A half hour in, the stylist stopped working and said her next client was there. Well, she looked around, and after some discussion with a few people, found another stylist to step in and finish. THEN I found out what happened. The stylist my appointment was with booked a more expensive wedding updo over my simple "blowout." When I showed up, they had scrambled to find someone to take me (stylist number one). She obviously didn't want to and dawdled until her next client came in.
