They are very reliable though, and clean, fast, and efficient. They do take appointments, but I have made appointments before, and still had to wait. You're best off just going at a time when they aren't super busy. If I have to wait, I usually just hit the shopping center until they free up. They offer chrome and cat's eye, but otherwise it's a better spot if you're just into standard gel, or a mani pedi. I wasn't super impressed with their selection of purple shades last time I went in, but they did an ok job at the nail art I was coaxing them to do, and they really didn't want to do any nail art since the nail art tech wasn't in that day. I got acrylic nails which popped off 7 days later, acrylics typically last me a month. I spent $111 for nails that were rushed and didn't last. Unfortunately I just can't afford to go back and have them last me 7 days again. However the staff is very nice and my friend was happy with her manicure (regular polish)
