She was super friendly and did a great job on the cat eye color I chose, which required her to use a magnet. If the nail tech isn't very nimble with the magnet and doesn't set each nail in between, the technique doesn't work. I was impressed that she didn't cut corners with the technique, and it looked great as a result. She was also funny and super complimentary of my calf muscles, which are a result of years of walking on stilts (haha). Funny that she noticed. 5/5 for service, speed, and personality. I did have a weird situation with my foot tub where one of the nozzles blew off and she had to rush over and fix it... 3/5 on that equipment not being in totally functional condition. Not a huge deal, but not exactly relaxing for me or the person next to me when it happened. The massage chairs were also a 3/5. OK, but not the best, and a bit dated. Massage chairs are often the best part of a pedicure, so this is important for me. Overall 4/5.
