I really want to give this place a good review cause it's a community nail salon that seems to be run by a family however I just didn't have a good experience. I walked in (knowing I would have to wait) they rushed my pedicure then I had to wait another 30 minutes for my manicure. I would have been perfectly fine with them saying they didn't have room, I would have rather come back when they could fit me in but they reassured me they had time. I got acrylic nails which popped off 7 days later, acrylics typically last me a month. I spent $111 for nails that were rushed and didn't last. Went today to get a pedicure with a friend, they was VERY rough and while doing the pedicure. They was supposed to do a massage but never got the massage. They cut the nails all different sizes and crooked. They also over charged a lot!!! Within the same day of getting the pedicure the gel polish came off read more

Generally, I wouldn't call someone out by name over a small error, however, when I called the following day to ask if I could come in and have the backs drilled out, she told me she left them like that so they won't break. I have been here several times and they always do an acceptable job. The last time I went in, they went above and beyond to try to do the nail art I wanted, even though they don't typically offer it unless 1 specific nail tech is in that day. They are very reliable though, and clean, fast, and efficient. They do take appointments, but I have made appointments before, and still had to wait. You're best off just going at a time when they aren't super busy. If I have to wait, I usually just hit the shopping center until they free up. They offer chrome and cat's eye, but otherwise it's a better spot if you're just into standard gel, or a mani pedi. I wasn't super impressed with their selection of purple shades last time I went in, but they did an ok job at the nail art I was coaxing them to do, and they really didn't want to do any nail art since the nail art tech wasn't in that day. they don't tell you when something is extra and just assume you want it so my manicure went from being $30 to $50. I also made two appointments for 1:30 and one of us only got helped at 2:30 while other walk ins were getting taken care of. read more

I would avoid and not use your money to go here. The lady who assisted me in a regular pedicure did not follow of what was asks for. She did not use anything in the water or rub the feet. She use side to side, and up and down technique (does not know how to do nail) she use a big glob of nail polish. The lady was rude when ask to fix it, twice. At the end of the day my nail polish is still coming off from the glob she use. I will not be going back. read more

they cut the hell out of my fingers. first time there. probably won't go back because my fingers hurt so bad. the atmosphere sucks. I go to a salon to relax and this place is so uncomfortable. I walked in at 3:30 asked if I can walk in for a full set they said they busy rn but come back at 5. there were 2 chairs available for waiting at the time. I come back at 4:57 and when I walked in the place was so crowded I had to stand for 15 minutes until they took the next person at 5:10 at which point I asked when my 5:00 appointment would take place. he said they running 30 minutes behind okay now I'm getting upset so I spoke up and said this isn't a good first impression. at 5:15 he took me instead of the elderly lady that had been there prior to me coming back at 4:57 I did feel bad because I didnt want to make her wait but it's not my responsibility. don't schedule appointments if you can't stick to them. just messy. I'm terrified that my fingers will develop an infection from these cuts because their tools were very dirty. they do not keep a clean workspace. no music no tv just a bunch of tables crowded together making for a bad experience. I learned my lesson. don't go try a new salon. I'll stick to Zen Nails across the street from now on read more

I have went here now three times and it has been a bad experience each and every time. Everybody and every business has bad days but it is a struggle. Every time I go here the swatches do not line up to true colors. The Files are cutting people and they are always overbooked and in a rush, providing horrible energy in the entire salon. Why would you pay $60-$90 for a service to sit in that bad energy and be rushed to find out your color doesn't match.. this place is a complaint and a shut down waiting to happen. Nail care is self care - it's why we do it right? Go down the road to a salon who books properly and appreciates you as a client. read more

Beautiful nail work but not such a fun time getting them done.. as you can see my ring finger on the right was sliced by the file.. ouch. This was by far the worst experience I've had getting them, 3 stars because the outcome was pretty (minus my cut finger and thumb). My technician was pretty rough while doing my filing. The nails are beautifully shaped but not without the pain lol. I will probably not return unfortunately. $30 for the fill with regular polish (not gel). read more

I came in to get acrylics on for the first time ever, they did really good. Right when I walked in I was greeted. They were a little busy when I came in but I was getting my nails done within 15 minutes. He did such a good job with the length and was very polite. It was also a good price definitely cheaper then a lot of place I looked at before hand. read more

Wish I could give a negative star. I will not be going back after feeling very uncomfortable by the owner / manager while getting my nails done. After the rest of the employees went home because it was slow it was just him and I. I understand hand massage and foot massages can be apart of pedicures and manicures. But offering to put lotion on my back / shoulders and rubbing my shoulders is not something I want from a NAIL salon. They did a decent job on my express pedicure. However, annoyed with the pricing. If they quote you $30 for the treatment, that doesn't include tax. Lucky I brought my credit card or I would have fallen short on the tip. I have never been to a nail salon which charges like that. Just a warning to expect to pay more for taxes. they weren't good, my stepmom and i went to get our nails done and when we got a pedicure done they cut my toes nails too short and made my toe bleed. the other toe was to short and they hurt and are sore from being too short. my stepmom was paying for her feet to get massaged, soaked, scrubbed and her nails painted, her feet didn't get massages or anything she only got them soaked, painted, cut, and scrubbed. she didn't get what she paid for and it was not worth the cost. i will not be coming back. read more
