You're best off just going at a time when they aren't super busy. If I have to wait, I usually just hit the shopping center until they free up. They offer chrome and cat's eye, but otherwise it's a better spot if you're just into standard gel, or a mani pedi. I wasn't super impressed with their selection of purple shades last time I went in, but they did an ok job at the nail art I was coaxing them to do, and they really didn't want to do any nail art since the nail art tech wasn't in that day. Overall I will go back for a balance any time if I'm not looking for anything fancy.
