, profane laden movies. When I expressed my dislike of the constant stream of f-this or f-that blaring from the TV, they shrugged and acted like they didn't understand me. The pedicure guy actually cut one of my toes but acted as though it were perfectly normal, putting on some blue liquid and squeezing on the cut. NOT GOING BACK. EVER! read more

Nails were chipped the next day! I told the nail tech I thought the polish he was using was old. He added something to the polish to thin it out which made it too thin. I won't go back. Not to mention they didn't have the seasonal colors from OPI. read more

I went to Nail Spa in Indian Mound Mall tonight for a pedicure. This was a special treat and I specifically said I wanted flowers painted on my toenails. They said no problem. I picked my polish and sat down in the chair. The guy came over to get started and again I mentioned the flowers. He asked did I want ugly flowers or did I want pretty flowers. I said pretty of course and he laughed. During the pedicure some other customers came in. They were seated beside me and patiently waited. The guy proceeded to paint my toes and put my flip flops on. I reminded him about the flowers and he said he didn't have time. Then a lady that worked there agreed and said no time for flower. I was so disappointed. I told him that I came in for a special pedicure because we were going on vacation and he said he could do ugly flowers. I said never mind, paid and left. I only went to have the flowers done. I usually do my own pedicure but cannot do the flowers. I will never ever go back there. I felt cheated and lied to. I would have not gotten the pedicure if they would have told me no to the flowers in the first place. read more

I went with my friend, I got acrylic she got gel. Most of the problems with the appt were with my friend's tech: my friend has done her own gel nails for years so she asked, knowing it was not the custom, if the tech would put a fake nail on then the clear gel followed by a coat of colored polish, well the tech told her they wouldn't put gel over the nail, only acrylic, or regular polish over gel because the substances wouldn't stick, this is not true but it is custom so my friend acquiesced; however, the woman was somewhat rude about it, not to mention lying, and ultimately burnt the crap out of my friend's hands with the drill (they throbbed all night), put the acrylic on too thick, and only one thin coat of gel (to which my friend went home and added colored polish no problem). The woman seemed to handle the cash for the whole operation and seemed much more interested in that than her customer. My tech was really nice, a sweet guy who patiently explained his choices to me, but I disagreed. I have a problem nail with a damaged nailbed that is uneven so nail techs put acrylic on first to even it out then they do the regular process, this guy didn't want to do that and he talked about water which I told him I've never had a problem with. Instead he used a heavy peroxide solution which cleaned but burned multiple fingers (this has never happened before and my nails have been in worse shape) and glued a fake nail to the bumpy uneven nailbed which had water under it the next day! Ultimately it seemed the glue he used may have been bad because all my nails were loose within 2 days. Also, the colored polish wasn't applied well nor did it last long before chipping. Also, I wasn't consulted about the shape of my nail and got the impression the tech wasn't pleased with the length I chose. Overall, I get this is an art (kind of) as well as a job, but the customer isn't stupid and I definitely don't give off a "problem vibe" if they did what I requested and then I didn't like it. If my friend says she has done this process, at the very least put color on--what would it hurt (besides their bank when it allowed the customer to go an extra week without a fill)?! If I want round for my short chubby fingers rather than square give it to me! Also, this store charges obscene fees for using a credit card and unlike the actual and usual business practice of decreasing fees in accordance with how much you spend, this place charges you more fee the more you spend with them (so don't go on a girls day and pay for 2 or more people at once); it's clearly a way to scam taxes and claim less by increasing cash transactions read more
