They're super nice and you can see that they work hard and they take things seriously. From the photos I took-- I'll say that on the manicure they did, the encapsulated maple leaves are remaining from my previous manicure. They did do the circle cateye though, and I think it turned out pretty cool. It's the yellow cateye shade over a black nail done with a circle magnet instead of the straight line that I've seen before. They also added the black ombre to my encapsulated nails. My nail techs name was T. She didn't know how to do the ombre, but she said she would try and she did a great job. The shape was coffin and I had to coach her through getting a couple of the nails straighter. I did end up with one nail thats a little shorter and fatter than the others, but I'm sure I'm the only person who would notice it. Overall, still fine on the shape, I'm just super picky about that. They don't have colored acrylic or do super crazy designs but I bet if I brought my own ideas and accessories I could probably convince them to do some neat encapsulating. Overall I would definitely go back as long as T will still let me give my opinion throughout the process lol.
