Located inside Meijer. Wife only on this one. Total time was 2:30-5:45 Slow, slow, deliberate and slow. That being said, her technician was meticulous and took care of an ingrown toe nail. Hands and feet = 3 hours. I saw a couple ladies out in under an hour. They are funny as they are friendly. A nice group of folks. Mika did a wonderful job on my nails today. She squeezed me in and did not rush or hurry. I struggle to find a good nail tech, but she is it. The atmosphere was wonderful, they are all so friendly. Allyssa did an AMAZING job on my nails! Gel X is my favorite and she took her time to make them perfect!

I know it's inside a grocery store, but it's not about the location, it's about the employees and their work! They did a great job. I came in around 6pm and they were taking people all the way up till 6:30pm when they close at 7. I got paint change on my toes, gel on my hands (no full manicure), and eyebrows. My toes and fingers were already trimmed, so I didn't need full mani/pedi. All looks great and everyone was very kind. Definitely will be returning. read more

When I pay nearly $40 for a "manicure" I expect it to last and be done correctly. I received a dip manicure 3 days ago and already they are chipping off. Upon further inspection you can see that the protective (shiny) top coat wasn't even applied evenly. The technician made my cuticles bleed several times and even though she was nice and pleasant my cuticles are still hurting. I am completely dissatisfied and unless this situation is made correct I will not be back and will not recommend this nail salon to any of my clients that I see on a daily basis. read more

I've been going here on/off for 2 1/2 years for gel and acrylics and usually have a good experience. Today however, I arrived at 10:30 and signed in for a polish change with Candi (I specifically requested her), there were several people already there so I sat down to wait my turn. 45 minutes later I was still waiting and would have been the next person to be served since no one else came in after me. A lady walks in and signs in, Candi had already been to the sign in sheet prior to this new woman arriving and knew what I was there for. Five more minutes pass and Candi asks the woman what she's wanting done - "acrylics and toes". Candi then proceeds to have her go and sit in her chair and start working on her. Meanwhile I'm still sitting there, no one that works there has spoken to me since I arrived 50 minutes earlier, and the other 2 techs are working on 2 pedicures that signed in before me. I had somewhere to be at noon and by this point I was pissed. I got up and walked out, I didn't scratch my name off the list and not one employee said a word to me. So I was ignored and passed over for the next tech to do my service because the lady that came in after me was going to be a bigger commission and tip - even though I specifically requested Candi. I should also mention that I had made an appointment with Candi last week for a balance,. When I arrived for my appointment was told that she wasn't coming in that day due to her child being ill. I get it, I have kids too - but a phone call would have been the professional thing to do. The owner Lisa was very happy to cover my appointment last week, but Candi apparently needs a few lessons in customer service. I suppose I should also mention that the owner Lisa wasn't there today, or I probably would have had a better experience. I request Candi because she does a really nice job with acrylics, but her customer service and people skills suck. read more

Let me start off by saying I wish I could give zero stars because that is what this place deserves. I get there and they say they can give me a gel manicure and a pedicure. They put in the pedicure chair with warm water within 5 minutes of me checking in. Please note that the water was cold by the time I left 45 minutes later without anyone servicing me. I sat in the pedicure chair patiently waiting for my turn and when it was finely my turn, the lady that was in charge that day (not sure of her name says) I have an appointment at 12 and I don't want to rush you with ten minutes. She then says I am going to work on the Lady that is after you and remove her polish?!?! I said excuse me? I have been here for 40 plus minutes and I have a baby shower at one, I don't mind if it is rushed. I need to leave right away. She said no no I can't do anything with you today. I was outraged by the lack of professionalism and common courtesy of this lady and establishment let alone what she was saying didn't make any sense. She could have offered to take my polish off to expedite my continued wait, but no she didn't want my business for some reason. I will never come back here and will tell everyone I know to not waste their time or money. Been twice, most recently 2 weeks ago for a pedi and gel manicure. Neither lasted more than 3 days before starting to chip (pedi) and peel (gel). On a side note, I saw the girl who did my nails 2 days later on Gender Rd. She cut 2 people off, threw a drink at one of the cars, rear ended a different car at the stop light at Gender and Winchester Pike, and then fled the scene. I have taken my daughter to this place twice and will NOT go back. The first time we had her nails painted and had nail art done. We did the regular nail polish not the gel nails this time. The work was beautiful the girl that did the work did amazing on the painting/art. The problem that time is my daughter went swimming a day and a half after and more than half of the polish and art came off. Went back a couple of weeks later to have them done again and chose this time to do the gel nails as we were told it's more expensive but they last longer. First the lady that did the work this time (a different one from the first time) was HORRIBLE the polish did not cover the whole nail, there was polish in a couple spots on the skin and the polish had the "bubbly" texture instead of smooth. She also didn't do the nail art. When I asked my daughter why it was because this woman was squeezing her fingers so hard they hurt into the next day! To top it off the gel polish that I paid $30 (with a $3 tip) to have her nails done with started peeling off in a sheet the next day!! Yep that sure lasted longer. Will not go back here. The first girl really did a great job and truly had a great talent for the nail art/painting. The second lady's horrible job and the fact that NONE of their polishes last for more than a day and a half! Don't waste your money here. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the nice job the first girl did. read more

This place is such a joke. I went there to get my nails balanced and get the gel nail color. Me and my mom made an appointment and the lady didn't even know she had an appointment. I told her I wanted my nails to end at my fingertips so she used the spin tool to make them short and it rubbed against my skin which hurt like hell and her response was "well it couldn't have hurt worse than your tattoo". Not sorry or nothing. Then she said they can't go that short. When she started doing the gel polish there were a few walk ins so after that point she started rushing on the paint and there was a fingerprint on my thumb nail which I told her it was messed up and she apparently didn't see anything and then she got done and told me I was good to go and she didn't let them dry enough so the next day the polish was peeling and coming off and my thumb nail looked like it had waves on it. I called the next day which was Sunday and they were closed and Monday I had to leave for vacation so I went somewhere else and paid an extra 30 to get them fixed which the lady made them short like I wanted without hurting me. I got back from vacation and I went in there and showed her the pictures of my nails and she said omg what happened and I told her you were rushing and didn't listen to me when I told you they were messed up. No sorry or nothing , just a dumb smerk on her face and I asked her to be compensated for the extra money I had to spend to get them fixed and was told they don't do refunds and that I should have came in the next day which they were closed and I left for vacation the following day. I asked for a manager and was told they were all equal there so I asked for corporates number and was told they can't give that out. Oh and when I got back from vacation I compared my nails to my moms and hers looked like they were done alot longer than mine which we only got them done a day apart. Needless to say this place and the service completely sucks and we will most definitely go somewhere else. read more
